Sabbata mea custodite. Ego Dominus Deus vester.(vulgate) Lev 19:3 Ein jeglicher fürchte seine Mutter und seinen Vater. Haltet meine Feiertage; denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott.(dhs) Lev 19:3 'Every one of you shall revere his mother and his father, and keep My Sabbaths: I am the Lord your God.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:4 ============ Lev 19:4 Do not turn to idols or make for yourselves molten gods; I am the Lord your God.(nasb) Lev 19:4 οὐκ ἐπακολουθήσετε εἰδώλοις καὶ θεοὺς χωνευτοὺς οὐ ποιήσετε ὑμῖν ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν (lxx) Lev 19:4 Nolite converti ad idola, nec deos conflatiles faciatis vobis. Ego Dominus Deus vester.(vulgate) Lev 19:4 Ihr sollt euch nicht zu den Götzen wenden und sollt euch keine gegossenen Götter machen; denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott.(dhs) Lev 19:4 'Do not turn to idols, nor make for yourselves molded gods: I am the Lord your God.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:5 ============ Lev 19:5 'Now when you offer a sacrifice of peace offerings to the Lord, you shall offer it so that you may be accepted.(nasb) Lev 19:5 καὶ ἐὰν θύσητε θυσίαν σωτηρίου τῷ κυρίῳ δεκτὴν ὑμῶν θύσετε (lxx) Lev 19:5 Si immolaveritis hostiam pacificorum Domino, ut sit placabilis,(vulgate) Lev 19:5 Und wenn ihr dem HERRN wollt ein Dankopfer tun, so sollt ihr es opfern, daß es ihm gefallen könnte.(dhs) Lev 19:5 'And if you offer a sacrifice of a peace offering to the Lord, you shall offer it of your own free will.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:6 ============ Lev 19:6 It shall be eaten the same day you offer it, and the next day; but what remains until the third day shall be burned with fire.(nasb) Lev 19:6 ᾗ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ θύσητε βρωθήσεται καὶ τῇ αὔριον καὶ ἐὰν καταλειφθῇ ἕως ἡμέρας τρίτης ἐν πυρὶ κατακαυθήσεται (lxx) Lev 19:6 eo die quo fuerit immolata, comedetis eam, et die altero: quidquid autem residuum fuerit in diem tertium, igne comburetis.(vulgate) Lev 19:6 Ihr sollt es desselben Tages essen, da ihr's opfert, und des andern Tages; was aber auf den dritten Tag übrigbleibt, soll man mit Feuer verbrennen.(dhs) Lev 19:6 It shall be eaten the same day you offer it, and on the next day. And if any remains until the third day, it shall be burned in the fire.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:7 ============ Lev 19:7 So if it is eaten at all on the third day, it is an offense; it will not be accepted.(nasb) Lev 19:7 ἐὰν δὲ βρώσει βρωθῇ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ τρίτῃ ἄθυτόν ἐστιν οὐ δεχθήσεται (lxx) Lev 19:7 Si quis post biduum comederit ex ea, profanus erit, et impietatis reus:(vulgate) Lev 19:7 Wird aber jemand am dritten Tage davon essen, so ist er ein Greuel und wird nicht angenehm sein.(dhs) Lev 19:7 And if it is eaten at all on the third day, it is an abomination. It shall not be accepted.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:8 ============ Lev 19:8 Everyone who eats it will bear his iniquity, for he has profaned the holy thing of the Lord; and that person shall be cut off from his people.(nasb) Lev 19:8 ὁ δὲ ἔσθων αὐτὸ ἁμαρτίαν λήμψεται ὅτι τὰ ἅγια κυρίου ἐβεβήλωσεν καὶ ἐξολεθρευθήσονται αἱ ψυχαὶ αἱ ἔσθουσαι ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῶν (lxx) Lev 19:8 portabitque iniquitatem suam, quia sanctum Domini polluit, et peribit anima illa de populo suo.~(vulgate) Lev 19:8 Und der Esser wird seine Missetat tragen, darum daß er das Heiligtum des HERRN entheiligte, und solche Seele wird ausgerottet werden von ihrem Volk.(dhs) Lev 19:8 Therefore everyone who eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the hallowed offering of the Lord; and that person shall be cut off from his people.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:9 ============ Lev 19:9 'Now when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not reap to the very corners of your field, nor shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest.