Wohl dem, der sich des Dürftigen annimmt! Den wird der HERR erretten zur bösen Zeit.(dhs) Psa 41:1 To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. Blessed is he who considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:2 ============ Psa 41:2 The Lord will protect him and keep him alive, And he shall be called blessed upon the earth; And do not give him over to the desire of his enemies.(nasb) Psa 41:2 μακάριος ὁ συνίων ἐπὶ πτωχὸν καὶ πένητα ἐν ἡμέρᾳ πονηρᾷ ῥύσεται αὐτὸν ὁ κύριος (lxx) Psa 41:2 [Vulgate 40:3] Dominus custodiet eum et vivificabit eum et beatus erit in terra et non tradet eum animae inimicorum suorum(vulgate) Psa 41:2 Der HERR wird ihn bewahren und beim Leben erhalten und es ihm lassen wohl gehen auf Erden und wird ihn nicht geben in seiner Feinde Willen.(dhs) Psa 41:2 The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:3 ============ Psa 41:3 The Lord will sustain him upon his sickbed; In his illness, You restore him to health.(nasb) Psa 41:3 κύριος διαφυλάξαι αὐτὸν καὶ ζήσαι αὐτὸν καὶ μακαρίσαι αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ γῇ καὶ μὴ παραδῴη αὐτὸν εἰς χεῖρας ἐχθροῦ αὐτοῦ (lxx) Psa 41:3 [Vulgate 40:4] Dominus confortabit eum in lecto infirmitatis totum stratum eius vertisti in aegrotatione sua(vulgate) Psa 41:3 Der HERR wird ihn erquicken auf seinem Siechbette; du hilfst ihm von aller Krankheit.(dhs) Psa 41:3 The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:4 ============ Psa 41:4 As for me, I said, "O Lord, be gracious to me; Heal my soul, for I have sinned against You."(nasb) Psa 41:4 κύριος βοηθήσαι αὐτῷ ἐπὶ κλίνης ὀδύνης αὐτοῦ ὅλην τὴν κοίτην αὐτοῦ ἔστρεψας ἐν τῇ ἀρρωστίᾳ αὐτοῦ (lxx) Psa 41:4 [Vulgate 40:5] ego dixi Domine miserere mei sana animam meam quoniam peccavi tibi(vulgate) Psa 41:4 Ich sprach: HERR, sei mir gnädig, heile meine Seele; denn ich habe an dir gesündigt.(dhs) Psa 41:4 I said, "Lord, be merciful to me; Heal my soul, for I have sinned against You."(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:5 ============ Psa 41:5 My enemies speak evil against me, "When will he die, and his name perish?"(nasb) Psa 41:5 ἐγὼ εἶπα κύριε ἐλέησόν με ἴασαι τὴν ψυχήν μου ὅτι ἥμαρτόν σοι (lxx) Psa 41:5 [Vulgate 40:6] inimici mei loquentur malum mihi quando morietur et periet nomen eius(vulgate) Psa 41:5 Meine Feinde reden Arges gegen mich: "Wann wird er sterben und sein Name vergehen?"(dhs) Psa 41:5 My enemies speak evil of me: "When will he die, and his name perish?"(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:6 ============ Psa 41:6 And when he comes to see me, he speaks falsehood; His heart gathers wickedness to itself; When he goes outside, he tells it.(nasb) Psa 41:6 οἱ ἐχθροί μου εἶπαν κακά μοι πότε ἀποθανεῖται καὶ ἀπολεῖται τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ (lxx) Psa 41:6 [Vulgate 40:7] et si venerit ut visitet vana loquetur cor eius congregabit iniquitatem sibi et egrediens foras detrahet(vulgate) Psa 41:6 Sie kommen, daß sie schauen, und meinen's doch nicht von Herzen; sondern suchen etwas, das sie lästern mögen, gehen hin und tragen's aus.(dhs) Psa 41:6 And if he comes to see me, he speaks lies; His heart gathers iniquity to itself; When he goes out, he tells it.