Даниїл. 1:1 За третього року царювання Йоякима, Юдиного царя, прийшов Навуходоносор, цар вавилонський, до Єрусалиму, та й обліг його.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:1 In the third year of the reign of Jehoiakim king of Judah, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came to Jerusalem and besieged it.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:2---- Даниїл. 1:2 І дав Господь в його руку Йоякима, Юдиного царя, та частину посуду Божого дому, і він вірправив їх до краю вавилонського, до дому свого бога, а посуд відправив до скарбничного дому свого бога.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:2 The Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand, along with some of the vessels of the house of God; and he brought them to the land of Shinar, to the house of his god, and he brought the vessels into the treasury of his god.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:3---- Даниїл. 1:3 І сказав цар до Ашпеназа, начальника його евнухів, щоб привести з Ізраїлевих синів, і з царського, і з шляхетського роду,(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:3 Then the king ordered Ashpenaz, the chief of his officials, to bring in some of the sons of Israel, including some of the royal family and of the nobles,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:4---- Даниїл. 1:4 юнаків, що нема в них жодної вади, і вони вродливого вигляду та розумні в усякій мудрості, і здібні до знання, і розуміють науку, і щоб у них була моторність служити в царському палаці, і щоб навчати їх книг та мови халдеїв.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:4 youths in whom was no defect, who were good-looking, showing intelligence in every branch of wisdom, endowed with understanding and discerning knowledge, and who had ability for serving in the king's court; and he ordered him to teach them the literature and language of the Chaldeans.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:5---- Даниїл. 1:5 І призначив їм цар щоденну поживу, з царської їжі та з вина, що сам його пив, а на їхнє виховання три роки, а по закінченні їх стануть вони перед царським обличчям.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:5 The king appointed for them a daily ration from the king's choice food and from the wine which he drank, and appointed that they should be educated three years, at the end of which they were to enter the king's personal service.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:6---- Даниїл. 1:6 І були серед них з Юдиних синів Даниїл, Ананія, Мисаїл та Азарія.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:6 Now among them from the sons of Judah were Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:7---- Даниїл. 1:7 А начальник евнухів дав їм інші імена, і дав Даниїлові ім'я Валтасар, а Ананії Шадрах, а Мисаїлові Мешах, а Азарії Авед-Неґо.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:7 Then the commander of the officials assigned new names to them; and to Daniel he assigned the name Belteshazzar, to Hananiah Shadrach, to Mishael Meshach and to Azariah Abed-nego.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:8---- Даниїл. 1:8 І поклав Даниїл собі на серце, що він не оскверниться їжею царя та питвом, що той сам його пив, і просив від начальника евнухів, щоб не осквернитися.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:8 But Daniel made up his mind that he would not defile himself with the king's choice food or with the wine which he drank; so he sought permission from the commander of the officials that he might not defile himself.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:9---- Даниїл. 1:9 І дав Бог Даниїлові ласку та милість перед начальником евнухів.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:9 Now God granted Daniel favor and compassion in the sight of the commander of the officials,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:10---- Даниїл. 1:10 І сказав начальник евнухів до Даниїла: Боюсь я свого пана царя, бо він визначив вашу їжу та ваше питво. Бо коли б він побачив ваше обличчя худішим, ніж у тих юнаків, що вашого віку, то ви зробите мою голову винуватою перед царем.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:10 and the commander of the officials said to Daniel, "I am afraid of my lord the king, who has appointed your food and your drink; for why should he see your faces looking more haggard than the youths who are your own age? Then you would make me forfeit my head to the king."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:11---- Даниїл. 1:11 І сказав Даниїл до старшого, якого начальник евнухів призначив над Даниїлом, Ананією, Мисаїлом та Азарією:(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:11 But Daniel said to the overseer whom the commander of the officials had appointed over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:12---- Даниїл. 1:12 Випробуй но своїх рабів десять день, і нехай дають нам із ярини, і ми будемо їсти, та воду і будемо пити.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:12 "Please test your servants for ten days, and let us be given some vegetables to eat and water to drink.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:13---- Даниїл. 1:13 І нехай з'являться перед тобою наші обличчя та обличчя тих юнаків, що їдять царську їжу, і згідно з тим, що побачиш, зроби зо своїми рабами.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:13 Then let our appearance be observed in your presence and the appearance of the youths who are eating the king's choice food; and deal with your servants according to what you see."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:14---- Даниїл. 1:14 І той послухався їх у цьому, і випробовував їх десять день.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:14 So he listened to them in this matter and tested them for ten days.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:15---- Даниїл. 1:15 А по десяти днях їхній вигляд виявився кращим, і вони були здоровіші на тілі, аніж усі ті юнаки, що їли царську їжу.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:15 At the end of ten days their appearance seemed better and they were fatter than all the youths who had been eating the king's choice food.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:16---- Даниїл. 1:16 І цей старший відносив їхню їжу та вино їхнього пиття, а давав їм ярину.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:16 So the overseer continued to withhold their choice food and the wine they were to drink, and kept giving them vegetables.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:17---- Даниїл. 1:17 А ці четверо юнаків, дав їм Бог пізнання та розуміння в кожній книжці та мудрості, а Даниїл розумівся на всякому видінні та снах.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:17 As for these four youths, God gave them knowledge and intelligence in every branch of literature and wisdom; Daniel even understood all kinds of visions and dreams.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:18---- Даниїл. 1:18 А на кінець тих днів, коли цар сказав привести їх, то начальник евнухів привів їх перед обличчя Навуходоносорове.(Ukranian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 1:18 Then at the end of the days which the king had specified for presenting them, the commander of the officials presented them before Nebuchadnezzar.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 1:19---- Даниїл. 1:19 І цар розмовляв з ними, і зо всіх них жоден не був знайдений таким, як Даниїл, Ананія, Мисаїл та Азарія.
