Today's Date: ======= Ezekiel 25:1 ============ Eze 25:1 And the word of the Lord came to me saying,(nasb) Eze 25:1 Et factus est sermo Domini ad me, dicens:(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:1 Y vino a mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:(E) Ézéchiel 25:1 La parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(F) Eze 25:1 Und des HERRN Wort geschah zu mir und sprach:(D) Eze 25:1 καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός με λέγων(lxx) Eze 25:1 The word of the Lord came to me, saying,(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:2 ============ Eze 25:2 "Son of man, set your face toward the sons of Ammon and prophesy against them,(nasb) Eze 25:2 Fili hominis, pone faciem tuam contra filios Ammon, et prophetabis de eis.(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:2 Hijo de hombre, pon tu rostro hacia los hijos de Amón, y profetiza contra ellos.(E) Ézéchiel 25:2 Fils de l'homme, tourne ta face vers les enfants d'Ammon, Et prophétise contre eux!(F) Eze 25:2 Du Menschenkind, richte dein Angesicht gegen die Kinder Ammon und weissage wider sie(D) Eze 25:2 υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου στήρισον τὸ πρόσωπόν σου ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Αμμων καὶ προφήτευσον ἐπ᾽ αὐτοὺς(lxx) Eze 25:2 "Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:3 ============ Eze 25:3 and say to the sons of Ammon, 'Hear the word of the Lord God! Thus says the Lord God, "Because you said, 'Aha!' against My sanctuary when it was profaned, and against the land of Israel when it was made desolate, and against the house of Judah when they went into exile,(nasb) Eze 25:3 Et dices filiis Ammon: [Audite verbum Domini Dei. Hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod dixisti: Euge, euge, super sanctuarium meum, quia pollutum est; et super terram Israël, quoniam desolata est; et super domum Juda, quoniam ducti sunt in captivitatem:(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:3 Y dirás a los hijos de Amón: Oíd palabra de Jehová el Señor: Así dice Jehová el Señor: Por cuanto dijiste ¡Ea, bien! contra mi santuario cuando fue profanado, y contra la tierra de Israel cuando fue asolada, y contra la casa de Judá, cuando fueron en cautiverio;(E) Ézéchiel 25:3 Tu diras aux enfants d'Ammon: Ecoutez la parole du Seigneur, de l'Eternel! Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce que tu as dit: Ah! ah! Sur mon sanctuaire qui était profané, Sur la terre d'Israël qui était dévastée, Et sur la maison de Juda qui allait en captivité,(F) Eze 25:3 und sprich zu den Kindern Ammon: Höret des HERRN HERRN Wort! So spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß ihr über mein Heiligtum sprecht: "Ha! es ist entheiligt!" und über das Land Israel: "Es ist verwüstet!" und über das Haus Juda: "Es ist gefangen weggeführt!",(D) Eze 25:3 καὶ ἐρεῖς τοῖς υἱοῖς Αμμων ἀκούσατε λόγον κυρίου τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐπεχάρητε ἐπὶ τὰ ἅγιά μου ὅτι ἐβεβηλώθη καὶ ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν τοῦ Ισραηλ ὅτι ἠφανίσθη καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον τοῦ Ιουδα ὅτι ἐπορεύθησαν ἐν αἰχμαλωσίᾳ(lxx) Eze 25:3 Say to the Ammonites, 'Hear the word of the Lord God! Thus says the Lord God: "Because you said, 'Aha!' against My sanctuary when it was profaned, and against the land of Israel when it was desolate, and against the house of Judah when they went into captivity,(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:4 ============ Eze 25:4 therefore, behold, I am going to give you to the sons of the east for a possession, and they will set their encampments among you and make their dwellings among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk.(nasb) Eze 25:4 idcirco ego tradam te filiis orientalibus in hæreditatem: et collocabunt caulas suas in te, et ponent in te tentoria sua: ipsi comedent fruges tuas, et ipsi bibent lac tuum.(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:4 por tanto, he aquí, yo te entrego por heredad a los orientales, y pondrán en ti sus apriscos, y colocarán en ti sus tiendas; ellos comerán tus sementeras, y beberán tu leche.(E) Ézéchiel 25:4 Voici, je te donne en possession aux fils de l'Orient; Ils établiront au milieu de toi leurs enclos, Et ils y placeront leurs demeures; Ils mangeront tes fruits, Ils boiront ton lait.