Wherefore let the young men find favour in thine eyes: for we come in a good day: give, I pray thee, whatsoever cometh to thine hand unto thy servants, and to thy son David.(KJV) 1 Samuel 25:8 Aske thy seruants and they wil shew thee. Wherefore let these yong men finde fauour in thine eyes: (for we come in a good season) giue, I pray thee, whatsoeuer commeth to thine hand vnto thy seruants, and to thy sonne Dauid.(Geneva) 1 Samuel 25:8 Demande-le à tes serviteurs, et ils te le diront. Therefore let my young men find favor in your eyes, for we have come on a festive day. And who is the sonne of Ishai? There be many seruantes nowe a dayes, that breake away euery man from his master.(Geneva) 1 Samuel 25:10 Nabal répondit aux serviteurs de David: Qui est David, et qui est le fils d'Isaï? And who is the son of Jesse? And they girded on every man his sword; and David also girded on his sword: and there went up after David about four hundred men; and two hundred abode by the stuff.(KJV) 1 Samuel 25:13 And Dauid said vnto his men, Girde euery man his sword about him. And they girded euery man his sworde: Dauid also girded his sworde; about foure hundreth men went vp after Dauid, and two hundreth abode by the cariage.(Geneva) 1 Samuel 25:13 Alors David dit à ses gens: Que chacun de vous ceigne son épée! So each man girded on his sword. Elle les mit sur des ânes,(FR) 18 ׃25 וַתְּמַהֵ֣ר *אבוגיל **אֲבִיגַ֡יִל וַתִּקַּח֩ מָאתַ֨יִם לֶ֜חֶם וּשְׁנַ֣יִם נִבְלֵי־יַ֗יִן וְחָמֵ֨שׁ צֹ֤אן *עשוות **עֲשׂוּיֹת֙ וְחָמֵ֤שׁ סְאִים֙ קָלִ֔י וּמֵאָ֥ה צִמֻּקִ֖ים וּמָאתַ֣יִם דְּבֵלִ֑ים וַתָּ֖שֶׂם עַל־הַחֲמֹרִֽים׃ Samuel1 1Sa 25:18 Then Abigail hurried and took two hundred loaves of bread and two jugs of wine and five sheep already prepared and five measures of roasted grain and a hundred clusters of raisins and two hundred cakes of figs, and loaded them on donkeys.(nasb) ======= 1 Samuel 25:19 ============ 1Sa 25:19 And she said unto her servants, Go on before me; behold, I come after you.
