Deuteronomy 21:1 "ในแผ่นดินซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านประทานให้ท่านเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์นั้น ถ้าพบศพคนที่ถูกฆ่าทิ้งอยู่กลางแจ้ง ไม่ทราบว่าผู้ใดฆ่าเขาตาย (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:1 "If a slain person is found lying in the open country in the land which the Lord your God gives you to possess, and it is not known who has struck him,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:2---- Deuteronomy 21:2 ก็ให้พวกผู้ใหญ่และผู้พิพากษาของท่านออกมาวัดดูระยะทางถึงเมืองต่างๆที่อยู่รอบๆศพผู้ตายนั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:2 then your elders and your judges shall go out and measure the distance to the cities which are around the slain one.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:3---- Deuteronomy 21:3 แล้วเมืองที่อยู่ใกล้ที่สุดกับศพผู้ตายนั้น ให้พวกผู้ใหญ่ของเมืองนั้นนำวัวตัวเมียตัวหนึ่งซึ่งยังไม่เคยใช้งาน และยังไม่เคยเทียมแอก (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:3 It shall be that the city which is nearest to the slain man, that is, the elders of that city, shall take a heifer of the herd, which has not been worked and which has not pulled in a yoke;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:4---- Deuteronomy 21:4 และให้พวกผู้ใหญ่ของเมืองนั้นนำวัวเมียตัวนั้นไปที่หุบเขาซึ่งมีน้ำไหล ซึ่งไม่มีใครไถหรือหว่านเลย และให้หักคอวัวเมียที่หุบเขานั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:4 and the elders of that city shall bring the heifer down to a valley with running water, which has not been plowed or sown, and shall break the heifer's neck there in the valley.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:5---- Deuteronomy 21:5 และปุโรหิตผู้เป็นลูกหลานของเลวีจะต้องเข้ามาใกล้ ด้วยพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านได้ทรงเลือกเขาไว้ให้ปรนนิบัติพระองค์ และให้อวยพรในพระนามของพระเยโฮวาห์ ให้การวิวาทและการทำร้ายทุกเรื่องสิ้นสุดลงด้วยคำของปุโรหิตเหล่านี้ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:5 Then the priests, the sons of Levi, shall come near, for the Lord your God has chosen them to serve Him and to bless in the name of the Lord; and every dispute and every assault shall be settled by them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:6---- Deuteronomy 21:6 และพวกผู้ใหญ่ทุกคนของเมืองที่อยู่ใกล้ที่สุดผู้ถูกฆ่านั้นจะล้างมือของเขาทั้งหลายเหนือวัวเมียซึ่งถูกหักคอที่ในหุบเขานั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:6 All the elders of that city which is nearest to the slain man shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:7---- Deuteronomy 21:7 และเขาจะเป็นพยานว่า `มือของเราทั้งหลายมิได้กระทำให้โลหิตของชายผู้นี้ตก และตาของเราทั้งหลายก็มิได้แลเห็นโลหิตของเขาตก (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:7 and they shall answer and say, 'Our hands did not shed this blood, nor did our eyes see it.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:8---- Deuteronomy 21:8 ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอทรงลบมลทินบาปของประชาชนชาวอิสราเอลของพระองค์ ผู้ซึ่งพระองค์ได้ทรงไถ่ไว้ ขออย่าทรงถือโทษประชาชนชาวอิสราเอลของพระองค์เนื่องด้วยโลหิตที่ไร้ความผิด' และจะทรงอภัยโทษอันเนื่องจากโลหิตนี้ให้แก่เขา (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:8 Forgive Your people Israel whom You have redeemed, O Lord, and do not place the guilt of innocent blood in the midst of Your people Israel.' And the bloodguiltiness shall be forgiven them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:9---- Deuteronomy 21:9 ดังนี้แหละท่านจะกำจัดความผิดอันเนื่องจากโลหิตที่ไร้ความผิดนั้นเสียจากท่ามกลางท่าน เมื่อท่านกระทำสิ่งที่ถูกต้องในสายพระเนตรของพระเยโฮวาห์ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:9 So you shall remove the guilt of innocent blood from your midst, when you do what is right in the eyes of the Lord.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:10---- Deuteronomy 21:10 เมื่อท่านออกไปสู้รบกับศัตรูของท่าน และพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านทรงมอบเขาไว้ในมือของท่านแล้ว และท่านจับเขามาเป็นเชลย (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:10 "When you go out to battle against your enemies, and the Lord your God delivers them into your hands and you take them away captive,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:11---- Deuteronomy 21:11 และท่านเห็นหญิงงามคนหนึ่งในหมู่เชลยนั้น และปรารถนาอยากได้มาเป็นภรรยาของท่าน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:11 and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and have a desire for her and would take her as a wife for yourself,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:12---- Deuteronomy 21:12 ท่านจงพาหญิงมาไว้ที่เรือนของท่าน ให้นางโกนศีรษะและตัดเล็บมือเสีย (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:12 then you shall bring her home to your house, and she shall shave her head and trim her nails.