(Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:1 وكان لما فرغ من الكلام مع شاول انّ نفس يوناثان تعلّقت بنفس داود واحبه يوناثان كنفسه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:1 Now it came about when he had finished speaking to Saul, that the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as himself.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:2---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:2 فأخذه شاول في ذلك اليوم ولم يدعه يرجع الى بيت ابيه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:2 Saul took him that day and did not let him return to his father's house.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:3---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:3 وقطع يوناثان وداود عهدا لانه احبه كنفسه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:3 Then Jonathan made a covenant with David because he loved him as himself.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:4---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:4 وخلع يوناثان الجبة التي عليه واعطاها لداود مع ثيابه وسيفه وقوسه ومنطقته. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:4 Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David, with his armor, including his sword and his bow and his belt.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:5---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:5 وكان داود يخرج الى حيثما ارسله شاول. كان يفلح. فجعله شاول على رجال الحرب وحسن في اعين جميع الشعب وفي اعين عبيد شاول ايضا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:5 So David went out wherever Saul sent him, and prospered; and Saul set him over the men of war. And it was pleasing in the sight of all the people and also in the sight of Saul's servants.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:6---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:6 وكان عند مجيئهم حين رجع داود من قتل الفلسطيني ان النساء خرجت من جميع مدن اسرائيل بالغناء والرقص للقاء شاول الملك بدفوف وبفرح وبمثلثات. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:6 It happened as they were coming, when David returned from killing the Philistine, that the women came out of all the cities of Israel, singing and dancing, to meet King Saul, with tambourines, with joy and with musical instruments.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:7---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:7 فاجابت النساء اللاعبات وقلن ضرب شاول الوفه وداود ربواته. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:7 The women sang as they played, and said, "Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:8---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:8 فاحتمى شاول جدا وساء هذا الكلام في عينيه وقال اعطين داود ربوات واما انا فاعطينني الالوف. وبعد فقط تبق له المملكة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:8 Then Saul became very angry, for this saying displeased him; and he said, "They have ascribed to David ten thousands, but to me they have ascribed thousands. Now what more can he have but the kingdom?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:9---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:9 فكان شاول يعاين داود من ذلك اليوم فصاعدا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:9 Saul looked at David with suspicion from that day on.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:10---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:10 وكان في الغد ان الروح الردي من قبل الله اقتحم شاول وجنّ في وسط البيت وكان داود يضرب بيده كما في يوم فيوم وكان الرمح بيد شاول. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:10 Now it came about on the next day that an evil spirit from God came mightily upon Saul, and he raved in the midst of the house, while David was playing the harp with his hand, as usual; and a spear was in Saul's hand.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:11---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:11 فاشرع شاول الرمح وقال اضرب داود حتى الى الحائط. فتحول داود من امامه مرتين. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:11 Saul hurled the spear for he thought, "I will pin David to the wall." But David escaped from his presence twice.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:12---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:12 وكان شاول يخاف داود لان الرب كان معه وقد فارق شاول. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:12 Now Saul was afraid of David, for the Lord was with him but had departed from Saul.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:13---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:13 فابعده شاول عنه وجعله له رئيس الف فكان يخرج ويدخل امام الشعب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:13 Therefore Saul removed him from his presence and appointed him as his commander of a thousand; and he went out and came in before the people.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:14---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:14 وكان داود مفلحا في جميع طرقه والرب معه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:14 David was prospering in all his ways for the Lord was with him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:15---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:15 فلما رأى شاول انه مفلح جدا فزع منه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:15 When Saul saw that he was prospering greatly, he dreaded him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:16---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:16 وكان جميع اسرائيل ويهوذا يحبون داود لانه كان يخرج ويدخل امامهم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:16 But all Israel and Judah loved David, and he went out and came in before them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:17---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:17 وقال شاول لداود هوذا ابنتي الكبيرة ميرب اعطيك اياها امرأة. انما كن لي ذا بأس وحارب حروب الرب. فان شاول قال لا تكن يدي عليه بل لتكن عليه يد الفلسطينيين. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:17 Then Saul said to David, "Here is my older daughter Merab; I will give her to you as a wife, only be a valiant man for me and fight the Lord's battles." For Saul thought, "My hand shall not be against him, but let the hand of the Philistines be against him."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:18---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:18 فقال داود لشاول من انا وما هي حياتي وعشيرة ابي في اسرائيل حتى اكون صهر الملك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:18 But David said to Saul, "Who am I, and what is my life or my father's family in Israel, that I should be the king's son-in-law?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:19---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:19 وكان في وقت اعطاء ميرب ابنة شاول لداود انها أعطيت لعدريئيل المحولي امرأة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:19 So it came about at the time when Merab, Saul's daughter, should have been given to David, that she was given to Adriel the Meholathite for a wife.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:20---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:20 وميكال ابنة شاول احبت داود فاخبروا شاول فحسن الامر في عينيه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:20 Now Michal, Saul's daughter, loved David. When they told Saul, the thing was agreeable to him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:21---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:21 وقال شاول اعطيه اياها فتكون له شركا وتكون يد الفلسطينيين عليه. وقال شاول لداود ثانية تصاهرني اليوم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:21 Saul thought, "I will give her to him that she may become a snare to him, and that the hand of the Philistines may be against him." Therefore Saul said to David, "For a second time you may be my son-in-law today."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:22---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:22 وأمر شاول عبيده. تكلموا مع داود سرّا قائلين هوذا قد سرّ بك الملك وجميع عبيده قد احبوك فالآن صاهر الملك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:22 Then Saul commanded his servants, "Speak to David secretly, saying, 'Behold, the king delights in you, and all his servants love you; now therefore, become the king's son-in-law.'"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:23---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:23 فتكلم عبيد شاول في اذني داود بهذا الكلام. فقال داود هل مستخف في اعينكم مصاهرة الملك وانا رجل مسكين وحقير. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:23 So Saul's servants spoke these words to David. But David said, "Is it trivial in your sight to become the king's son-in-law, since I am a poor man and lightly esteemed?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:24---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:24 فاخبر شاول عبيده قائلين بمثل هذا الكلام تكلم داود. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:24 The servants of Saul reported to him according to these words which David spoke.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:25---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:25 فقال شاول هكذا تقولون لداود. ليست مسرّة الملك بالمهر بل بمئة غلفة من الفلسطينيين للانتقام من اعداء الملك. وكان شاول يتفكر ان يوقع داود بيد الفلسطينيين. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:25 Saul then said, "Thus you shall say to David, 'The king does not desire any dowry except a hundred foreskins of the Philistines, to take vengeance on the king's enemies.'" Now Saul planned to make David fall by the hand of the Philistines.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:26---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:26 فاخبر عبيده داود بهذا الكلام فحسن الكلام في عيني داود ان يصاهر الملك. ولم تكمل الايام -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:26 When his servants told David these words, it pleased David to become the king's son-in-law. Before the days had expired(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:27---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:27 حتى قام داود وذهب هو ورجاله وقتل من الفلسطينيين مئتي رجل واتى داود بغلفهم فاكملوها للملك لمصاهرة الملك. فاعطاه شاول ميكال ابنته امرأة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:27 David rose up and went, he and his men, and struck down two hundred men among the Philistines. Then David brought their foreskins, and they gave them in full number to the king, that he might become the king's son-in-law. So Saul gave him Michal his daughter for a wife.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:28---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:28 فرأى شاول وعلم ان الرب مع داود. وميكال ابنة شاول كانت تحبه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:28 When Saul saw and knew that the Lord was with David, and that Michal, Saul's daughter, loved him,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:29---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:29 وعاد شاول يخاف داود بعد وصار شاول عدوا لداود كل الايام -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:29 then Saul was even more afraid of David. Thus Saul was David's enemy continually.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 18:30---- (Arabic) ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 18:30 وخرج اقطاب الفلسطينيين ومن حين خروجهم كان داود يفلح اكثر من جميع عبيد شاول فتوقّر اسمه جدا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 18:30 Then the commanders of the Philistines went out to battle, and it happened as often as they went out, that David behaved himself more wisely than all the servants of Saul.
