Естер. 2:1 По цих подіях, коли затихла лютість царя Ахашвероша, згадав він про Вашті, і що вона зробила, і що було заряджене про неї.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:1 After these things when the anger of King Ahasuerus had subsided, he remembered Vashti and what she had done and what had been decreed against her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:2---- Естер. 2:2 І сказали царські отроки, його слуги: Нехай пошукають для царя дівчат, уродливих на вигляд паннів,(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:2 Then the king's attendants, who served him, said, "Let beautiful young virgins be sought for the king.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:3---- Естер. 2:3 і нехай цар призначить урядників по всіх округах свого царства, і нехай вони зберуть усіх дівчат, паннів уродливого вигляду, до замку Сузи, до дому жінок під руку Геґая, царського євнуха, сторожа жінок, і дати їм потрібне для їхнього причепурення.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:3 Let the king appoint overseers in all the provinces of his kingdom that they may gather every beautiful young virgin to the citadel of Susa, to the harem, into the custody of Hegai, the king's eunuch, who is in charge of the women; and let their cosmetics be given them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:4---- Естер. 2:4 А та дівчина, що буде найкраща в царських очах, буде царювати замість Вашті. І була приємна ця рада у царевих очах, і він зробив так.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:4 Then let the young lady who pleases the king be queen in place of Vashti." And the matter pleased the king, and he did accordingly.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:5---- Естер. 2:5 А в замку Сузи був один юдеянин, а ім'я йому Мордехай, син Яіра, сина Шім'ї, сина Кішового, муж Веніяминівець,(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:5 Now there was at the citadel in Susa a Jew whose name was Mordecai, the son of Jair, the son of Shimei, the son of Kish, a Benjamite,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:6---- Естер. 2:6 що був узятий з Єрусалиму з тим полоном, який був узятий разом з Єхонією, царем Юдиним, якого взяв був Навуходоносор, цар вавилонський.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:6 who had been taken into exile from Jerusalem with the captives who had been exiled with Jeconiah king of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had exiled.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:7---- Естер. 2:7 І він виховував Гадассу, вона ж Естер, дочку свого дядька, бо не мала вона ні батька, ні матері. А ця дівчина була хорошої постави та вродливого вигляду, а коли помер її батько та мати її, Мордехай узяв її собі за дочку.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:7 He was bringing up Hadassah, that is Esther, his uncle's daughter, for she had no father or mother. Now the young lady was beautiful of form and face, and when her father and her mother died, Mordecai took her as his own daughter.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:8---- Естер. 2:8 І сталося, коли був оголошений царський наказ та закон його, і коли збирали багато дівчат до замку Сузи під руку Геґая, то взята була й Естер до царського дому під руку Геґая, сторожа жінок.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:8 So it came about when the command and decree of the king were heard and many young ladies were gathered to the citadel of Susa into the custody of Hegai, that Esther was taken to the king's palace into the custody of Hegai, who was in charge of the women.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:9---- Естер. 2:9 І була та дівчина хороша в його очах, і мала ласку перед ним, і він приспішив видати їй потрібне для її причепурення й її частки, та дати їй сімох відповідних дівчат із царського дому. І він перемістив її та дівчат її до найкращого місця в домі жінок.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:9 Now the young lady pleased him and found favor with him. So he quickly provided her with her cosmetics and food, gave her seven choice maids from the king's palace and transferred her and her maids to the best place in the harem.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:10---- Естер. 2:10 Естер не виявила ні про народ свій, ні про місце свого народження, бо Мордехай наказав їй, щоб цього вона не виявляла.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:10 Esther did not make known her people or her kindred, for Mordecai had instructed her that she should not make them known.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:11---- Естер. 2:11 А кожного дня Мордехай ходив до подвір'я дому жінок, щоб довідатись, як мається Естер та що вона робить.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:11 Every day Mordecai walked back and forth in front of the court of the harem to learn how Esther was and how she fared.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:12---- Естер. 