(F) Eze 25:4 darum siehe, ich will dich den Kindern des Morgenlandes übergeben, daß sie ihre Zeltdörfer in dir bauen und ihre Wohnungen in dir machen sollen; sie sollen deine Früchte essen und deine Milch trinken.(D) Eze 25:4 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραδίδωμι ὑμᾶς τοῖς υἱοῖς Κεδεμ εἰς κληρονομίαν καὶ κατασκηνώσουσιν ἐν τῇ ἀπαρτίᾳ αὐτῶν ἐν σοὶ καὶ δώσουσιν ἐν σοὶ τὰ σκηνώματα αὐτῶν αὐτοὶ φάγονται τοὺς καρπούς σου καὶ αὐτοὶ πίονται τὴν πιότητά σου(lxx) Eze 25:4 indeed, therefore, I will deliver you as a possession to the men of the East, and they shall set their encampments among you and make their dwellings among you; they shall eat your fruit, and they shall drink your milk.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:5 ============ Eze 25:5 I will make Rabbah a pasture for camels and the sons of Ammon a resting place for flocks. Thus you will know that I am the Lord."(nasb) Eze 25:5 Daboque Rabbath in habitaculum camelorum, et filios Ammon in cubile pecorum: et scietis quia ego Dominus.(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:5 Y pondré a Rabá por establo de camellos, y a los hijos de Amón por majada de ovejas; y sabréis que yo soy Jehová.(E) Ézéchiel 25:5 Je ferai de Rabba un parc pour les chameaux, Et du pays des enfants d'Ammon un bercail pour les brebis. Et vous saurez que je suis l'Eternel.(F) Eze 25:5 Und will Rabba zum Kamelstall machen und das Land der Kinder Ammon zu Schafhürden machen; und ihr sollt erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin.(D) Eze 25:5 καὶ δώσω τὴν πόλιν τοῦ Αμμων εἰς νομὰς καμήλων καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Αμμων εἰς νομὴν προβάτων καὶ ἐπιγνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ κύριος(lxx) Eze 25:5 And I will make Rabbah a stable for camels and Ammon a resting place for flocks. Then you shall know that I am the Lord."(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:6 ============ Eze 25:6 For thus says the Lord God, "Because you have clapped your hands and stamped your feet and rejoiced with all the scorn of your soul against the land of Israel,(nasb) Eze 25:6 Quia hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod plausisti manu et percussisti pede, et gavisa es ex toto affectu super terram Israël,(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:6 Porque así dice Jehová el Señor: Por cuanto tú batiste [tus] manos, y golpeaste con tus pies, y te regocijaste en tu corazón con todo tu menosprecio contra la tierra de Israel;(E) Ézéchiel 25:6 Car ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce que tu as battu des mains Et frappé du pied, Parce que tu t'es réjoui dédaigneusement et du fond de l'âme Au sujet de la terre d'Israël,(F) Eze 25:6 Denn so spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß du mit deinen Händen geklatscht und mit den Füßen gescharrt und über das Land Israel von ganzem Herzen so höhnisch dich gefreut hast,(D) Eze 25:6 διότι τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐκρότησας τὴν χεῖρά σου καὶ ἐπεψόφησας τῷ ποδί σου καὶ ἐπέχαρας ἐκ ψυχῆς σου ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν τοῦ Ισραηλ(lxx) Eze 25:6 For thus says the Lord God: "Because you clapped your hands, stamped your feet, and rejoiced in heart with all your disdain for the land of Israel,(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:7 ============ Eze 25:7 therefore, behold, I have stretched out My hand against you and I will give you for spoil to the nations. And I will cut you off from the peoples and make you perish from the lands; I will destroy you. Thus you will know that I am the Lord."(nasb) Eze 25:7 idcirco ecce ego extendam manum meam super te, et tradam te in direptionem gentium, et interficiam te de populis, et perdam de terris, et conteram: et scies quia ego Dominus.]~(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:7 por tanto, he aquí yo extenderé mi mano contra ti, y te entregaré a las naciones para ser saqueada; y yo te cortaré de entre los pueblos, y te destruiré de entre las tierras; te raeré; y sabrás que yo soy Jehová.(E) Ézéchiel 25:7 Voici, j'étends ma main sur toi, Et je te livre en proie aux nations; Je t'extermine du milieu des peuples, Je te retranche du nombre des pays, Je te détruis. Et tu sauras que je suis l'Eternel.