THE CROOKED WILL BECOME STRAIGHT, AND THE ROUGH ROADS SMOOTH;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:6---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:6 ويبصر كل بشر خلاص الله -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:6 AND ALL FLESH WILL SEE THE SALVATION OF GOD.'"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:7---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:7 وكان يقول للجموع الذين خرجوا ليعتمدوا منه يا اولاد الافاعي من اراكم ان تهربوا من الغضب الآتي. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:7 So he began saying to the crowds who were going out to be baptized by him, "You brood of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:8---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:8 فاصنعوا اثمارا تليق بالتوبة. ولا تبتدئوا تقولون في انفسكم لنا ابراهيم ابا. لاني اقول لكم ان الله قادر ان يقيم من هذه الحجارة اولادا لابراهيم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:8 Therefore bear fruits in keeping with repentance, and do not begin to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham for our father,' for I say to you that from these stones God is able to raise up children to Abraham.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:9---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:9 والآن قد وضعت الفاس على اصل الشجر. فكل شجرة لا تصنع ثمرا جيدا تقطع وتلقى في النار. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:9 Indeed the axe is already laid at the root of the trees; so every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:10---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:10 وسأله الجموع قائلين فماذا نفعل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:10 And the crowds were questioning him, saying, "Then what shall we do?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:11---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:11 فاجاب وقال لهم من له ثوبان فليعط من ليس له ومن له طعام فليفعل هكذا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:11 And he would answer and say to them," The man who has two tunics is to share with him who has none; and he who has food is to do likewise."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:12---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:12 وجاء عشارون ايضا ليعتمدوا فقالوا له يا معلّم ماذا نفعل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:12 And some tax collectors also came to be baptized, and they said to him, "Teacher, what shall we do?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:13---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:13 فقال لهم لا تستوفوا اكثر مما فرض لكم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:13 And he said to them, "Collect no more than what you have been ordered to."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:14---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:14 وسأله جنديون ايضا قائلين وماذا نفعل نحن. فقال لهم لا تظلموا احدا ولا تشوا باحد واكتفوا بعلائفكم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:14 Some soldiers were questioning him, saying, "And what about us, what shall we do?" And he said to them, "Do not take money from anyone by force, or accuse anyone falsely, and be content with your wages."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:15---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:15 واذ كان الشعب ينتظر والجميع يفكرون في قلوبهم عن يوحنا لعله المسيح -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:15 Now while the people were in a state of expectation and all were wondering in their hearts about John, as to whether he was the Christ,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:16---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:16 اجاب يوحنا الجميع قائلا انا اعمدكم بماء ولكن يأتي من هو اقوى مني الذي لست اهلا ان احل سيور حذائه. هو سيعمدكم بالروح القدس ونار. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:16 John answered and said to them all, "As for me, I baptize you with water; but One is coming who is mightier than I, and I am not fit to untie the thong of His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:17---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:17 الذي رفشه في يده وسينقي بيدره ويجمع القمح الى مخزنه. واما التبن فيحرقه بنار لا تطفأ. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:17 His winnowing fork is in His hand to thoroughly clear His threshing floor, and to gather because of Herodias, his brother's wife, and because of all the wicked things which Herod had done,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Luke 3:20---- (Arabic) ﺎﻗﻮﻟ 3:20 زاد هذا ايضا على الجميع انه حبس يوحنا في السجن -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luk 3:20 Herod also added this to them
