Today's Date: 1 ׃7 וַֽיְהִי֙ בִּשְׁנַ֣ת אַרְבַּ֔ע לְדָרְיָ֖וֶשׁ הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ הָיָ֨ה דְבַר־יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־זְכַרְיָ֗ה בְּאַרְבָּעָ֛ה לַחֹ֥דֶשׁ הַתְּשִׁעִ֖י בְּכִסְלֵֽו׃ Zechariah Zec 7:1 In the fourth year of King Darius, the word of the Lord came to Zechariah on the fourth day of the ninth month, which is Chislev. (nasb) ======= Zechariah 7:6 ============ Zch 7:6 And when ye did eat, and when ye did drink, did not ye eat for yourselves, and drink for yourselves?(KJV) Zechariah 7:6 And when ye did eate, and when ye did drinke, did ye not eate for your selues, and drinke for your selues?(Geneva) Zacharie 7:6 Et quand vous mangez et buvez, n'est-ce pas vous qui mangez et vous qui buvez?(FR) 6 ׃7 וְכִ֥י תֹאכְל֖וּ וְכִ֣י תִשְׁתּ֑וּ הֲל֤וֹא אַתֶּם֙ הָאֹ֣כְלִ֔ים וְאַתֶּ֖ם הַשֹּׁתִֽים׃ Zechariah Zec 7:6 When you eat and drink, do you not eat for yourselves and do you not drink for yourselves? Ainsi l'Eternel des armées s'enflamma d'une grande colère.(FR) 12 ׃7 וְלִבָּ֞ם שָׂ֣מוּ שָׁמִ֗יר מִ֠שְּׁמוֹעַ אֶת־הַתּוֹרָ֤ה וְאֶת־הַדְּבָרִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֨ר שָׁלַ֜ח יְהוָ֤ה צְבָאוֹת֙ בְּרוּח֔וֹ בְּיַ֖ד הַנְּבִיאִ֣ים הָרִֽאשֹׁנִ֑ים וַֽיְהִי֙ קֶ֣צֶף גָּד֔וֹל מֵאֵ֖ת יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃ Zechariah Zec 7:12 They made their hearts like flint so that they could not hear the law and the words which the Lord of hosts had sent by His Spirit through the former prophets; therefore great wrath came from the Lord of hosts. Thus the land is desolated behind them so that no one went back and forth, for they made the pleasant land desolate."
