(nasb) ======= Hebrews 3:5 ============ Heb 3:5 And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;(KJV) Hebrews 3:5 Now Moses verely was faithfull in all his house, as a seruant, for a witnesse of the thinges which should be spoken after.(Geneva) Hébreux 3:5 Pour Moïse, il a été fidèle dans toute la maison de Dieu, comme serviteur, pour rendre témoignage de ce qui devait être annoncé;(FR) אָמְנָם משֶׁה כְּעֶבֶד נֶאֱמָן הָיָה בְכָל־בֵּיתוֹ לְעֵדוּת עַל־אֲמָרָיו אֲשֶׁק יֵאָמֵרוּן׃ ה Hebrews Heb 3:5 Now Moses was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken later; (nasb) ======= Hebrews 3:6 ============ Heb 3:6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.(KJV) Hebrews 3:6 But Christ is as the Sonne, ouer his owne house, whose house we are, if we holde fast that confidence and that reioycing of that hope vnto the ende.(Geneva) Hébreux 3:6 mais Christ l'est comme Fils sur sa maison; et sa maison, c'est nous, pourvu que nous retenions jusqu'à la fin la ferme confiance et l'espérance dont nous nous glorifions.(FR) אַךְ הַמָּשִׁיחַ נֶאֱמָן כְּבֵן בְּבֵיתוֹ וּבֵיתוֹ אֲנָחְנוּ אִם רַק נֹאחֵז בְּמִבְטַחֵנוּ וְעֹז תִּקְוָתוֹ עַד־הַקֵּץ׃ ו Hebrews Heb 3:6 but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house--whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end. (nasb) ======= Hebrews 3:12 ============ Heb 3:12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.(KJV) Hebrews 3:12 Take heede, brethren, least at any time there be in any of you an euill heart, and vnfaithfull, to depart away from the liuing God.(Geneva) Hébreux 3:12 Prenez garde, frères, que quelqu'un de vous n'ait un coeur mauvais et incrédule, au point de se détourner du Dieu vivant.(FR) רְאוּ־נָא אַחַי גַּם־אַתֶּם פֶּן־יֵשׁ בָּכֶם לֵב רָע חֲסַר אֱמוּנָה לָסוּר מֵאַחֲרֵי אֱלֹהִים חַיִּים׃ יב Hebrews Heb 3:12 Take care, brethren, that there not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. Indeed, did not all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses? (nasb) ======= Hebrews 3:17 ============ Heb 3:17 But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?(KJV) Hebrews 3:17 But with whome was he displeased fourtie yeeres? Was hee not displeased with them that sinned, whose carkeises fell in the wildernes?(Geneva) Hébreux 3:17 Et contre qui Dieu fut-il irrité pendant quarante ans, sinon contre ceux qui péchaient, et dont les cadavres tombèrent dans le désert?(FR) וּבְמִי הִתְקוֹטֵט אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה הֲלֹא בַחַטָּאִים אֲשֶׁר פִּגְרֵיהֶם נָפְלוּ בַמִּדְבָּר׃ יז Hebrews Heb 3:17 And with whom was He angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness? (nasb) ======= Hebrews 3:18 ============ Heb 3:18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?(KJV) Hebrews 3:18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but vnto them that obeyed not?(Geneva) Hébreux 3:18 Et à qui jura-t-il qu'ils n'entreraient pas dans son repos, sinon à ceux qui avaient désobéi?(FR) וְעַל־מִי נִשְׁבַּע אִם־יְבֹאוּן אֶל־מְנוּחָתוֹ הֲלֹא עַל־אֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר לֹא הֶאֱמִינוּ׃ יח Hebrews Heb 3:18 And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who were disobedient?
