民数記 25:1 イスラエルはシッテムにとどまっていたが、民はモアブの娘たちと、みだらな事をし始めた。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 25:1 While Israel remained at Shittim, the people began to play the harlot with the daughters of Moab.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 25:2---- 民数記 25:2 その娘たちが神々に犠牲をささげる時に民を招くと、民は一緒にそれを食べ、娘たちの神々を拝んだ。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 25:2 For they invited the people to the sacrifices of their gods, and the people ate and bowed down to their gods.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 25:3---- 民数記 25:3 イスラエルはこうしてペオルのバアルにつきしたがったので、主はイスラエルにむかって怒りを発せられた。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 25:3 So Israel joined themselves to Baal of Peor, and the Lord was angry against Israel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 25:4---- 民数記 25:4 そして主はモーセに言われた、「民の首領をことごとく捕え、日のあるうちにその人々を主の前で処刑しなさい。そうすれば主の怒りはイスラエルを離れるであろう」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 25:4 The Lord said to Moses, "Take all the leaders of the people and execute them in broad daylight before the Lord, so that the fierce anger of the Lord may turn away from Israel."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 25:5---- 民数記 25:5 モーセはイスラエルのさばきびとたちにむかって言った、「あなたがたはおのおの、配下の者どもでペオルのバアルにつきしたがったものを殺しなさい」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 25:5 So Moses said to the judges of Israel, "Each of you slay his men who have joined themselves to Baal of Peor."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 25:6---- 民数記 25:6 モーセとイスラエルの人々の全会衆とが会見の幕屋の入口で泣いていた時、彼らの目の前で、ひとりのイスラエルびとが、その兄弟たちの中に、ひとりのミデアンの女を連れてきた。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 25:6 Then behold, one of the sons of Israel came and brought to his relatives a Midianite woman, in the sight of Moses and in the sight of all the congregation of the sons of Israel, while they were weeping at the doorway of the tent of meeting.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 25:7---- 民数記 25:7 祭司アロンの子なるエレアザルの子ピネハスはこれを見て、会衆のうちから立ち上がり、やりを手に執り、 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 25:7 When Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, saw it, he arose from the midst of the congregation and took a spear in his hand,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 25:8---- 民数記 25:8 そのイスラエルの人の後を追って、奥の間に入り、そのイスラエルの人を突き、またその女の腹を突き通して、ふたりを殺した。こうして疫病がイスラエルの人々に及ぶのがやんだ。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 25:8 and he went after the man of Israel into the tent and pierced both of them through, the man of Israel and the woman, through the body.
