Esther 7:1 Vino, pues, el rey con Amán al banquete con la reina Esther.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:1 Now the king and Haman came to drink wine with Esther the queen.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:2---- Esther 7:2 Y también el segundo día dijo el rey a Esther en el convite del vino: ¿Cuál [es] tu petición, reina Esther, y se te concederá? ¿Cuál [es] tu demanda? Aunque sea la mitad del reino, y te será hecho.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:2 And the king said to Esther on the second day also as they drank their wine at the banquet, "What is your petition, Queen Esther? It shall be granted you. And what is your request? Even to half of the kingdom it shall be done."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:3---- Esther 7:3 Entonces la reina Esther respondió y dijo: Oh rey, si he hallado gracia en tus ojos, y si le place al rey, me sea dada mi vida por mi petición, y mi pueblo por mi demanda.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:3 Then Queen Esther replied, "If I have found favor in your sight, O king, and if it pleases the king, let my life be given me as my petition, and my people as my request;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:4---- Esther 7:4 Porque vendidos estamos yo y mi pueblo para ser destruidos, para ser muertos y exterminados. Y si para ser siervos y siervas fuéramos vendidos, yo callaría, aunque el enemigo no compensaría el daño del rey.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:4 for we have been sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be killed and to be annihilated. Now if we had only been sold as slaves, men and women, I would have remained silent, for the trouble would not be commensurate with the annoyance to the king."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:5---- Esther 7:5 Y respondió el rey Asuero, y dijo a la reina Esther: ¿Quién es, y dónde está, aquél que ha concebido en su corazón hacer tal cosa?(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:5 Then King Ahasuerus asked Queen Esther, "Who is he, and where is he, who would presume to do thus?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:6---- Esther 7:6 Y Esther dijo: El enemigo y adversario es este malvado Amán. Entonces se turbó Amán delante del rey y de la reina.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:6 Esther said, "A foe and an enemy is this wicked Haman!" Then Haman became terrified before the king and queen.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:7---- Esther 7:7 Y se levantó el rey del banquete del vino, y enfurecido [se fue] al huerto del palacio; y se quedó Amán para rogar a la reina Esther por su vida; porque vio que estaba resuelto para él el mal de parte del rey.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:7 The king arose in his anger from drinking wine and went into the palace garden; but Haman stayed to beg for his life from Queen Esther, for he saw that harm had been determined against him by the king.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:8---- Esther 7:8 Volvió después el rey del huerto del palacio al aposento del banquete del vino, y Amán había caído sobre el lecho en que [estaba] Esther. Entonces dijo el rey: ¿Querrá también forzar a la reina estando yo en casa? Y al salir esta palabra de la boca del rey, cubrieron el rostro a Amán.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:8 Now when the king returned from the palace garden into the place where they were drinking wine, Haman was falling on the couch where Esther was. Then the king said, "Will he even assault the queen with me in the house?" As the word went out of the king's mouth, they covered Haman's face.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:9---- Esther 7:9 Y dijo Harbona, uno de los eunucos de delante del rey: He aquí también la horca de cincuenta codos de altura que hizo Amán para Mardoqueo, el cual había hablado bien por el rey, está en casa de Amán. Entonces el rey dijo: Colgadlo en ella.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:9 Then Harbonah, one of the eunuchs who were before the king said, "Behold indeed, the gallows standing at Haman's house fifty cubits high, which Haman made for Mordecai who spoke good on behalf of the king!" And the king said, "Hang him on it."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 7:10---- Esther 7:10 Así colgaron a Amán en la horca que él había preparado para Mardoqueo; y se apaciguó la ira del rey.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 7:10 So they hanged Haman on the gallows which he had prepared for Mordecai, and the king's anger subsided.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:1 ---- written 465 B.C.---- |
