they will come out against you one way and will flee before you seven ways.(nasb) ======= Deuteronomy 28:8 ============ Deu 28:8 The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.(KJV) Deuteronomy 28:8 The Lord shal command the blessing to be with thee in thy store houses, and in all that thou settest thine hande to, and wil blesse thee in the land which the Lord thy God giueth thee.(Geneva) Deutéronome 28:8 L'Eternel ordonnera à la bénédiction d'être avec toi dans tes greniers et dans toutes tes entreprises. tu prêteras à beaucoup de nations, et tu n'emprunteras point.(FR) 12 ׃28 יִפְתַּ֣ח יְהוָ֣ה ׀ לְ֠ךָ אֶת־אוֹצָר֨וֹ הַטּ֜וֹב אֶת־הַשָּׁמַ֗יִם לָתֵ֤ת מְטַֽר־אַרְצְךָ֙ בְּעִתּ֔וֹ וּלְבָרֵ֕ךְ אֵ֖ת כָּל־מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָדֶ֑ךָ וְהִלְוִ֙יתָ֙ גּוֹיִ֣ם רַבִּ֔ים וְאַתָּ֖ה לֹ֥א תִלְוֶֽה׃ Deuteronomy Deu 28:12 The Lord will open for you His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.(nasb) ======= Deuteronomy 28:13 ============ Deu 28:13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:(KJV) Deuteronomy 28:13 And the Lord shal make thee the head, & not the tayle, & thou shalt be aboue onely, and shalt not bee beneath, if thou obey the commandements of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to keepe and to do them.(Geneva) Deutéronome 28:13 L'Eternel fera de toi la tête et non la queue, tu seras toujours en haut et tu ne seras jamais en bas, lorsque tu obéiras aux commandements de l'Eternel, ton Dieu, que je te prescris aujourd'hui, lorsque tu les observeras et les mettras en pratique,(FR) 13 ׃28 וּנְתֽ͏ָנְךָ֨ יְהוָ֤ה לְרֹאשׁ֙ וְלֹ֣א לְזָנָ֔ב וְהָיִ֙יתָ֙ רַ֣ק לְמַ֔עְלָה וְלֹ֥א תִהְיֶ֖ה לְמָ֑טָּה כִּֽי־תִשְׁמַ֞ע אֶל־מִצְוֺ֣ת ׀ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ אֲשֶׁ֨ר אָנֹכִ֧י מְצַוְּךָ֛ הַיּ֖וֹם לִשְׁמֹ֥ר וְלַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃ Deuteronomy Deu 28:13 The Lord will make you the head and not the tail, and you only will be above, and you will not be underneath, if you listen to the commandments of the Lord your God, which I charge you today, to observe them carefully,(nasb) ======= Deuteronomy 28:14 ============ Deu 28:14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.(KJV) Deuteronomy 28:14 But thou shalt not decline from any of the wordes, which I command you this day, either to the right hand or to the left, to goe after other gods to serue them.(Geneva) Deutéronome 28:14 et que tu ne te détourneras ni à droite ni à gauche de tous les commandements que je vous donne aujourd'hui, pour aller après d'autres dieux et pour les servir.(FR) 14 ׃28 וְלֹ֣א תָס֗וּר מִכָּל־הַדְּבָרִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֨ר אָנֹכִ֜י מְצַוֶּ֥ה אֶתְכֶ֛ם הַיּ֖וֹם יָמִ֣ין וּשְׂמֹ֑אול לָלֶ֗כֶת אַחֲרֵ֛י אֱלֹהִ֥ים אֲחֵרִ֖ים לְעָבְדָֽם׃ ס Deuteronomy Deu 28:14 and do not turn aside from any of the words which I command you today, to the right or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me.(KJV) Deuteronomy 28:20 The Lorde shall sende vpon thee cursing, trouble, & shame, in all that which thou settest thine hand to do, vntil thou be destroyed, and perish quickely, because of the wickednesse of thy workes whereby thou hast forsaken me.(Geneva) Deutéronome 28:20 L'Eternel enverra contre toi la malédiction, le trouble et la menace, au milieu de toutes les entreprises que tu feras, jusqu'à ce que tu sois détruit, jusqu'à ce que tu périsses promptement, à cause de la méchanceté de tes actions, qui t'aura porté à m'abandonner.(FR) 20 ׃28 יְשַׁלַּ֣ח יְהוָ֣ה ׀ בְּ֠ךָ אֶת־הַמְּאֵרָ֤ה אֶת־הַמְּהוּמָה֙ וְאֶת־הַמִּגְעֶ֔רֶת בְּכָל־מִשְׁלַ֥ח יָדְךָ֖ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּעֲשֶׂ֑ה עַ֣ד הִשָּֽׁמֶדְךָ֤ וְעַד־אֲבָדְךָ֙ מַהֵ֔ר מִפְּנֵ֛י רֹ֥עַ מֽ͏ַעֲלָלֶ֖יךָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר עֲזַבְתָּֽנִי׃ Deuteronomy Deu 28:20 "The Lord will send upon you curses, confusion, and rebuke, in all you undertake to do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, on account of the evil of your deeds, because you have forsaken Me.(nasb) ======= Deuteronomy 28:21 ============ Deu 28:21 The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goest to possess it.(KJV) Deuteronomy 28:21 The Lord shall make the pestilence cleaue vnto thee, vntill he hath consumed thee from the land, whither thou goest to possesse it.(Geneva) Deutéronome 28:21 L'Eternel attachera à toi la peste, jusqu'à ce qu'elle te consume dans le pays dont tu vas entrer en possession.(FR) 21 ׃28 יַדְבֵּ֧ק יְהוָ֛ה בְּךָ֖ אֶת־הַדָּ֑בֶר עַ֚ד כַּלֹּת֣וֹ אֹֽתְךָ֔ מֵעַל֙ הֽ͏ָאֲדָמָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־אַתָּ֥ה בָא־שָׁ֖מָּה לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃ Deuteronomy Deu 28:21 The Lord will make the pestilence cling to you until He has consumed you from the land where you are entering to possess it.(nasb) ======= Deuteronomy 28:22 ============ Deu 28:22 The LORD shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew;
