Pergilah, hai utusan-utusan yang tangkas, kepada bangsa yang jangkung dan berkulit mengkilap, kepada kaum yang ditakuti dekat dan jauh, yakni bangsa yang berkekuatan ulet dan lalim, yang negerinya dilintasi sungai-sungai!(Indonesian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 18:2 Which sends envoys by the sea, Even in papyrus vessels on the surface of the waters. Go, swift messengers, to a nation tall and smooth, To a people feared far and wide, A powerful and oppressive nation Whose land the rivers divide.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 18:3---- Isaiah 18:3 Hai semua penduduk dunia, hai orang-orang yang mendiami bumi! Apabila panji-panji dinaikkan di gunung-gunung, lihatlah; apabila sangkakala ditiup, dengarlah!(Indonesian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 18:3 All you inhabitants of the world and dwellers on earth, As soon as a standard is raised on the mountains, you will see it, And as soon as the trumpet is blown, you will hear it.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 18:4---- Isaiah 18:4 Sebab beginilah firman TUHAN kepadaku: "Aku akan menjenguk dari tempat kediaman-Ku dengan tidak bergerak, seperti hawa panas yang mendidih waktu panas terik, seperti kabut embun di panas musim menuai."(Indonesian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 18:4 For thus the Lord has told me, "I will look from My dwelling place quietly Like dazzling heat in the sunshine, Like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 18:5---- Isaiah 18:5 Sebab sebelum musim buah, apabila waktu berbunga sudah berakhir, dan gugusan putik menjadi buah anggur yang hendak masak, maka TUHAN akan mengerat ranting-rantingnya dengan pisau pemangkas, dan menyisihkan carang-carangnya dengan memancungnya.(Indonesian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 18:5 For before the harvest, as soon as the bud blossoms And the flower becomes a ripening grape, Then He will cut off the sprigs with pruning knives And remove and cut away the spreading branches.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 18:6---- Isaiah 18:6 Semuanya itu akan ditinggalkan bertumpuk-tumpuk bagi burung-burung buas di pegunungan, dan bagi binatang-binatang di hutan. Pada musim panas burung-burung buas akan bermukim di situ dan segala binatang hutan pada musim dingin.(Indonesian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 18:6 They will be left together for mountain birds of prey, And for the beasts of the earth; And the birds of prey will spend the summer feeding on them, And all the beasts of the earth will spend harvest time on them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 18:7---- Isaiah 18:7 Pada waktu itu juga persembahan akan disampaikan kepada TUHAN semesta alam dari kaum yang jangkung dan berkulit mengkilap, dan dari kaum yang ditakuti dekat dan jauh, yakni bangsa yang berkekuatan ulet dan lalim, yang negerinya dilintasi sungai-sungai, ke tempat nama TUHAN semesta alam, yaitu gunung Sion.(Indonesian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 18:7 At that time a gift of homage will be brought to the Lord of hosts From a people tall and smooth, Even from a people feared far and wide, A powerful and oppressive nation, Whose land the rivers divide-- To the place of the name of the Lord of hosts, even Mount Zion.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 19:1 ---- written 740-680 B.C.