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:13---- Deuteronomy 21:13 และให้นางเปลื้องเครื่องแต่งกายอย่างเชลยออกและให้อยู่ในเรือนของท่าน ให้ไว้ทุกข์ถึงบิดามารดาของนางหนึ่งเดือนเต็ม หลังจากนั้นท่านจึงจะเข้าไปหานางและเป็นสามีของนางได้ และให้นางเป็นภรรยาของท่าน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:13 She shall also remove the clothes of her captivity and shall remain in your house, and mourn her father and mother a full month; and after that you may go in to her and be her husband and she shall be your wife.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:14---- Deuteronomy 21:14 ภายหลังถ้าท่านไม่พอใจนางนั้นเสียแล้ว จงปล่อยนางไปตามแต่นางจะพอใจไปไหน อย่าขายนางเอาเงิน อย่ากระทำให้นางเป็นสินค้า เพราะท่านได้หยามเกียรตินางแล้ว (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:14 It shall be, if you are not pleased with her, then you shall let her go wherever she wishes; but you shall certainly not sell her for money, you shall not mistreat her, because you have humbled her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:15---- Deuteronomy 21:15 ถ้าชายคนหนึ่งมีภรรยาสองคน รักคนหนึ่ง ชังอีกคนหนึ่ง ภรรยาทั้งสองคือทั้งคนที่รักและคนที่ชังก็กำเนิดบุตรด้วยกัน และบุตรชายหัวปีเป็นบุตรของภรรยาคนที่ตนชัง (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:15 "If a man has two wives, the one loved and the other unloved, and both the loved and the unloved have borne him sons, if the firstborn son belongs to the unloved,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:16---- Deuteronomy 21:16 เมื่อถึงวันแบ่งทรัพย์สินให้แก่บุตรชายเป็นมรดกนั้น อย่าให้เขากระทำแก่บุตรชายของภรรยาคนที่ตนรักนั้นอย่างกับเป็นบุตรหัวปี แทนบุตรชายของภรรยาที่ตนชัง ซึ่งเป็นบุตรหัวปี (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:16 then it shall be in the day he wills what he has to his sons, he cannot make the son of the loved the firstborn before the son of the unloved, who is the firstborn.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:17---- Deuteronomy 21:17 แต่เขาต้องยอมรับบุตรหัวปีคือบุตรชายของภรรยาคนที่ตนชัง โดยแบ่งข้าวของให้แก่บุตรหัวปีสองเท่า เพราะว่าคนนี้เป็นต้นกำลังของบิดา สิทธิของบุตรหัวปีเป็นของเขา (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:17 But he shall acknowledge the firstborn, the son of the unloved, by giving him a double portion of all that he has, for he is the beginning of his strength; to him belongs the right of the firstborn.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:18---- Deuteronomy 21:18 ถ้าชายคนใดมีบุตรชายที่ดื้อและไม่อยู่ในโอวาท ไม่เชื่อฟังเสียงของบิดาของตน หรือเสียงของมารดาของตน แม้ว่าบิดามารดาจะได้ตีสอน เขาก็ไม่ยอมฟัง (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:18 "If any man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey his father or his mother, and when they chastise him, he will not even listen to them,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:19---- Deuteronomy 21:19 ให้บิดามารดาจับตัวเขาให้ออกมาหาพวกผู้ใหญ่ของเมืองนั้น ณ ประตูเมืองที่เขาอาศัยอยู่ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:19 then his father and mother shall seize him, and bring him out to the elders of his city at the gateway of his hometown.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:20---- Deuteronomy 21:20 และเขาจะพูดกับพวกผู้ใหญ่ของเมืองนั้นว่า `บุตรชายของเราคนนี้เป็นคนดื้อดึงและไม่อยู่ในโอวาท ไม่เชื่อฟังเสียงเรา เป็นคนตะกละและขี้เมา' (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:20 They shall say to the elders of his city, 'This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey us, he is a glutton and a drunkard.'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:21---- Deuteronomy 21:21 แล้วบรรดาผู้ชายในเมืองนั้นจะเอาหินขว้างเขาให้ตาย ดังนั้นท่านจะได้กำจัดความชั่วเสียจากท่ามกลางท่าน คนอิสราเอลทั้งปวงจะได้ยินและยำเกรง (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:21 Then all the men of his city shall stone him to death; so you shall remove the evil from your midst, and all Israel will hear of it and fear.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:22---- Deuteronomy 21:22 ถ้าคนใดได้กระทำความผิดอันมีโทษถึงตาย และเขาถูกประหารชีวิต และแขวนเขาไว้ที่ต้นไม้ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:22 "If a man has committed a sin worthy of death and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 21:23---- Deuteronomy 21:23 อย่าให้ศพค้างอยู่ที่ต้นไม้ข้ามคืน ท่านจงฝังเขาเสียในวันเดียวกันนั้น (ด้วยว่าผู้ที่ต้องถูกแขวนไว้บนต้นไม้ก็ต้องถูกสาปแช่งโดยพระเจ้า) ท่านอย่ากระทำให้แผ่นดินของท่านซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านประทานแก่ท่านให้เป็นมรดกนั้นเป็นมลทิน" (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 21:23 his corpse shall not hang all night on the tree, but you shall surely bury him on the same day (for he who is hanged is accursed of God), so that you do not defile your land which the Lord your God gives you as an inheritance.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 22:1---- |
