(Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:1 وبعد خمسة ايام انحدر حنانيا رئيس الكهنة مع الشيوخ وخطيب اسمه ترتلس فعرضوا للوالي ضد بولس. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:1 After five days the high priest Ananias came down with some elders, with an attorney named Tertullus, and they brought charges to the governor against Paul.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:2---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:2 فلما دعي ابتدأ ترتلس في الشكاية قائلا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:2 After Paul had been summoned, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying to the governor, "Since we have through you attained much peace, and since by your providence reforms are being carried out for this nation,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:3---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:3 اننا حاصلون بواسطتك على سلام جزيل وقد صارت لهذه الامة مصالح بتدبيرك فنقبل ذلك ايها العزيز فيلكس بكل شكر في كل زمان وكل مكان. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:3 we acknowledge this in every way and everywhere, most excellent Felix, with all thankfulness.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:4---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:4 ولكن لئلا اعوقك اكثر التمس ان تسمعنا بالاختصار بحلمك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:4 "But, that I may not weary you any further, I beg you to grant us, by your kindness, a brief hearing.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:5---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:5 فاننا اذ وجدنا هذا الرجل مفسدا ومهيج فتنة بين جميع اليهود الذين في المسكونة ومقدام شيعة الناصريين -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:5 "For we have found this man a real pest and a fellow who stirs up dissension among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:6---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:6 وقد شرع ان ينجس الهيكل ايضا امسكناه واردنا ان نحكم عليه حسب ناموسنا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:6 "And he even tried to desecrate the temple; and then we arrested him. [We wanted to judge him according to our own Law.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:7---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:7 فاقبل ليسياس الامير بعنف شديد واخذه من بين ايدينا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:7 "But Lysias the commander came along, and with much violence took him out of our hands,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:8---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:8 وامر المشتكين عليه ان يأتوا اليك. ومنه يمكنك اذا فحصت ان تعلم جميع هذه الامور التي نشتكي بها عليه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:8 ordering his accusers to come before you.] By examining him yourself concerning all these matters you will be able to ascertain the things of which we accuse him."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:9---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:9 ثم وافقه اليهود ايضا قائلين ان هذه الامور هكذا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:9 The Jews also joined in the attack, asserting that these things were so.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:10---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:10 فاجاب بولس اذ اومأ اليه الوالي ان يتكلم. اني اذ قد علمت انك منذ سنين كثيرة قاض لهذه الامة احتج عما في امري باكثر سرور. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:10 When the governor had nodded for him to speak, Paul responded: "Knowing that for many years you have been a judge to this nation, I cheerfully make my defense,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:11---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:11 وانت قادر ان تعرف انه ليس لي اكثر من اثني عشر يوما منذ صعدت لاسجد في اورشليم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:11 since you can take note of the fact that no more than twelve days ago I went up to Jerusalem to worship.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:12---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:12 ولم يجدوني في الهيكل احاج احدا او اصنع تجمعا من الشعب ولا في المجامع ولا في المدينة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:12 "Neither in the temple, nor in the synagogues, nor in the city itself did they find me carrying on a discussion with anyone or causing a riot.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:13---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:13 ولا يستطيعون ان يثبتوا ما يشتكون به الآن عليّ. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:13 "Nor can they prove to you the charges of which they now accuse me.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:14---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:14 ولكنني اقرّ لك بهذا انني حسب الطريق الذي يقولون له شيعة هكذا اعبد اله آبائي مؤمنا بكل ما هو مكتوب في الناموس والانبياء. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:14 "But this I admit to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect I do serve the God of our fathers, believing everything that is in accordance with the Law and that is written in the Prophets;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:15---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:15 ولي رجاء بالله في ما هم ايضا ينتظرونه انه سوف تكون قيامة للاموات الابرار والاثمة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:15 having a hope in God, which these men cherish themselves, that there shall certainly be a resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:16---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:16 لذلك انا ايضا ادرب نفسي ليكون لي دائما ضمير بلا عثرة من نحو الله والناس. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:16 "In view of this, I also do my best to maintain always a blameless conscience both before God and before men.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:17---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:17 وبعد سنين كثيرة جئت اصنع صدقات لامتي وقرابين. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:17 "Now after several years I came to bring alms to my nation and to present offerings;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:18---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:18 وفي ذلك وجدني متطهرا في الهيكل ليس مع جمع ولا مع شغب قوم هم يهود من اسيا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:18 in which they found me occupied in the temple, having been purified, without any crowd or uproar. But there were some Jews from Asia--(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:19---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:19 كان ينبغي ان يحضروا لديك ويشتكوا ان كان لهم عليّ شيء. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:19 who ought to have been present before you and to make accusation, if they should have anything against me.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:20---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:20 او ليقل هؤلاء انفسهم ماذا وجدوا فيّ من الذنب وانا قائم امام المجمع -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:20 "Or else let these men themselves tell what misdeed they found when I stood before the Council,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:21---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:21 الا من جهة هذا القول الواحد الذي صرخت به واقفا بينهم اني من اجل قيامة الاموات أحاكم منكم اليوم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:21 other than for this one statement which I shouted out while standing among them, 'For the resurrection of the dead I am on trial before you today.'"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:22---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:22 فلما سمع هذا فيلكس امهلهم اذ كان يعلم باكثر تحقيق امور هذا الطريق قائلا متى انحدر ليسياس الامير افحص عن اموركم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:22 But Felix, having a more exact knowledge about the Way, put them off, saying, "When Lysias the commander comes down, I will decide your case."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:23---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:23 وامر قائد المئة ان يحرس بولس وتكون له رخصة وان لا يمنع احدا من اصحابه ان يخدمه او يأتي اليه -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:23 Then he gave orders to the centurion for him to be kept in custody and yet have some freedom, and not to prevent any of his friends from ministering to him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:24---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:24 ثم بعد ايام جاء فيلكس مع دروسلا امرأته وهي يهودية فاستحضر بولس وسمع منه عن الايمان بالمسيح. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:24 But some days later Felix arrived with Drusilla, his wife who was a Jewess, and sent for Paul and heard him speak about faith in Christ Jesus.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:25---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:25 وبينما كان يتكلم عن البر والتعفف والدينونة العتيدة ان تكون ارتعب فيلكس واجاب اما الآن فاذهب متى حصلت على وقت استدعيك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:25 But as he was discussing righteousness, self-control and the judgment to come, Felix became frightened and said, "Go away for the present, and when I find time I will summon you."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:26---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:26 وكان ايضا يرجو ان يعطيه بولس دراهم ليطلقه ولذلك كان يستحضره مرارا اكثر ويتكلم معه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:26 At the same time too, he was hoping that money would be given him by Paul; therefore he also used to send for him quite often and converse with him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 24:27---- (Arabic) ﻞﺳﺮﻟﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﺍ 24:27 ولكن لما كملت سنتان قبل فيلكس بوركيوس فستوس خليفة له. واذ كان فيلكس يريد ان يودع اليهود منة ترك بولس مقيدا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Act 24:27 But after two years had passed, Felix was succeeded by Porcius Festus, and wishing to do the Jews a favor, Felix left Paul imprisoned.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Acts 25:1 ---- written 61 A.D.---- |