(F) Eze 25:7 darum siehe, ich will meine Hand über dich ausstrecken und dich den Heiden zur Beute geben und dich aus den Völkern ausrotten und aus den Ländern umbringen und dich vertilgen; und sollst erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin.(D) Eze 25:7 διὰ τοῦτο ἐκτενῶ τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ σὲ καὶ δώσω σε εἰς διαρπαγὴν ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω σε ἐκ τῶν λαῶν καὶ ἀπολῶ σε ἐκ τῶν χωρῶν ἀπωλείᾳ καὶ ἐπιγνώσῃ διότι ἐγὼ κύριος(lxx) Eze 25:7 indeed, therefore, I will stretch out My hand against you, and give you as plunder to the nations; I will cut you off from the peoples, and I will cause you to perish from the countries; I will destroy you, and you shall know that I am the Lord."(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:8 ============ Eze 25:8 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because Moab and Seir say, 'Behold, the house of Judah is like all the nations, '(nasb) Eze 25:8 [Hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod dixerunt Moab et Seir: Ecce sicut omnes gentes, domus Juda:(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:8 Así dice Jehová el Señor: Por cuanto dijo Moab y Seir: He aquí la casa de Judá [es] como todas las naciones;(E) Ézéchiel 25:8 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce que Moab et Séir ont dit: Voici, la maison de Juda est comme toutes les nations!(F) Eze 25:8 So spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß Moab und Seir sprechen: Siehe das Haus Juda ist eben wie alle Heiden!(D) Eze 25:8 τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν εἶπεν Μωαβ ἰδοὺ ὃν τρόπον πάντα τὰ ἔθνη οἶκος Ισραηλ καὶ Ιουδα(lxx) Eze 25:8 'Thus says the Lord God: "Because Moab and Seir say, 'Look! The house of Judah is like all the nations,'(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:9 ============ Eze 25:9 therefore, behold, I am going to deprive the flank of Moab of its cities, of its cities which are on its frontiers, the glory of the land, Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon and Kiriathaim,(nasb) Eze 25:9 idcirco ecce ego aperiam humerum Moab de civitatibus, de civitatibus, inquam, ejus, et de finibus ejus, inclytas terræ Bethiesimoth, et Beelmeon, et Cariathaim,(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:9 por tanto, he aquí yo abro el lado de Moab desde las ciudades, desde sus ciudades [que están] en su confín, las tierras deseables de Bet-jesimot, y Baal-meón, y Quiriataim,(E) Ézéchiel 25:9 A cause de cela, voici, j'ouvre le territoire de Moab Du côté des villes, de ses villes frontières, L'ornement du pays, Beth-Jeschimoth, Baal-Meon et Kirjathaïm,(F) Eze 25:9 siehe, so will ich Moab zur Seite öffnen in seinen Städten und in seinen Grenzen, das edle Land von Beth-Jesimoth, Baal-Meon und Kirjathaim,(D) Eze 25:9 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραλύω τὸν ὦμον Μωαβ ἀπὸ πόλεων ἀκρωτηρίων αὐτοῦ ἐκλεκτὴν γῆν οἶκον Ασιμουθ ἐπάνω πηγῆς πόλεως παραθαλασσίας(lxx) Eze 25:9 therefore, behold, I will clear the territory of Moab of cities, of the cities on its frontier, the glory of the country, Beth Jeshimoth, Baal Meon, and Kirjathaim.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:10 ============ Eze 25:10 and I will give it for a possession along with the sons of Ammon to the sons of the east, so that the sons of Ammon will not be remembered among the nations.(nasb) Eze 25:10 filiis orientis cum filiis Ammon, et dabo eam in hæreditatem, ut non sit ultra memoria filiorum Ammon in gentibus.(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:10 a los hijos del oriente contra los hijos de Amón; y la entregaré por heredad para que no haya más memoria de los hijos de Amón entre las naciones.(E) Ézéchiel 25:10 Je l'ouvre aux fils de l'orient Qui marchent contre les enfants d'Ammon, Et je le leur donne en possession, Afin que les enfants d'Ammon ne soient plus comptés parmi les nations.(F) Eze 25:10 und will es den Kindern des Morgenlandes zum Erbe geben samt dem Lande der Kinder Ammon, daß man der Kinder Ammon nicht mehr gedenken soll unter den Heiden.(D) Eze 25:10 τοῖς υἱοῖς Κεδεμ ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Αμμων δέδωκα αὐτοὺς εἰς κληρονομίαν ὅπως μὴ μνεία γένηται τῶν υἱῶν Αμμων(lxx) Eze 25:10 To the men of the East I will give it as a possession, together with the Ammonites, that the Ammonites may not be remembered among the nations.