Deuteronomy 19:1 وقتی كه یهوه خدایت این امتها را كهیهوه، خدایت، زمین ایشان را به تو میدهد منقطع سازد، و تو وارث ایشان شده، در شهرها و خانههای ایشان ساكن شوی،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:1 "When the Lord your God cuts off the nations, whose land the Lord your God gives you, and you dispossess them and settle in their cities and in their houses,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:2---- Deuteronomy 19:2 پس سه شهر را برای خود در میان زمینی كه یهوه، خدایت، به جهت ملكیت به تو میدهد، جدا كن.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:2 you shall set aside three cities for yourself in the midst of your land, which the Lord your God gives you to possess.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:3---- Deuteronomy 19:3 شاهراه را برای خود درست كن، و حدود زمین خود را كه یهوه خدایت برای تو تقسیم میكند، سه قسمت كن، تا هر قاتلی در آنجا فرار كند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:3 You shall prepare the roads for yourself, and divide into three parts the territory of your land which the Lord your God will give you as a possession, so that any manslayer may flee there.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:4---- Deuteronomy 19:4 و این است حكم قاتلی كه به آنجا فرار كرده، زنده ماند: هر كه همسایۀ خود را نادانسته بكشد، و قبل از آن از او بغض نداشت.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:4 "Now this is the case of the manslayer who may flee there and live: when he kills his friend unintentionally, not hating him previously"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:5---- Deuteronomy 19:5 مثل كسی كه با همسایۀ خود برای بریدن درخت در جنگل برود، و دستش برای قطع نمودن درخت تبر را بلند كند، و آهن از دسته بیرون رفته، به همسایهاش بخورد تا بمیرد، پس به یكی از آن شهرها فرار كرده، زنده ماند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:5 as when a man goes into the forest with his friend to cut wood, and his hand swings the axe to cut down the tree, and the iron head slips off the handle and strikes his friend so that he dies--he may flee to one of these cities and live;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:6---- Deuteronomy 19:6 مبادا ولی خون وقتی كه دلش گرم است قاتل را تعاقب كند، و به سبب مسافت راه به وی رسیده، او را بكشد، و او مستوجب موت نباشد، چونكه او را پیشتر بغض نداشت.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:6 otherwise the avenger of blood might pursue the manslayer in the heat of his anger, and overtake him, because the way is long, and take his life, though he was not deserving of death, since he had not hated him previously.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:7---- Deuteronomy 19:7 از این جهت من تو را امر فرموده، گفتم برای خود سه شهر ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:8---- Deuteronomy 19:8 و اگر یهوه، خدایت، حدود تو را به طوری كه به پدرانت قسم خورده است وسیع گرداند، و تمامی زمین را به تو عطا فرماید، كه به دادن آن به پدرانت وعده داده است،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:8 "If the Lord your God enlarges your territory, just as He has sworn to your fathers, and gives you all the land which He promised to give your fathers--(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:9---- Deuteronomy 19:9 و اگر تمامی این اوامر را كه من امروز به تو میفرمایم نگاه داشته، بجاآوری كه یهوه خدای خود را دوست داشته، به طریقهای او دائماً سلوك نمایی، آنگاه سه شهر دیگر بر این سه برای خود مزید كن.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:9 if you carefully observe all this commandment which I command you today, to love the Lord your God, and to walk in His ways always--then you shall add three more cities for yourself, besides these three.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:10---- Deuteronomy 19:10 تا خون بیگناه در زمینی كه یهوه خدایت برای ملكیت به تو میدهد، ریخته نشود، و خون بر گردن تو نباشد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:10 So innocent blood will not be shed in the midst of your land which the Lord your God gives you as an inheritance, and bloodguiltiness be on you.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:11---- Deuteronomy 19:11 لیكن اگر كسی همسایۀ خود را بغض داشته، در كمین او باشد و بر او برخاسته، او را ضرب مهلك بزند كه بمیرد، و به یكی از این شهرها فرار كند،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:11 "But if there is a man who hates his neighbor and lies in wait for him and rises up against him and strikes him so that he dies, and he flees to one of these cities,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:12---- Deuteronomy 19:12 آنگاه مشایخ شهرش فرستاده، او را از آنجا بگیرند، و او را به دست ولی خون تسلیم كنند، تا كشته شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:12 then the elders of his city shall send and take him from there and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:13---- Deuteronomy 19:13 چشم تو بر او ترحم نكند، تا خون بیگناهی را از اسرائیل دور كنی، و برای تو گذاشتهاند، در ملك تو كه به دست تو خواهد آمد، در زمینی كه یهوه خدایت برای تصرفش به تو میدهد، منتقل مساز.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:14 "You shall not move your neighbor's boundary mark, which the ancestors have set, in your inheritance which you will inherit in the land that the Lord your God gives you to possess.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:15---- Deuteronomy 19:15 یك شاهد بر كسی برنخیزد، به هر تقصیر و هر گناه از جمیع گناهانی كه كرده باشد، به گواهی دو شاهد یا به گواهی سه شاهد هر امری ثابت شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:15 "A single witness shall not rise up against a man on account of any iniquity or any sin which he has committed; on the evidence of two or three witnesses a matter shall be confirmed.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:16---- Deuteronomy 19:16 اگر شاهد كاذبی بر كسی برخاسته، به معصیتش شهادت دهد،(Persian) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:17---- Deuteronomy 19:17 آنگاه هر دو شخصی كه منازعه در میان ایشان است، به حضور خداوند و به حضور كاهنان و داورانی كه در آن زمان باشند، حاضر شوند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:17 then both the men who have the dispute shall stand before the Lord, before the priests and the judges who will be in office in those days.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:18---- Deuteronomy 19:18 و داوران، نیكو تفحص نمایند، و اینك اگر شاهد، شاهد كاذب است و بر برادر خود شهادت دروغ داده باشد،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:18 The judges shall investigate thoroughly, and if the witness is a false witness and he has accused his brother falsely,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 19:19---- Deuteronomy 19:19 پس به طوری كه او خواست با برادر خود عمل نماید، بااو همان طور رفتار نمایند، تا بدی را از میان خود دور نمایی.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 19:19 then you shall do to him just as he had intended to do to his brother.
