Rut.4:1 Boas telah pergi ke pintu gerbang dan duduk di sana. Kebetulan lewatlah penebus yang disebutkan Boas itu. Lalu berkatalah Boas: "Hai saudara, datanglah dahulu ke mari, duduklah di sini." Maka datanglah ia, lalu duduk.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:1 Now Boaz went up to the gate and sat down there, and behold, the close relative of whom Boaz spoke was passing by, so he said, "Turn aside, friend, sit down here." And he turned aside and sat down.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:2---- Rut.4:2 Kemudian dipilihnyalah sepuluh orang dari para tua-tua kota itu, dan berkata: "Duduklah kamu di sini." Maka duduklah mereka.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:2 He took ten men of the elders of the city and said, "Sit down here." So they sat down.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:3---- Rut.4:3 Lalu berkatalah ia kepada penebus itu: "Tanah milik kepunyaan saudara kita Elimelekh hendak dijual oleh Naomi, yang telah pulang dari daerah Moab.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:3 Then he said to the closest relative, "Naomi, who has come back from the land of Moab, has to sell the piece of land which belonged to our brother Elimelech.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:4---- Rut.4:4 Jadi pikirku: baik juga hal itu kusampaikan kepadamu sebagai berikut: Belilah tanah itu di depan orang-orang yang duduk di sini dan di depan para tua-tua bangsa kita. Jika engkau mau menebusnya, tebuslah; tetapi jika engkau tidak mau menebusnya, beritahukanlah kepadaku, supaya aku tahu, sebab tidak ada orang yang dapat menebusnya kecuali engkau, dan sesudah engkau: aku." Lalu berkatalah ia: "Aku akan menebusnya."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:4 So I thought to inform you, saying, 'Buy it before those who are sitting here, and before the elders of my people. If you will redeem it, redeem it; but if not, tell me that I may know; for there is no one but you to redeem it, and I am after you.'" And he said, "I will redeem it."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:5---- Rut.4:5 Tetapi kata Boas: "Pada waktu engkau membeli tanah itu dari tangan Naomi, engkau memperoleh Rut juga, perempuan Moab, isteri orang yang telah mati itu, untuk menegakkan nama orang itu di atas milik pusakanya."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:5 Then Boaz said, "On the day you buy the field from the hand of Naomi, you must also acquire Ruth the Moabitess, the widow of the deceased, in order to raise up the name of the deceased on his inheritance."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:6---- Rut.4:6 Lalu berkatalah penebus itu: "Jika demikian, aku ini tidak dapat menebusnya, sebab aku akan merusakkan milik pusakaku sendiri. Aku mengharap engkau menebus apa yang seharusnya aku tebus, sebab aku tidak dapat menebusnya."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:6 The closest relative said, "I cannot redeem it for myself, because I would jeopardize my own inheritance. Redeem it for yourself; you may have my right of redemption, for I cannot redeem it."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:7---- Rut.4:7 Beginilah kebiasaan dahulu di Israel dalam hal menebus dan menukar: setiap kali orang hendak menguatkan sesuatu perkara, maka yang seorang menanggalkan kasutnya sebelah dan memberikannya kepada yang lain. Demikianlah caranya orang mensahkan perkara di Israel.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:7 Now this was the custom in former times in Israel concerning the redemption and the exchange of land to confirm any matter: a man removed his sandal and gave it to another; and this was the manner of attestation in Israel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:8---- Rut.4:8 Lalu penebus itu berkata kepada Boas: "Engkau saja yang membelinya." Dan ditanggalkannyalah kasutnya.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:8 So the closest relative said to Boaz, "Buy it for yourself." And he removed his sandal.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:9---- Rut.4:9 Kemudian berkatalah Boas kepada para tua-tua dan kepada semua orang di situ: "Kamulah pada hari ini menjadi saksi, bahwa segala milik Elimelekh dan segala milik Kilyon dan Mahlon, aku beli dari tangan Naomi;(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:9 Then Boaz said to the elders and all the people, "You are witnesses today that I have bought from the hand of Naomi all that belonged to Elimelech and all that belonged to Chilion and Mahlon.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:10---- Rut.4:10 juga Rut, perempuan Moab itu, isteri Mahlon, aku peroleh menjadi isteriku untuk menegakkan nama orang yang telah mati itu di atas milik pusakanya. Demikianlah nama orang itu tidak akan lenyap dari antara saudara-saudaranya dan dari antara warga kota. Kamulah pada hari ini menjadi saksi."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:10 Moreover, I have acquired Ruth the Moabitess, the widow of Mahlon, to be my wife in order to raise up the name of the deceased on his inheritance, so that the name of the deceased will not be cut off from his brothers or from the court of his birth place; you are witnesses today."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:11---- Rut.4:11 Dan seluruh orang banyak yang hadir di pintu gerbang, dan para tua-tua berkata: "Kamilah menjadi saksi. TUHAN kiranya membuat perempuan yang akan masuk ke rumahmu itu sama seperti Rahel dan Lea, yang keduanya telah membangunkan umat Israel. Biarlah engkau menjadi makmur di Efrata dan biarlah namamu termasyhur di Betlehem,(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:11 All the people who were in the court, and the elders, said, "We are witnesses. May the Lord make the woman who is coming into your home like Rachel and Leah, both of whom built the house of Israel; and may you achieve wealth in Ephrathah and become famous in Bethlehem.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:12---- Rut.4:12 keturunanmu kiranya menjadi seperti keturunan Peres yang dilahirkan Tamar bagi Yehuda oleh karena anak-anak yang akan diberikan TUHAN kepadamu dari perempuan muda ini!"(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:12 Moreover, may your house be like the house of Perez whom Tamar bore to Judah, through the offspring which the Lord will give you by this young woman."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:13---- Rut.4:13 Lalu Boas mengambil Rut dan perempuan itu menjadi isterinya dan dihampirinyalah dia. Maka atas karunia TUHAN perempuan itu mengandung, lalu melahirkan seorang anak laki-laki.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:13 So Boaz took Ruth, and she became his wife, and he went in to her. And the Lord enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:14---- Rut.4:14 Sebab itu perempuan-perempuan berkata kepada Naomi: "Terpujilah TUHAN, yang telah rela menolong engkau pada hari ini dengan seorang penebus. Termasyhurlah kiranya nama anak itu di Israel.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:14 Then the women said to Naomi, "Blessed is the Lord who has not left you without a redeemer today, and may his name become famous in Israel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:15---- Rut.4:15 Dan dialah yang akan menyegarkan jiwamu dan memelihara engkau pada waktu rambutmu telah putih; sebab menantumu yang mengasihi engkau telah melahirkannya, perempuan yang lebih berharga bagimu dari tujuh anak laki-laki."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:15 May he also be to you a restorer of life and a sustainer of your old age; for your daughter-in-law, who loves you and is better to you than seven sons, has given birth to him."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:16---- Rut.4:16 Dan Naomi mengambil anak itu serta meletakkannya pada pangkuannya dan dialah yang mengasuhnya.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:16 Then Naomi took the child and laid him in her lap, and became his nurse.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:17---- Rut.4:17 Dan tetangga-tetangga perempuan memberi nama kepada anak itu, katanya: "Pada Naomi telah lahir seorang anak laki-laki"; lalu mereka menyebutkan namanya Obed. Dialah ayah Isa , ayah Daud.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:17 The neighbor women gave him a name, saying, "A son has been born to Naomi!" So they named him Obed.
