Rehabeam berumur empat puluh satu tahun pada waktu ia menjadi raja, dan tujuh belas tahun lamanya ia memerintah di Yerusalem, kota yang dipilih TUHAN dari antara segala suku Israel untuk membuat nama-Nya tinggal di sana.
