Deuteronomy 25:1 "ถ้าสองคนเป็นความกันถึงโรงศาล เมื่อพวกผู้พิพากษาพิจารณาความของเขาทั้งสองแล้ว และประกาศความบริสุทธิ์ของฝ่ายถูก และกล่าวโทษฝ่ายผิด (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:1 "If there is a dispute between men and they go to court, and the judges decide their case, and they justify the righteous and condemn the wicked,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:2---- Deuteronomy 25:2 ถ้าผู้ผิดสมควรถูกโบยก็ให้ผู้พิพากษาให้เขานอนลง แล้วกำหนดให้โบยต่อหน้ามากน้อยตามความผิดของผู้นั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:2 then it shall be if the wicked man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall then make him lie down and be beaten in his presence with the number of stripes according to his guilt.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:3---- Deuteronomy 25:3 ให้โบยเขาสี่สิบทีก็ได้ แต่อย่าให้เกินนั้นไปเลย เกรงว่าถ้าโบยเขาเกินนั้น พี่น้องของท่านก็เป็นที่ดูถูกของท่าน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:3 He may beat him forty times but no more, so that he does not beat him with many more stripes than these and your brother is not degraded in your eyes.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:4---- Deuteronomy 25:4 อย่าเอาตะกร้าครอบปากวัว เมื่อมันกำลังนวดข้าวอยู่ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:4 "You shall not muzzle the ox while he is threshing.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:5---- Deuteronomy 25:5 ถ้าพี่น้องอยู่ด้วยกัน และคนหนึ่งตายเสียหามีบุตรไม่ ภรรยาของผู้ที่ตายนั้นจะออกไปเป็นภรรยาของคนนอกไม่ได้ ให้พี่น้องของสามีนางเข้าไปหานางและรับหญิงนั้นมาเป็นภรรยา และทำหน้าที่ของสามีแก่นาง (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:5 "When brothers live together and one of them dies and has no son, the wife of the deceased shall not be married outside the family to a strange man. Her husband's brother shall go in to her and take her to himself as wife and perform the duty of a husband's brother to her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:6---- Deuteronomy 25:6 บุตรหัวปีที่เกิดมากับหญิงคนนั้นให้สืบชื่อพี่น้องคนที่ตายไปนั้น เพื่อชื่อของเขาจะมิได้ลบไปจากอิสราเอล (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:6 It shall be that the firstborn whom she bears shall assume the name of his dead brother, so that his name will not be blotted out from Israel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:7---- Deuteronomy 25:7 ถ้าชายคนนั้นไม่ประสงค์จะรับภรรยาของพี่น้องของเขา ก็ให้ภรรยาของพี่น้องของเขาไปหาพวกผู้ใหญ่ที่ประตูเมืองและกล่าวว่า `พี่น้องของสามีดิฉันไม่ยอมสืบชื่อของพี่น้องของเขาในอิสราเอล เขาไม่ยอมรับหน้าที่ของสามีของดิฉัน' (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:7 But if the man does not desire to take his brother's wife, then his brother's wife shall go up to the gate to the elders and say, 'My husband's brother refuses to establish a name for his brother in Israel; he is not willing to perform the duty of a husband's brother to me.'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:8---- Deuteronomy 25:8 แล้วพวกผู้ใหญ่ของเมืองนั้นจะเรียกชายคนนั้นมาพูดกับเขา ถ้าเขายังยืนยันโดยกล่าวว่า `ข้าพเจ้าไม่ประสงค์จะรับนาง' (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:8 Then the elders of his city shall summon him and speak to him. And if he persists and says, 'I do not desire to take her,'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:9---- Deuteronomy 25:9 แล้วนางนั้นจะเข้าไปใกล้ชายคนนั้นต่อหน้าพวกผู้ใหญ่ดึงเอารองเท้าของชายคนนั้นออกมาข้างหนึ่ง และถ่มน้ำลายรดหน้าชายนั้นแล้วกล่าวว่า `ต้องกระทำเช่นนี้กับผู้ชายที่ไม่ยอมสร้างครอบครัวของพี่น้องของตน' (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:9 then his brother's wife shall come to him in the sight of the elders, and pull his sandal off his foot and spit in his face; and she shall declare, 'Thus it is done to the man who does not build up his brother's house.'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:10---- Deuteronomy 25:10 ในอิสราเอลเขาจะเรียกชื่อครอบครัวนี้ว่า `วงศ์วานที่รองเท้าถูกดึงออก' (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:10 In Israel his name shall be called, 'The house of him whose sandal is removed.'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:11---- Deuteronomy 25:11 ถ้าชายสองคนวิวาททุบตีกันและภรรยาของชายคนหนึ่งเข้ามาใกล้จะช่วยสามีของตนให้พ้นจากมือของผู้ที่ตี และนางยื่นมือออกเค้นของลับของผู้ชายคนนั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:11 "If two men, a man and his countryman, are struggling together, and the wife of one comes near to deliver her husband from the hand of the one who is striking him, and puts out her hand and seizes his genitals,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:12---- Deuteronomy 25:12 ท่านจงตัดมือของนางทิ้งเสีย อย่าให้ตาของท่านสงสารนางเลย (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:12 then you shall cut off her hand; you shall have a full and just measure, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the Lord your God gives you.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:16---- Deuteronomy 25:16 เพราะว่าทุกคนที่กระทำสิ่งเหล่านั้น และทุกคนที่กระทำสิ่งต่างๆอย่างไม่ชอบธรรมก็เป็นผู้ที่น่าสะอิดสะเอียนต่อพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:16 For everyone who does these things, everyone who acts unjustly is an abomination to the Lord your God.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:17---- Deuteronomy 25:17 จงระลึกถึงการที่คนอามาเลขกระทำแก่ท่านทั้งหลายตามทางที่ท่านออกจากอียิปต์ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:17 "Remember what Amalek did to you along the way when you came out from Egypt,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Deuteronomy 25:18---- Deuteronomy 25:18 เขาได้ออกมาพบท่านตามทาง และโจมตีพวกที่อยู่รั้งท้าย คือบรรดาคนที่อ่อนกำลังที่อยู่รั้งท้าย เมื่อท่านอ่อนเพลียเมื่อยล้า เขามิได้ยำเกรงพระเจ้า (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deu 25:18 how he met you along the way and attacked among you all the stragglers at your rear when you were faint and weary;