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:11 ============ Eze 25:11 Thus I will execute judgments on Moab, and they will know that I am the Lord."(nasb) Eze 25:11 Et in Moab faciam judicia, et scient quia ego Dominus.]~(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:11 También en Moab haré juicios; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.(E) Ézéchiel 25:11 J'exercerai mes jugements contre Moab. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Eternel.(F) Eze 25:11 Und will das Recht gehen lassen über Moab; und sie sollen erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin.(D) Eze 25:11 καὶ εἰς Μωαβ ποιήσω ἐκδίκησιν καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται διότι ἐγὼ κύριος(lxx) Eze 25:11 And I will execute judgments upon Moab, and they shall know that I am the Lord."(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:12 ============ Eze 25:12 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because Edom has acted against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has incurred grievous guilt, and avenged themselves upon them,"(nasb) Eze 25:12 [Hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod fecit Idumæa ultionem ut se vindicaret de filiis Juda, peccavitque delinquens, et vindictam expetivit de eis:(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:12 Así dice Jehová el Señor: Por lo que hizo Edom tomando venganza de la casa de Judá, pues delinquieron en extremo, y se vengaron de ellos;(E) Ézéchiel 25:12 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce qu'Edom s'est livré à la vengeance Envers la maison de Juda, Parce qu'il s'est rendu coupable Et s'est vengé d'elle,(F) Eze 25:12 So spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß sich Edom am Hause Juda gerächt hat und sich verschuldet mit seinem Rächen,(D) Eze 25:12 τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐποίησεν ἡ Ιδουμαία ἐν τῷ ἐκδικῆσαι αὐτοὺς ἐκδίκησιν εἰς τὸν οἶκον Ιουδα καὶ ἐμνησικάκησαν καὶ ἐξεδίκησαν δίκην(lxx) Eze 25:12 'Thus says the Lord God: "Because of what Edom did against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has greatly offended by avenging itself on them,"(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:13 ============ Eze 25:13 therefore thus says the Lord God, "I will also stretch out My hand against Edom and cut off man and beast from it. And I will lay it waste; from Teman even to Dedan they will fall by the sword.(nasb) Eze 25:13 idcirco hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Extendam manum meam super Idumæam, et auferam de ea hominem et jumentum, et faciam eam desertam ab austro: et qui sunt in Dedan, gladio cadent.(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:13 Por tanto, así dice Jehová el Señor: Yo también extenderé mi mano sobre Edom, y cortaré de ella hombres y bestias, y la asolaré; desde Temán y Dedán caerán a espada.(E) Ézéchiel 25:13 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: J'étends ma main sur Edom, J'en extermine les hommes et les bêtes, J'en fais un désert, de Théman à Dedan; Ils tomberont par l'épée.(F) Eze 25:13 darum spricht der HERR HERR also: Ich will meine Hand ausstrecken über Edom und will ausrotten von ihm Menschen und Vieh und will es wüst machen von Theman bis gen Dedan und durchs Schwert fällen;(D) Eze 25:13 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος καὶ ἐκτενῶ τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ τὴν Ιδουμαίαν καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω ἐξ αὐτῆς ἄνθρωπον καὶ κτῆνος καὶ θήσομαι αὐτὴν ἔρημον καὶ ἐκ Θαιμαν διωκόμενοι ἐν ῥομφαίᾳ πεσοῦνται(lxx) Eze 25:13 therefore thus says the Lord God: "I will also stretch out My hand against Edom, cut off man and beast from it, and make it desolate from Teman; Dedan shall fall by the sword.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:14 ============ Eze 25:14 I will lay My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel. Therefore, they will act in Edom according to My anger and according to My wrath; thus they will know My vengeance," declares the Lord God.(nasb) Eze 25:14 Et dabo ultionem meam super Idumæam per manum populi mei Israël: et facient in Edom juxta iram meam et furorem meum, et scient vindictam meam, dicit Dominus Deus.]