(nasb) Lev 19:9 καὶ ἐκθεριζόντων ὑμῶν τὸν θερισμὸν τῆς γῆς ὑμῶν οὐ συντελέσετε τὸν θερισμὸν ὑμῶν τοῦ ἀγροῦ ἐκθερίσαι καὶ τὰ ἀποπίπτοντα τοῦ θερισμοῦ σου οὐ συλλέξεις (lxx) Lev 19:9 Cumque messueris segetes terræ tuæ, non tondebis usque ad solum superficiem terræ, nec remanentes spicas colliges,(vulgate) Lev 19:9 Wenn du dein Land einerntest, sollst du nicht alles bis an die Enden umher abschneiden, auch nicht alles genau aufsammeln.(dhs) Lev 19:9 'When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field, nor shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:10 ============ Lev 19:10 Nor shall you glean your vineyard, nor shall you gather the fallen fruit of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the needy and for the stranger. I am the Lord your God.(nasb) Lev 19:10 καὶ τὸν ἀμπελῶνά σου οὐκ ἐπανατρυγήσεις οὐδὲ τοὺς ῥῶγας τοῦ ἀμπελῶνός σου συλλέξεις τῷ πτωχῷ καὶ τῷ προσηλύτῳ καταλείψεις αὐτά ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν (lxx) Lev 19:10 neque in vinea tua racemos et grana decidentia congregabis: sed pauperibus et peregrinis carpenda dimittes. Ego Dominus Deus vester.(vulgate) Lev 19:10 Also auch sollst du deinen Weinberg nicht genau lesen noch die abgefallenen Beeren auflesen, sondern dem Armen und Fremdling sollst du es lassen; denn ich bin der HERR euer Gott.(dhs) Lev 19:10 And you shall not glean your vineyard, nor shall you gather every grape of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and the stranger: I am the Lord your God.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:11 ============ Lev 19:11 'You shall not steal, nor deal falsely, nor lie to one another.(nasb) Lev 19:11 οὐ κλέψετε οὐ ψεύσεσθε οὐ συκοφαντήσει ἕκαστος τὸν πλησίον (lxx) Lev 19:11 Non facietis furtum. Non mentiemini, nec decipiet unusquisque proximum suum.(vulgate) Lev 19:11 Ihr sollt nicht stehlen noch lügen noch fälschlich handeln einer mit dem andern.(dhs) Lev 19:11 'You shall not steal, nor deal falsely, nor lie to one another.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:12 ============ Lev 19:12 You shall not swear falsely by My name, so as to profane the name of your God; I am the Lord.(nasb) Lev 19:12 καὶ οὐκ ὀμεῖσθε τῷ ὀνόματί μου ἐπ᾽ ἀδίκῳ καὶ οὐ βεβηλώσετε τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ θεοῦ ὑμῶν ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν (lxx) Lev 19:12 Non perjurabis in nomine meo, nec pollues nomen Dei tui. Ego Dominus.(vulgate) Lev 19:12 Ihr sollt nicht falsch schwören bei meinem Namen und entheiligen den Namen deines Gottes; denn ich bin der HERR.(dhs) Lev 19:12 And you shall not swear by My name falsely, nor shall you profane the name of your God: I am the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:13 ============ Lev 19:13 'You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired man are not to remain with you all night until morning.(nasb) Lev 19:13 οὐκ ἀδικήσεις τὸν πλησίον καὶ οὐχ ἁρπάσεις καὶ οὐ μὴ κοιμηθήσεται ὁ μισθὸς τοῦ μισθωτοῦ παρὰ σοὶ ἕως πρωί (lxx) Lev 19:13 Non facies calumniam proximo tuo nec vi opprimes eum. Non morabitur opus mercenarii tui apud te usque mane.(vulgate) Lev 19:13 Du sollst deinem Nächsten nicht unrecht tun noch ihn berauben. Es soll des Tagelöhners Lohn nicht bei dir bleiben bis an den Morgen.(dhs) Lev 19:13 'You shall not cheat your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of him who is hired shall not remain with you all night until morning.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:14 ============ Lev 19:14 You shall not curse a deaf man, nor place a stumbling block before the blind, but you shall revere your God; I am the Lord.(nasb) Lev 19:14 οὐ κακῶς ἐρεῖς κωφὸν καὶ ἀπέναντι τυφλοῦ οὐ προσθήσεις σκάνδαλον καὶ φοβηθήσῃ κύριον τὸν θεόν σου ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν (lxx) Lev 19:14 Non maledices surdo, nec coram cæco pones offendiculum: sed timebis Dominum Deum tuum, quia ego sum Dominus.(vulgate) Lev 19:14 Du sollst dem Tauben nicht fluchen und sollst dem Blinden keinen Anstoß setzen; denn du sollst dich vor deinem Gott fürchten, denn ich bin der HERR.(dhs) Lev 19:14 You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind, but shall fear your God: I am the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:15 ============ Lev 19:15 'You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor nor defer to the great, but you are to judge your neighbor fairly.