2:12 А коли приходила черга для кожної дівчини входити до царя Ахашвероша, коли кінчалися дванадцять місяців установленого порядку для жінок, бо так виповнялися дні їхнього причепурювання: шість місяців мирровою оливою, а шість місяців пахощами та іншим потрібним для причепурювання жінок,(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:12 Now when the turn of each young lady came to go in to King Ahasuerus, after the end of her twelve months under the regulations for the women--for the days of their beautification were completed as follows: six months with oil of myrrh and six months with spices and the cosmetics for women--(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:13---- Естер. 2:13 то з тим дівчина приходила до царя: давалося їй усе, що вона скаже, щоб воно йшло з нею з дому жінок до дому царського.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:13 the young lady would go in to the king in this way: anything that she desired was given her to take with her from the harem to the king's palace.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:14---- Естер. 2:14 Ввечорі вона приходила, а ранком вона верталася до другого дому жінок під руку Шаазґаза, царського евнуха, сторожа наложниць. Вона вже не входила до царя, хіба б що цар пожадав її, і вона була покликана за ім'ям.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:14 In the evening she would go in and in the morning she would return to the second harem, to the custody of Shaashgaz, the king's eunuch who was in charge of the concubines. She would not again go in to the king unless the king delighted in her and she was summoned by name.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:15---- Естер. 2:15 А коли настала черга для Естери, дочки Авіхая, Мордехаєвого дядька, що взяв її собі за дочку, щоб іти до царя, вона нічого не жадала, як тільки того, що казав Геґай, царський евнух, сторож жінок. І Естер мала ласку в очах усіх, хто її бачив!(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:15 Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai who had taken her as his daughter, came to go in to the king, she did not request anything except what Hegai, the king's eunuch who was in charge of the women, advised. And Esther found favor in the eyes of all who saw her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:16---- Естер. 2:16 І була взята Естер до царя Ахашвероша, до царського дому його, десятого місяця, він місяць тевет, сьомого року царювання його.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:16 So Esther was taken to King Ahasuerus to his royal palace in the tenth month which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:17---- Естер. 2:17 І цар покохав Естер понад усіх жінок, і вона мала прихильність та ласку перед його обличчям понад усіх дівчат, і він поклав царську корону на її голову, і зробив її царицею замість Вашті.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:17 The king loved Esther more than all the women, and she found favor and kindness with him more than all the virgins, so that he set the royal crown on her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:18---- Естер. 2:18 І справив цар велику гостину для всіх своїх князів та своїх слуг, гостину для Естери, і зробив полегшення для округ, і дав дарунка за царською спроможністю.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:18 Then the king gave a great banquet, Esther's banquet, for all his princes and his servants; he also made a holiday for the provinces and gave gifts according to the king's bounty.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:19---- Естер. 2:19 А коли збирали дівчат другий раз, то Мордехай сидів при царській брамі.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:19 When the virgins were gathered together the second time, then Mordecai was sitting at the king's gate.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:20---- Естер. 2:20 Естер же не виявляла місця свого народження та народу свого, як наказав був їй Мордехай, бо Естер виконувала Мордехаєве слово так, як коли була в нього на вихованні.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:20 Esther had not yet made known her kindred or her people, even as Mordecai had commanded her; for Esther did what Mordecai told her as she had done when under his care.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:21---- Естер. 2:21 Тими днями, коли Мордехай сидів у царській брамі, розгнівалися Біґтан та Тереш, два царські евнухи зо сторожів порогів, і задумували простягнути руку на царя Ахашвероша.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:21 In those days, while Mordecai was sitting at the king's gate, Bigthan and Teresh, two of the king's officials from those who guarded the door, became angry and sought to lay hands on King Ahasuerus.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:22---- Естер. 2:22 І стала відома ця річ Мордехаєві, і він доніс про це цариці Естер, а Естер переказала цареві в імені Мордехая.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 2:22 But the plot became known to Mordecai and he told Queen Esther, and Esther informed the king in Mordecai's name.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 2:23---- Естер. 2:23 І була розвідана ця справа, і знайдено так, і ті обоє були повішені на шибениці.