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:7 ============ Psa 41:7 All who hate me whisper together against me; Against me they devise my hurt, saying,(nasb) Psa 41:7 καὶ εἰ εἰσεπορεύετο τοῦ ἰδεῖν μάτην ἐλάλει ἡ καρδία αὐτοῦ συνήγαγεν ἀνομίαν ἑαυτῷ ἐξεπορεύετο ἔξω καὶ ἐλάλει (lxx) Psa 41:7 [Vulgate 40:8] simul adversum me murmurabant omnes odientes me contra cogitabant malum mihi(vulgate) Psa 41:7 Alle, die mich hassen, raunen miteinander wider mich und denken Böses über mich.(dhs) Psa 41:7 All who hate me whisper together against me; Against me they devise my hurt.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:8 ============ Psa 41:8 "A wicked thing is poured out upon him, That when he lies down, he will not rise up again."(nasb) Psa 41:8 ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ κατ᾽ ἐμοῦ ἐψιθύριζον πάντες οἱ ἐχθροί μου κατ᾽ ἐμοῦ ἐλογίζοντο κακά μοι (lxx) Psa 41:8 [Vulgate 40:9] verbum diabuli infundebant sibi qui dormivit non addet ut resurgat(vulgate) Psa 41:8 Sie haben ein Bubenstück über mich beschlossen: "Wenn er liegt, soll er nicht wieder aufstehen."(dhs) Psa 41:8 "An evil disease," they say, "clings to him. And now that he lies down, he will rise up no more."(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:9 ============ Psa 41:9 Even my close friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me.(nasb) Psa 41:9 λόγον παράνομον κατέθεντο κατ᾽ ἐμοῦ μὴ ὁ κοιμώμενος οὐχὶ προσθήσει τοῦ ἀναστῆναι (lxx) Psa 41:9 [Vulgate 40:10] sed et homo pacificus meus in quo habui fiduciam qui manducabat panem meum levavit contra me plantam(vulgate) Psa 41:9 Auch mein Freund, dem ich mich vertraute, der mein Brot aß, tritt mich unter die Füße.(dhs) Psa 41:9 Even my own familiar friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:10 ============ Psa 41:10 But You, O Lord, be gracious to me and raise me up, That I may repay them.(nasb) Psa 41:10 καὶ γὰρ ὁ ἄνθρωπος τῆς εἰρήνης μου ἐφ᾽ ὃν ἤλπισα ὁ ἐσθίων ἄρτους μου ἐμεγάλυνεν ἐπ᾽ ἐμὲ πτερνισμόν (lxx) Psa 41:10 [Vulgate 40:11] tu autem Domine miserere mei et leva me ut reddam eis(vulgate) Psa 41:10 Du aber, HERR, sei mir gnädig und hilf mir auf, so will ich sie bezahlen.(dhs) Psa 41:10 But You, O Lord, be merciful to me, and raise me up, That I may repay them.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:11 ============ Psa 41:11 By this I know that You are pleased with me, Because my enemy does not shout in triumph over me.(nasb) Psa 41:11 σὺ δέ κύριε ἐλέησόν με καὶ ἀνάστησόν με καὶ ἀνταποδώσω αὐτοῖς (lxx) Psa 41:11 [Vulgate 40:12] in hoc cognovi quod velis me quia non insultavit inimicus meus mihi(vulgate) Psa 41:11 Dabei merke ich, daß du Gefallen an mir hast, daß mein Feind über mich nicht jauchzen wird.(dhs) Psa 41:11 By this I know that You are well pleased with me, Because my enemy does not triumph over me.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:12 ============ Psa 41:12 As for me, You uphold me in my integrity, And You set me in Your presence forever.(nasb) Psa 41:12 ἐν τούτῳ ἔγνων ὅτι τεθέληκάς με ὅτι οὐ μὴ ἐπιχαρῇ ὁ ἐχθρός μου ἐπ᾽ ἐμέ (lxx) Psa 41:12 [Vulgate 40:13] ego autem in simplicitate mea adiutus sum a te et statues me ante faciem tuam in perpetuum(vulgate) Psa 41:12 Mich aber erhältst du um meiner Frömmigkeit willen und stellst mich vor dein Angesicht ewiglich.(dhs) Psa 41:12 As for me, You uphold me in my integrity, And set me before Your face forever.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 41:13 ============ Psa 41:13 Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, From everlasting to everlasting.
