Esther 5:1 Y aconteció que al tercer día se vistió Esther [su vestido] real, y se puso en el patio interior de la casa del rey, frente al aposento del rey; y el rey estaba sentado en su trono regio en el aposento real, frente a la puerta del aposento.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:1 Now it came about on the third day that Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the king's palace in front of the king's rooms, and the king was sitting on his royal throne in the throne room, opposite the entrance to the palace.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:2---- Esther 5:2 Y fue que cuando el rey vio a la reina Esther que estaba en el patio, ella obtuvo gracia en sus ojos; y el rey extendió a Esther el cetro de oro que [tenía] en su mano. Entonces se acercó Esther y tocó la punta del cetro.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:2 When the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, she obtained favor in his sight; and the king extended to Esther the golden scepter which was in his hand. And what is your request? Vino, pues, el rey con Amán al banquete que Esther había preparado.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:5 Then the king said, "Bring Haman quickly that we may do as Esther desires." So the king and Haman came to the banquet which Esther had prepared.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:6---- Esther 5:6 Y dijo el rey a Esther en el banquete del vino: ¿Cuál [es] tu petición, y te será otorgada? ¿Cuál [es] tu deseo? Aunque sea la mitad del reino, te será concedido.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:6 As they drank their wine at the banquet, the king said to Esther, "What is your petition, for it shall be granted to you. And what is your request? Even to half of the kingdom it shall be done."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:7---- Esther 5:7 Entonces respondió Esther, y dijo: Mi petición y mi demanda [es]:(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:7 So Esther replied, "My petition and my request is:(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:8---- Esther 5:8 Si he hallado gracia en los ojos del rey, y si le place al rey otorgar mi petición y conceder lo que pido, que venga el rey con Amán al banquete que yo les prepararé; y mañana haré conforme a lo que el rey ha mandado.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:8 if I have found favor in the sight of the king, and if it pleases the king to grant my petition and do what I request, may the king and Haman come to the banquet which I will prepare for them, and tomorrow I will do as the king says."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:9---- Esther 5:9 Y salió Amán aquel día contento y alegre de corazón; pero cuando vio a Mardoqueo a la puerta del rey, que no se levantaba ni se movía de su lugar, se llenó de ira contra Mardoqueo.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:9 Then Haman went out that day glad and pleased of heart; but when Haman saw Mordecai in the king's gate and that he did not stand up or tremble before him, Haman was filled with anger against Mordecai.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:10---- Esther 5:10 Sin embargo, Amán se refrenó; y cuando vino a su casa mandó llamar a sus amigos y a Zeres, su esposa.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:10 Haman controlled himself, however, went to his house and sent for his friends and his wife Zeresh.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:11---- Esther 5:11 Y les refirió Amán la gloria de sus riquezas, y la multitud de sus hijos, y todas las cosas con que el rey le había engrandecido y con que le había enaltecido sobre los príncipes y siervos del rey.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:11 Then Haman recounted to them the glory of his riches, and the number of his sons, and every instance where the king had magnified him and how he had promoted him above the princes and servants of the king.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:12---- Esther 5:12 Y añadió Amán: También la reina Esther a ninguno hizo venir con el rey al banquete que ella preparó, sino a mí; y aun para mañana estoy convidado por ella con el rey.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:12 Haman also said, "Even Esther the queen let no one but me come with the king to the banquet which she had prepared; and tomorrow also I am invited by her with the king.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:13---- Esther 5:13 Mas todo esto de nada me sirve mientras yo vea al judío Mardoqueo sentado a la puerta del rey.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:13 Yet all of this does not satisfy me every time I see Mordecai the Jew sitting at the king's gate."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 5:14---- Esther 5:14 Y le dijo Zeres, su esposa, y todos sus amigos: Hagan una horca alta de cincuenta codos, y mañana di al rey que cuelguen a Mardoqueo en ella; y entra alegre con el rey al banquete. Y el consejo agradó a Amán, e hizo preparar la horca.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 5:14 Then Zeresh his wife and all his friends said to him, "Have a gallows fifty cubits high made and in the morning ask the king to have Mordecai hanged on it; then go joyfully with the king to the banquet."
