Will You prolong Your anger to all generations?(nkjv) ======= Psalm 85:6 ============ Psa 85:6 Will You not Yourself revive us again, That Your people may rejoice in You?(nasb) Psa 85:6 μὴ εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα ὀργισθήσῃ ἡμῖν ἢ διατενεῖς τὴν ὀργήν σου ἀπὸ γενεᾶς εἰς γενεάν (lxx) Psa 85:6 [Vulgate 84:7] nonne tu revertens vivificabis nos et populus tuus laetabitur in te(vulgate) Psa 85:6 Willst du uns denn nicht wieder erquicken, daß sich dein Volk über dich freuen möge?(dhs) Psa 85:6 Will You not revive us again, That Your people may rejoice in You?(nkjv) ======= Psalm 85:7 ============ Psa 85:7 Show us Your lovingkindness, O Lord, And grant us Your salvation.(nasb) Psa 85:7 ὁ θεός σὺ ἐπιστρέψας ζωώσεις ἡμᾶς καὶ ὁ λαός σου εὐφρανθήσεται ἐπὶ σοί (lxx) Psa 85:7 [Vulgate 84:8] ostende nobis Domine misericordiam tuam et salutare tuum da nobis(vulgate) Psa 85:7 HERR, erzeige uns deine Gnade und hilf uns!(dhs) Psa 85:7 Show us Your mercy, Lord, And grant us Your salvation.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 85:8 ============ Psa 85:8 I will hear what God the Lord will say; For He will speak peace to His people, to His godly ones; But let them not turn back to folly.(nasb) Psa 85:8 δεῖξον ἡμῖν κύριε τὸ ἔλεός σου καὶ τὸ σωτήριόν σου δῴης ἡμῖν (lxx) Psa 85:8 [Vulgate 84:9] audiam quid loquatur Dominus Deus loquetur enim pacem ad populum suum et ad sanctos suos ut non convertantur ad stultitiam(vulgate) Psa 85:8 Ach, daß ich hören sollte, was Gott der HERR redet; daß er Frieden zusagte seinem Volk und seinen Heiligen, auf daß sie nicht auf eine Torheit geraten!(dhs) Psa 85:8 I will hear what God the Lord will speak, For He will speak peace To His people and to His saints; But let them not turn back to folly.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 85:9 ============ Psa 85:9 Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him, That glory may dwell in our land.(nasb) Psa 85:9 ἀκούσομαι τί λαλήσει ἐν ἐμοὶ κύριος ὁ θεός ὅτι λαλήσει εἰρήνην ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς ὁσίους αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπὶ τοὺς ἐπιστρέφοντας πρὸς αὐτὸν καρδίαν (lxx) Psa 85:9 [Vulgate 84:10] verumtamen prope est his qui timent eum salutare eius ut habitet gloria in terra nostra(vulgate) Psa 85:9 Doch ist ja seine Hilfe nahe denen, die ihn fürchten, daß in unserm Lande Ehre wohne;(dhs) Psa 85:9 Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him, That glory may dwell in our land.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 85:10 ============ Psa 85:10 Lovingkindness and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.(nasb) Psa 85:10 πλὴν ἐγγὺς τῶν φοβουμένων αὐτὸν τὸ σωτήριον αὐτοῦ τοῦ κατασκηνῶσαι δόξαν ἐν τῇ γῇ ἡμῶν (lxx) Psa 85:10 [Vulgate 84:11] misericordia et veritas occurrerunt iustitia et pax deosculatae sunt(vulgate) Psa 85:10 daß Güte und Treue einander begegnen, Gerechtigkeit und Friede sich küssen;(dhs) Psa 85:10 Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 85:11 ============ Psa 85:11 Truth springs from the earth, And righteousness looks down from heaven.(nasb) Psa 85:11 ἔλεος καὶ ἀλήθεια συνήντησαν δικαιοσύνη καὶ εἰρήνη κατεφίλησαν (lxx) Psa 85:11 [Vulgate 84:12] veritas de terra orta est et iustitia de caelo prospexit(vulgate) Psa 85:11 daß Treue auf der Erde wachse und Gerechtigkeit vom Himmel schaue;(dhs) Psa 85:11 Truth shall spring out of the earth, And righteousness shall look down from heaven.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 85:12 ============ Psa 85:12 Indeed, the Lord will give what is good, And our land will yield its produce.(nasb) Psa 85:12 ἀλήθεια ἐκ τῆς γῆς ἀνέτειλεν καὶ δικαιοσύνη ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ διέκυψεν (lxx) Psa 85:12 [Vulgate 84:13] sed et Dominus dabit bonum et terra nostra dabit germen suum(vulgate) Psa 85:12 daß uns auch der HERR Gutes tue und unser Land sein Gewächs gebe;(dhs) Psa 85:12 Yes, the Lord will give what is good; And our land will yield its increase.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 85:13 ============ Psa 85:13 Righteousness will go before Him And will make His footsteps into a way.(nasb) Psa 85:13 δικαιοσύνη ἐναντίον αὐτοῦ προπορεύσεται καὶ θήσει εἰς ὁδὸν τὰ διαβήματα αὐτοῦ (lxx) Psa 85:13 [Vulgate 84:14] iustitia ante eum ibit et ponet in via gressus suos(vulgate) Psa 85:13 daß Gerechtigkeit weiter vor ihm bleibe und im Schwange gehe.(dhs) Psa 85:13 Righteousness will go before Him, And shall make His footsteps our pathway.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 86:1 ============ top of the page
