(nasb) ======= Hosea 1:2 ============ Hos 1:2 The beginning of the word of the LORD by Hosea. And the LORD said to Hosea, Go, take unto thee a wife of whoredoms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the LORD.(KJV) Hosea 1:2 At the beginning the Lorde spake by Hosea, and the Lord said vnto Hosea, Goe, take vnto thee a wife of fornicatios, and children of fornications: for the lande hath committed great whoredome, departing from the Lord.(Geneva) Osée 1:2 La première fois que l'Eternel adressa la parole à Osée, l'Eternel dit à Osée: Va, prends une femme prostituée et des enfants de prostitution; car le pays se prostitue, il abandonne l'Eternel!(FR) 2 ׃1 תְּחִלַּ֥ת דִּבֶּר־יְהוָ֖ה בְּהוֹשֵׁ֑עַ פ וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־הוֹשֵׁ֗עַ לֵ֣ךְ קַח־לְךָ֞ אֵ֤שֶׁת זְנוּנִים֙ וְיַלְדֵ֣י זְנוּנִ֔ים כִּֽי־זָנֹ֤ה תִזְנֶה֙ הָאָ֔רֶץ מֵֽאַחֲרֵ֖י יְהוָֽה׃ Hosea Hos 1:2 When the Lord first spoke through Hosea, the Lord said to Hosea, "Go, take to yourself a wife of harlotry and have children of harlotry; for the land commits flagrant harlotry, forsaking the Lord."(nasb) ======= Hosea 1:3 ============ Hos 1:3 So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim; which conceived, and bare him a son.(KJV) Hosea 1:3 So he went, & tooke Gomer, ye daughter of Diblaim, which conceiued & bare him a sonne.(Geneva) Osée 1:3 Il alla, et il prit Gomer, fille de Diblaïm. Elle conçut, et lui enfanta un fils.(FR) 3 ׃1 וַיֵּ֙לֶךְ֙ וַיִּקַּ֔ח אֶת־גֹּ֖מֶר בַּת־דִּבְלָ֑יִם וַתַּ֥הַר וַתֵּֽלֶד־ל֖וֹ בֵּֽן׃ Hosea Hos 1:3 So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son. (nasb) ======= Hosea 1:4 ============ Hos 1:4 And the LORD said unto him, Call his name Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the house of Jehu, and will cause to cease the kingdom of the house of Israel.(KJV) Hosea 1:4 And the Lord said vnto him, Cal his name Izreel: for yet a litle, and I will visite the blood of Izreel vpon the house of Iehu, and will cause to cease the kingdome of the house of Israel.(Geneva) Osée 1:4 Et l'Eternel lui dit: Appelle-le du nom de Jizreel; car encore un peu de temps, et je châtierai la maison de Jéhu pour le sang versé à Jizreel, je mettrai fin au royaume de la maison d'Israël.(FR) 4 ׃1 וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אֵלָ֔יו קְרָ֥א שְׁמ֖וֹ יִזְרְעֶ֑אל כִּי־ע֣וֹד מְעַ֗ט וּפָ֨קַדְתִּ֜י אֶת־דְּמֵ֤י יִזְרְעֶאל֙ עַל־בֵּ֣ית יֵה֔וּא וְהִ֨שְׁבַּתִּ֔י מַמְלְכ֖וּת בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Hosea Hos 1:4 And the Lord said to him, "Name him Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will punish the house of Jehu for the bloodshed of Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of the house of Israel. (nasb) ======= Hosea 1:5 ============ Hos 1:5 And it shall come to pass at that day, that I will break the bow of Israel, in the valley of Jezreel.(KJV) Hosea 1:5 And at that day will I also breake the bowe of Israel in the valley of Izreel.(Geneva) Osée 1:5 En ce jour-là, je briserai l'arc d'Israël dans la vallée de Jizreel.(FR) 5 ׃1 וְהָיָ֖ה בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֑וּא וְשָֽׁבַרְתִּי֙ אֶת־קֶ֣שֶׁת יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בְּעֵ֖מֶק יִזְרְעֶֽאל׃ Hosea Hos 1:5 On that day I will break the bow of Israel in the valley of Jezreel."(nasb) ======= Hosea 1:6 ============ Hos 1:6 And she conceived again, and bare a daughter. And God said unto him, Call her name Loruhamah: for I will no more have mercy upon the house of Israel; but I will utterly take them away.(KJV) Hosea 1:6 She conceiued yet againe, & bare a daughter, and God saide vnto him, Call her name Lo-ruhamah: for I will no more haue pitie vpon the house of Israel: but I wil vtterly take them away.(Geneva) Osée 1:6 Elle conçut de nouveau, et enfanta une fille. Et l'Eternel dit à Osée: Donne-lui le nom de Lo-Ruchama; car je n'aurai plus pitié de la maison d'Israël, je ne lui pardonnerai plus.