(Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:1 اسمعوا هذا القول الذي انا انادي به عليكم مرثاة يا بيت اسرائيل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:1 Hear this word which I take up for you as a dirge, O house of Israel:(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:2---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:2 سقطت عذراء اسرائيل لا تعود تقوم. انطرحت على ارضها ليس من يقيمها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:2 She has fallen, she will not rise again-- The virgin Israel. She lies neglected on her land; There is none to raise her up.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:3---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:3 لانه هكذا قال السيد الرب. المدينة الخارجة بالف يبقى لها مئة والخارجة بمئة يبقى لها عشرة من بيت اسرائيل -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:3 For thus says the Lord God, "The city which goes forth a thousand strong Will have a hundred left, And the one which goes forth a hundred strong Will have ten left to the house of Israel."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:4---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:4 لانه هكذا قال الرب لبيت اسرائيل اطلبوني فتحيوا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:4 For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel, "Seek Me that you may live.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:5---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:5 ولا تطلبوا بيت ايل والى الجلجال لا تذهبوا والى بئر سبع لا تعبروا. لان الجلجال تسبى سبيا وبيت ايل تصير عدما. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:5 "But do not resort to Bethel And do not come to Gilgal, Nor cross over to Beersheba; For Gilgal will certainly go into captivity And Bethel will come to trouble.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:6---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:6 اطلبوا الرب فتحيوا لئلا يقتحم بيت يوسف كنار تحرق ولا يكون من يطفئها من بيت ايل -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:6 "Seek the Lord that you may live, Or He will break forth like a fire, O house of Joseph, And it will consume with none to quench it for Bethel,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:7---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:7 يا ايها الذين يحوّلون الحق افسنتينا ويلقون البر الى الارض -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:7 For those who turn justice into wormwood And cast righteousness down to the earth."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:8---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:8 الذي صنع الثريا والجبّار ويحوّل ظل الموت صبحا ويظلم النهار كالليل الذي يدعو مياه البحر ويصبها على وجه الارض يهوه اسمه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:8 He who made the Pleiades and Orion And changes deep darkness into morning, Who also darkens day into night, Who calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the surface of the earth, The Lord is His name.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:9---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:9 الذي يفلح الخرب على القوي فيأتي الخرب على الحصن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:9 It is He who flashes forth with destruction upon the strong, So that destruction comes upon the fortress.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:10---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:10 انهم في الباب يبغضون المنذر ويكرهون المتكلم بالصدق. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:10 They hate him who reproves in the gate, And they abhor him who speaks with integrity.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:11---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:11 لذلك من اجل انكم تدوسون المسكين وتاخذون منه هدية قمح بنيتم بيوتا من حجارة منحوتة ولا تسكنون فيها وغرستم كروما شهية ولا تشربون خمرها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:11 Therefore because you impose heavy rent on the poor And exact a tribute of grain from them, Though you have built houses of well-hewn stone, Yet you will not live in them; You have planted pleasant vineyards, yet you will not drink their wine.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:12---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:12 لاني علمت ان ذنوبكم كثيرة وخطاياكم وافرة ايها المضايقون البار الآخذون الرشوة الصادّون البائسين في الباب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:12 For I know your transgressions are many and your sins are great, You who distress the righteous and accept bribes And turn aside the poor in the gate.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:13---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:13 لذلك يصمت العاقل في ذلك الزمان لانه زمان رديء -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:13 Therefore at such a time the prudent person keeps silent, for it is an evil time.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:14---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:14 اطلبوا الخير لا الشر لكي تحيوا فعلى هذا يكون الرب اله الجنود معكم كما قلتم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:14 Seek good and not evil, that you may live; And thus may the Lord God of hosts be with you, Just as you have said!(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:15---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:15 ابغضوا الشر واحبوا الخير وثبّتوا الحق في الباب لعل الرب اله الجنود يترأف على بقية يوسف -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:15 Hate evil, love good, And establish justice in the gate! Perhaps the Lord God of hosts May be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:16---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:16 لذلك هكذا قال السيد الرب اله الجنود. في جميع الاسواق نحيب وفي جميع الازقة يقولون آه آه ويدعون الفلاح الى النوح وجميع عارفي الرثاء للندب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:16 Therefore thus says the Lord God of hosts, the Lord, "There is wailing in all the plazas, And in all the streets they say, 'Alas! Alas!' They also call the farmer to mourning And professional mourners to lamentation.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:17---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:17 وفي جميع الكروم ندب لاني اعبر في وسطك قال الرب -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:17 "And in all the vineyards there is wailing, Because I will pass through the midst of you," says the Lord.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:18---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:18 ويل للذين يشتهون يوم الرب. لماذا لكم يوم الرب. هو ظلام لا نور. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:18 Alas, you who are longing for the day of the Lord, For what purpose will the day of the Lord be to you? It will be darkness and not light;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:19---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:19 كما اذا هرب انسان من امام الاسد فصادفه الدب او دخل البيت ووضع يده على الحائط فلدغته الحيّة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:19 As when a man flees from a lion And a bear meets him, Or goes home, leans his hand against the wall And a snake bites him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:20---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:20 أليس يوم الرب ظلاما لا نورا وقتاما لا نور له -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:20 Will not the day of the Lord be darkness instead of light, Even gloom with no brightness in it?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:21---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:21 بغضت كرهت اعيادكم ولست التذّ باعتكافاتكم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:21 "I hate, I reject your festivals, Nor do I delight in your solemn assemblies.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:22---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:22 اني اذا قدمتم لي محرقاتكم وتقدماتكم لا ارتضي وذبائح السلامة من مسمّناتكم لا التفت اليها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:22 "Even though you offer up to Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I will not accept them; And I will not even look at the peace offerings of your fatlings.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:23---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:23 ابعد عني ضجّة اغانيك ونغمة ربابك لا اسمع. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:23 "Take away from Me the noise of your songs; I will not even listen to the sound of your harps.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:24---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:24 وليجر الحق كالمياه والبرّ كنهر دائم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:24 "But let justice roll down like waters And righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:25---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:25 هل قدمتم لي ذبائح وتقدمات في البرية اربعين سنة يا بيت اسرائيل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:25 "Did you present Me with sacrifices and grain offerings in the wilderness for forty years, O house of Israel?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:26---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:26 بل حملتم خيمة ملكومكم وتمثال اصنامكم نجم الهكم الذي صنعتم لنفوسكم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:26 You also carried along Sikkuth your king and Kiyyun, your images, the star of your gods which you made for yourselves.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 5:27---- (Arabic) ﺱﻮﻣﺎﻋ 5:27 فاسبيكم الى ما وراء دمشق قال الرب اله الجنود اسمه -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amo 5:27 Therefore, I will make you go into exile beyond Damascus," says the Lord, whose name is the God of hosts.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Amos 6:1 ---- written 755 B.C.