(nasb) Lev 19:15 οὐ ποιήσετε ἄδικον ἐν κρίσει οὐ λήμψῃ πρόσωπον πτωχοῦ οὐδὲ θαυμάσεις πρόσωπον δυνάστου ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ κρινεῖς τὸν πλησίον σου (lxx) Lev 19:15 Non facies quod iniquum est, nec injuste judicabis. Non consideres personam pauperis, nec honores vultum potentis. Juste judica proximo tuo.(vulgate) Lev 19:15 Ihr sollt nicht unrecht handeln im Gericht, und sollst nicht vorziehen den Geringen noch den Großen ehren; sondern du sollst deinen Nächsten recht richten.(dhs) Lev 19:15 'You shall do no injustice in judgment. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:16 ============ Lev 19:16 You shall not go about as a slanderer among your people, and you are not to act against the life of your neighbor; I am the Lord.(nasb) Lev 19:16 οὐ πορεύσῃ δόλῳ ἐν τῷ ἔθνει σου οὐκ ἐπισυστήσῃ ἐφ᾽ αἷμα τοῦ πλησίον σου ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν (lxx) Lev 19:16 Non eris criminator, nec susurro in populo. Non stabis contra sanguinem proximi tui. Ego Dominus.(vulgate) Lev 19:16 Du sollst kein Verleumder sein unter deinem Volk. Du sollst auch nicht stehen wider deines Nächsten Blut; denn ich bin der HERR.(dhs) Lev 19:16 You shall not go about as a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor: I am the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:17 ============ Lev 19:17 'You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may surely reprove your neighbor, but shall not incur sin because of him.(nasb) Lev 19:17 οὐ μισήσεις τὸν ἀδελφόν σου τῇ διανοίᾳ σου ἐλεγμῷ ἐλέγξεις τὸν πλησίον σου καὶ οὐ λήμψῃ δι᾽ αὐτὸν ἁμαρτίαν (lxx) Lev 19:17 Non oderis fratrem tuum in corde tuo, sed publice argue eum, ne habeas super illo peccatum.(vulgate) Lev 19:17 Du sollst deinen Bruder nicht hassen in deinem Herzen, sondern du sollst deinen Nächsten zurechtweisen, auf daß du nicht seineshalben Schuld tragen müssest.(dhs) Lev 19:17 'You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:18 ============ Lev 19:18 You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the Lord.(nasb) Lev 19:18 καὶ οὐκ ἐκδικᾶταί σου ἡ χείρ καὶ οὐ μηνιεῖς τοῖς υἱοῖς τοῦ λαοῦ σου καὶ ἀγαπήσεις τὸν πλησίον σου ὡς σεαυτόν ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος (lxx) Lev 19:18 Non quæras ultionem, nec memor eris injuriæ civium tuorum. Jumentum tuum non facies coire cum alterius generis animantibus. Agrum tuum non seres diverso semine. Veste, quæ ex duobus texta est, non indueris.(vulgate) Lev 19:19 Meine Satzungen sollt ihr halten, daß du dein Vieh nicht lassest mit anderlei Tier zu schaffen haben und dein Feld nicht besäest mit mancherlei Samen und kein Kleid an dich komme, daß mit Wolle und Leinen gemengt ist.(dhs) Lev 19:19 'You shall keep My statutes. You shall not let your livestock breed with another kind. You shall not sow your field with mixed seed. Nor shall a garment of mixed linen and wool come upon you.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:20 ============ Lev 19:20 'Now if a man lies carnally with a woman who is a slave acquired for another man, but who has in no way been redeemed nor given her freedom, there shall be punishment; they shall not, however, be put to death, because she was not free.(nasb) Lev 19:20 καὶ ἐάν τις κοιμηθῇ μετὰ γυναικὸς κοίτην σπέρματος καὶ αὐτὴ οἰκέτις διαπεφυλαγμένη ἀνθρώπῳ καὶ αὐτὴ λύτροις οὐ λελύτρωται ἢ ἐλευθερία οὐκ ἐδόθη αὐτῇ ἐπισκοπὴ ἔσται αὐτοῖς οὐκ ἀποθανοῦνται ὅτι οὐκ ἀπηλευθερώθη (lxx) Lev 19:20 Homo, si dormierit cum muliere coitu seminis, quæ sit ancilla etiam nubilis, et tamen pretio non redempta, nec libertate donata: vapulabunt ambo, et non morientur, quia non fuit libera.(vulgate) Lev 19:20 Wenn ein Mann bei einem Weibe liegt, die eine leibeigene Magd und von dem Mann verschmäht ist, doch nicht erlöst noch Freiheit erlangt hat, das soll gestraft werden; aber sie sollen nicht sterben, denn sie ist nicht frei gewesen.(dhs) Lev 19:20 Whoever lies carnally with a woman who is betrothed to a man as a concubine, and who has not at all been redeemed nor given her freedom, for this there shall be scourging; but they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:21 ============ Lev 19:21 He shall bring his guilt offering to the Lord to the doorway of the tent of meeting, a ram for a guilt offering.