(FR) 6 ׃1 וַתַּ֤הַר עוֹד֙ וַתֵּ֣לֶד בַּ֔ת וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ל֔וֹ קְרָ֥א שְׁמָ֖הּ לֹ֣א רֻחָ֑מָה כִּי֩ לֹ֨א אוֹסִ֜יף ע֗וֹד אֲרַחֵם֙ אֶת־בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל כִּֽי־נָשֹׂ֥א אֶשָּׂ֖א לָהֶֽם׃ Hosea Hos 1:6 Then she conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. And the Lord said to him, "Name her Lo-ruhamah, for I will no longer have compassion on the house of Israel, that I would ever forgive them. (nasb) ======= Hosea 1:7 ============ Hos 1:7 But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, by horses, nor by horsemen.(KJV) Hosea 1:7 Yet I will haue mercie vpon the house of Iudah, and wil saue them by the Lord their God, and wil not saue them by bow, nor by sword nor by battell, by horses, nor by horsemen.(Geneva) Osée 1:7 Mais j'aurai pitié de la maison de Juda; je les sauverai par l'Eternel, leur Dieu, et je ne les sauverai ni par l'arc, ni par l'épée, ni par les combats, ni par les chevaux, ni par les cavaliers.(FR) 7 ׃1 וְאֶת־בֵּ֤ית יְהוּדָה֙ אֲרַחֵ֔ם וְהֽוֹשַׁעְתִּ֖ים בַּיהוָ֣ה אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶ֑ם וְלֹ֣א אֽוֹשִׁיעֵ֗ם בְּקֶ֤שֶׁת וּבְחֶ֙רֶב֙ וּבְמִלְחָמָ֔ה בְּסוּסִ֖ים וּבְפָרָשִֽׁים׃ Hosea Hos 1:7 But I will have compassion on the house of Judah and deliver them by the Lord their God, and will not deliver them by bow, sword, battle, horses or horsemen."(nasb) ======= Hosea 1:8 ============ Hos 1:8 Now when she had weaned Loruhamah, she conceived, and bare a son.(KJV) Hosea 1:8 Nowe when she had wained Lo-ruhamah, shee conceiued, and bare a sonne.(Geneva) Osée 1:8 Elle sevra Lo-Ruchama; puis elle conçut, et enfanta un fils.(FR) 8 ׃1 וַתִּגְמֹ֖ל אֶת־לֹ֣א רֻחָ֑מָה וַתַּ֖הַר וַתֵּ֥לֶד בֵּֽן׃ Hosea Hos 1:8 When she had weaned Lo-ruhamah, she conceived and gave birth to a son. (nasb) ======= Hosea 1:9 ============ Hos 1:9 Then said God, Call his name Loammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God.(KJV) Hosea 1:9 Then saide God, Call his name Lo-ammi: for yee are not my people: therefore will I not be yours.(Geneva) Osée 1:9 Et l'Eternel dit: Donne-lui le nom de Lo-Ammi; car vous n'êtes pas mon peuple, et je ne suis pas votre Dieu.(FR) 9 ׃1 וַיֹּ֕אמֶר קְרָ֥א שְׁמ֖וֹ לֹ֣א עַמִּ֑י כִּ֤י אַתֶּם֙ לֹ֣א עַמִּ֔י וְאָנֹכִ֖י לֹֽא־אֶהְיֶ֥ה לָכֶֽם׃ ס Hosea Hos 1:9 And the Lord said, "Name him Lo-ammi, for you are not My people and I am not your God."(nasb) ======= Hosea 1:10 ============ Hos 1:10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.(KJV) Hosea 1:10 Yet the nomber of the children of Israel shall be as the sande of the sea, which can not be measured nor tolde: and in the place where it was saide vnto them, Yee are not my people, it shall be saide vnto them, Yee are the sonnes of the liuing God.(Geneva) Osée 1:10 Cependant le nombre des enfants d'Israël sera comme le sable de la mer, qui ne peut ni se mesurer ni se compter; et au lieu qu'on leur disait: Vous n'êtes pas mon peuple! on leur dira: Fils du Dieu vivant!(FR) 1 ׃2 וְֽ֠הָיָה מִסְפַּ֤ר בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ כְּח֣וֹל הַיָּ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹֽא־יִמַּ֖ד וְלֹ֣א יִסָּפֵ֑ר וְֽ֠הָיָה בִּמְק֞וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יֵאָמֵ֤ר לָהֶם֙ לֹֽא־עַמִּ֣י אַתֶּ֔ם יֵאָמֵ֥ר לָהֶ֖ם בְּנֵ֥י אֵֽל־חָֽי׃ Hosea Hos 1:10 Yet the number of the sons of Israel Will be like the sand of the sea, Which cannot be measured or numbered; And in the place Where it is said to them, "You are not My people," It will be said to them, "You are the sons of the living God."(nasb) ======= Hosea 1:11 ============ Hos 1:11 Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel.(kjv) Hosea 1:11 Then shall the children of Iudah, and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint them selues one head, & they shal come vp out of the land: for great is the day of Izreel.(Geneva) Osée 1:11 Les enfants de Juda et les enfants d'Israël se rassembleront, se donneront un chef, et sortiront du pays; car grande sera la journée de Jizreel.(FR) 2 ׃2 וְ֠נִקְבְּצוּ בְּנֵֽי־יְהוּדָ֤ה וּבְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ יַחְדָּ֔ו וְשָׂמ֥וּ לָהֶ֛ם רֹ֥אשׁ אֶחָ֖ד וְעָל֣וּ מִן־הָאָ֑רֶץ כִּ֥י גָד֖וֹל י֥וֹם יִזְרְעֶֽאל׃ Hosea Hos 1:11 And the sons of Judah and the sons of Israel will be gathered together, And they will appoint for themselves one leader, And they will go up from the land, For great will be the day of Jezreel.
