Now Israel went out to meet the Philistines in battle and camped beside Ebenezer while the Philistines camped in Aphek.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 4:2---- 1Sa 4:2 Orang Filistin mengatur barisannya berhadapan dengan orang Israel. And they said, "Woe to us! Siapakah yang menolong kita dari tangan Allah yang maha dahsyat ini? Who shall deliver us from the hand of these mighty gods? These are the gods who smote the Egyptians with all kinds of plagues in the wilderness.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Samuel 4:9---- 1Sa 4:9 Kuatkanlah hatimu dan berlakulah seperti laki-laki, hai orang Filistin, supaya kamu jangan menjadi budak orang Ibrani itu, seperti mereka dahulu menjadi budakmu. Mereka melarikan diri masing-masing ke kemahnya. Empat puluh tahun lamanya ia memerintah sebagai hakim atas orang Israel.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Sa 4:18 When he mentioned the ark of God, Eli fell off the seat backward beside the gate, and his neck was broken and he died, for he was old and heavy.