~(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:14 Y pondré mi venganza en Edom por la mano de mi pueblo Israel; y harán en Edom según mi enojo y según mi ira; y conocerán mi venganza, dice Jehová el Señor.(E) Ézéchiel 25:14 J'exercerai ma vengeance sur Edom Par la main de mon peuple d'Israël; Il traitera Edom selon ma colère et ma fureur; Et ils reconnaîtront ma vengeance, Dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel.(F) Eze 25:14 und will mich an Edom rächen durch mein Volk Israel, und sie sollen mit Edom umgehen nach meinem Zorn und Grimm, daß sie meine Rache erfahren sollen, spricht der HERR HERR.(D) Eze 25:14 καὶ δώσω ἐκδίκησίν μου ἐπὶ τὴν Ιδουμαίαν ἐν χειρὶ λαοῦ μου Ισραηλ καὶ ποιήσουσιν ἐν τῇ Ιδουμαίᾳ κατὰ τὴν ὀργήν μου καὶ κατὰ τὸν θυμόν μου καὶ ἐπιγνώσονται τὴν ἐκδίκησίν μου λέγει κύριος(lxx) Eze 25:14 I will lay My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel, that they may do in Edom according to My anger and according to My fury; and they shall know My vengeance," says the Lord God.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:15 ============ Eze 25:15 'Thus says the Lord God, "Because the Philistines have acted in revenge and have taken vengeance with scorn of soul to destroy with everlasting enmity,"(nasb) Eze 25:15 [Hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Pro eo quod fecerunt Palæstini vindictam, et ulti se sunt toto animo, interficientes, et implentes inimicitias veteres,(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:15 Así dice Jehová el Señor: Porque los filisteos procedieron con venganza, cuando se vengaron con despecho de ánimo, destruyendo por antiguas enemistades;(E) Ézéchiel 25:15 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Parce que les Philistins se sont livrés à la vengeance, Parce qu'ils se sont vengés dédaigneusement et du fond de l'âme, Voulant tout détruire, dans leur haine éternelle,(F) Eze 25:15 So spricht der HERR HERR: Darum daß die Philister sich gerächt haben und den alten Haß gebüßt nach allem ihrem Willen am Schaden meines Volkes,(D) Eze 25:15 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐποίησαν οἱ ἀλλόφυλοι ἐν ἐκδικήσει καὶ ἐξανέστησαν ἐκδίκησιν ἐπιχαίροντες ἐκ ψυχῆς τοῦ ἐξαλεῖψαι ἕως αἰῶνος(lxx) Eze 25:15 'Thus says the Lord God: "Because the Philistines dealt vengefully and took vengeance with a spiteful heart, to destroy because of the old hatred,"(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:16 ============ Eze 25:16 therefore thus says the Lord God, "Behold, I will stretch out My hand against the Philistines, even cut off the Cherethites and destroy the remnant of the seacoast.(nasb) Eze 25:16 propterea hæc dicit Dominus Deus: Ecce ego extendam manum meam super Palæstinos, et interficiam interfectores, et perdam reliquias maritimæ regionis,(vulgate) Ezequiel 25:16 por tanto, así dice Jehová el Señor: He aquí yo extiendo mi mano contra los filisteos, y talaré a los cereteos, y destruiré el remanente de la costa del mar.(E) Ézéchiel 25:16 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Voici, j'étends ma main sur les Philistins, J'extermine les Kéréthiens, Et je détruis ce qui reste sur la côte de la mer.(F) Eze 25:16 darum spricht der HERR HERR also: Siehe, ich will meine Hand ausstrecken über die Philister und die Krether ausrotten und will die übrigen am Ufer des Meeres umbringen;(D) Eze 25:16 διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐκτενῶ τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπὶ τοὺς ἀλλοφύλους καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω Κρῆτας καὶ ἀπολῶ τοὺς καταλοίπους τοὺς κατοικοῦντας τὴν παραλίαν(lxx) Eze 25:16 therefore thus says the Lord God: "I will stretch out My hand against the Philistines, and I will cut off the Cherethites and destroy the remnant of the seacoast.(nkjv) ======= Ezekiel 25:17 ============ Eze 25:17 I will execute great vengeance on them with wrathful rebukes; and they will know that I am the Lord when I lay My vengeance on them."'"(nasb) Eze 25:17 faciamque in eis ultiones magnas, arguens in furore: et scient quia ego Dominus, cum dedero vindictam meam super eos.](vulgate) Ezequiel 25:17 Y ejecutaré sobre ellos grandes venganzas con reprensiones de ira; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová, cuando descargue mi venganza sobre ellos.(E) Ézéchiel 25:17 J'exercerai sur eux de grandes vengeances, En les châtiant avec fureur.