(nasb) Lev 19:21 καὶ προσάξει τῆς πλημμελείας αὐτοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ παρὰ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου κριὸν πλημμελείας (lxx) Lev 19:21 Pro delicto autem suo offeret Domino ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii arietem:(vulgate) Lev 19:21 Er soll aber für seine Schuld dem HERRN vor die Tür der Hütte des Stifts einen Widder zum Schuldopfer bringen;(dhs) Lev 19:21 And he shall bring his trespass offering to the Lord, to the door of the tabernacle of meeting, a ram as a trespass offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:22 ============ Lev 19:22 The priest shall also make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering before the Lord for his sin which he has committed, and the sin which he has committed will be forgiven him.(nasb) Lev 19:22 καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτοῦ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐν τῷ κριῷ τῆς πλημμελείας ἔναντι κυρίου περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ἧς ἥμαρτεν καὶ ἀφεθήσεται αὐτῷ ἡ ἁμαρτία ἣν ἥμαρτεν (lxx) Lev 19:22 orabitque pro eo sacerdos, et pro peccato ejus coram Domino, et repropitiabitur ei, dimitteturque peccatum.(vulgate) Lev 19:22 und der Priester soll ihn versöhnen mit dem Schuldopfer vor dem HERRN über die Sünde, die er getan hat, so wird ihm Gott gnädig sein über seine Sünde, die er getan hat.(dhs) Lev 19:22 The priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the Lord for his sin which he has committed. And the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:23 ============ Lev 19:23 'When you enter the land and plant all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as forbidden. Three years it shall be forbidden to you; it shall not be eaten.(nasb) Lev 19:23 ὅταν δὲ εἰσέλθητε εἰς τὴν γῆν ἣν κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν δίδωσιν ὑμῖν καὶ καταφυτεύσετε πᾶν ξύλον βρώσιμον καὶ περικαθαριεῖτε τὴν ἀκαθαρσίαν αὐτοῦ ὁ καρπὸς αὐτοῦ τρία ἔτη ἔσται ὑμῖν ἀπερικάθαρτος οὐ βρωθήσεται (lxx) Lev 19:23 Quando ingressi fueritis terram, et plantaveritis in ea ligna pomifera, auferetis præputia eorum: poma, quæ germinant, immunda erunt vobis, nec edetis ex eis.(vulgate) Lev 19:23 Wenn ihr in das Land kommt und allerlei Bäume pflanzt, davon man ißt, sollt ihr mit seinen Früchten tun wie mit einer Vorhaut. Drei Jahre sollt ihr sie unbeschnitten achten, daß ihr sie nicht esset;(dhs) Lev 19:23 'When you come into the land, and have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as uncircumcised. Three years it shall be as uncircumcised to you. It shall not be eaten.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:24 ============ Lev 19:24 But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord.(nasb) Lev 19:24 καὶ τῷ ἔτει τῷ τετάρτῳ ἔσται πᾶς ὁ καρπὸς αὐτοῦ ἅγιος αἰνετὸς τῷ κυρίῳ (lxx) Lev 19:24 Quarto autem anno omnis fructus eorum sanctificabitur, laudabilis Domino.(vulgate) Lev 19:24 im vierten Jahr aber sollen alle ihre Früchte heilig sein, ein Preisopfer dem HERRN;(dhs) Lev 19:24 But in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, a praise to the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:25 ============ Lev 19:25 In the fifth year you are to eat of its fruit, that its yield may increase for you; I am the Lord your God.(nasb) Lev 19:25 ἐν δὲ τῷ ἔτει τῷ πέμπτῳ φάγεσθε τὸν καρπόν πρόσθεμα ὑμῖν τὰ γενήματα αὐτοῦ ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν (lxx) Lev 19:25 Quinto autem anno comedetis fructus, congregantes poma, quæ proferunt. Ego Dominus Deus vester.(vulgate) Lev 19:25 im fünften Jahr aber sollt ihr die Früchte essen und sie einsammeln; denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott.(dhs) Lev 19:25 And in the fifth year you may eat its fruit, that it may yield to you its increase: I am the Lord your God.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 19:26 ============ Lev 19:26 'You shall not eat anything with the blood, nor practice divination or soothsaying.(nasb) Lev 19:26 μὴ ἔσθετε ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων καὶ οὐκ οἰωνιεῖσθε οὐδὲ ὀρνιθοσκοπήσεσθε (lxx) Lev 19:26 Non comedetis cum sanguine. Non augurabimini, nec observabitis somnia.(vulgate) Lev 19:26 Ihr sollt nichts vom Blut essen.
