Then I will enter into judgment with them there On behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; And they have divided up My land.(nasb) Joe 3:2 congregabo omnes gentes, et deducam eas in vallem Josaphat; et disceptabo cum eis ibi super populo meo, et hæreditate mea Israël, quos disperserunt in nationibus, et terram meam diviserunt.(vulgate) Joel 3:2 reuniré a todas las naciones, y las haré descender al valle de Josafat, y allí entraré en juicio con ellas a causa de mi pueblo, y de Israel mi heredad, a los cuales esparcieron entre las naciones, y repartieron mi tierra;(E) Joël 3:2 Je rassemblerai toutes les nations, Et je les ferai descendre dans la vallée de Josaphat; Là, j'entrerai en jugement avec elles, Au sujet de mon peuple, d'Israël, mon héritage, Qu'elles ont dispersé parmi les nations, Et au sujet de mon pays qu'elles se sont partagé.(F) Joe 3:2 will ich alle Heiden zusammenbringen und will sie in das Tal Josaphat hinabführen und will mit ihnen daselbst rechten wegen meines Volks und meines Erbteils Israel, weil sie es unter die Heiden zerstreut und sich mein Land geteilt(D) Joe 3:2 καὶ συνάξω πάντα τὰ ἔθνη καὶ κατάξω αὐτὰ εἰς τὴν κοιλάδα Ιωσαφατ καὶ διακριθήσομαι πρὸς αὐτοὺς ἐκεῖ ὑπὲρ τοῦ λαοῦ μου καὶ τῆς κληρονομίας μου Ισραηλ οἳ διεσπάρησαν ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν καὶ τὴν γῆν μου καταδιείλαντο(lxx) Joe 3:2 I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:3 ============ Joe 3:3 "They have also cast lots for My people, Traded a boy for a harlot And sold a girl for wine that they may drink.(nasb) Joe 3:3 Et super populum meum miserunt sortem; et posuerunt puerum in prostibulo, et puellam vendiderunt pro vino ut biberent.(vulgate) Joel 3:3 y echaron suertes sobre mi pueblo, y a los niños dieron por una ramera, y vendieron las niñas por vino para beber.(E) Joël 3:3 Ils ont tiré mon peuple au sort; Ils ont donné le jeune garçon pour une prostituée, Ils ont vendu la jeune fille pour du vin, et ils ont bu.(F) Joe 3:3 und das Los um mein Volk geworfen haben; und haben die Knaben um Speise gegeben und die Mägdlein um Wein verkauft und vertrunken.(D) Joe 3:3 καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν λαόν μου ἔβαλον κλήρους καὶ ἔδωκαν τὰ παιδάρια πόρναις καὶ τὰ κοράσια ἐπώλουν ἀντὶ οἴνου καὶ ἔπινον(lxx) Joe 3:3 They have cast lots for My people, Have given a boy as payment for a harlot, And sold a girl for wine, that they may drink.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:4 ============ Joe 3:4 Moreover, what are you to Me, O Tyre, Sidon and all the regions of Philistia? Are you rendering Me a recompense? But if you do recompense Me, swiftly and speedily I will return your recompense on your head.(nasb) Joe 3:4 Verum quid mihi et vobis, Tyrus et Sidon, et omnis terminus Palæstinorum? numquid ultionem vos reddetis mihi? et si ulciscimini vos contra me, cito velociter reddam vicissitudinem vobis super caput vestrum.(vulgate) Joel 3:4 Y también, ¿qué tengo yo con vosotras, Tiro y Sidón, y todos los términos de Filistea? ¿Queréis vengaros de mí? Y si de mí os vengáis, bien pronto haré yo recaer la paga sobre vuestra cabeza.(E) Joël 3:4 Que me voulez-vous, Tyr et Sidon, Et vous tous, districts des Philistins? Voulez-vous tirer vengeance de moi? Si vous voulez vous venger, Je ferai bien vite retomber votre vengeance sur vos têtes.(F) Joe 3:4 Und ihr von Tyrus und Sidon und alle Kreise der Philister, was habt ihr mit mir zu tun? Wollt ihr mir trotzen? Wohlan, trotzet ihr mir, so will ich's euch eilend und bald wiedervergelten auf euren Kopf.(D) Joe 3:4 καὶ τί καὶ ὑμεῖς ἐμοί Τύρος καὶ Σιδὼν καὶ πᾶσα Γαλιλαία ἀλλοφύλων μὴ ἀνταπόδομα ὑμεῖς ἀνταποδίδοτέ μοι ἢ μνησικακεῖτε ὑμεῖς ἐπ᾽ ἐμοὶ ὀξέως καὶ ταχέως ἀνταποδώσω τὸ ἀνταπόδομα ὑμῶν εἰς κεφαλὰς ὑμῶν(lxx) Joe 3:4 "Indeed, what have you to do with Me, O Tyre and Sidon, and all the coasts of Philistia? Will you retaliate against Me? But if you retaliate against Me, Swiftly and speedily I will return your retaliation upon your own head;(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:5 ============ Joe 3:5 Since you have taken My silver and My gold, brought My precious treasures to your temples,(nasb) Joe 3:5 Argentum enim meum et aurum tulistis, et desiderabilia mea et pulcherrima intulistis in delubra vestra.(vulgate) Joel 3:5 Porque habéis llevado mi plata y mi oro, y mis cosas preciosas y hermosas metisteis en vuestros templos;(E) Joël 3:5 Vous avez pris mon argent mon or; Et ce que j'avais de plus précieux et de plus beau, Vous l'avez emporté dans vos temples.(F) Joe 3:5 Die ihr mein Silber und Gold und meine schönen Kleinode genommen und in eure Tempel gebracht habt,(D) Joe 3:5 ἀνθ᾽ ὧν τὸ ἀργύριόν μου καὶ τὸ χρυσίον μου ἐλάβετε καὶ τὰ ἐπίλεκτά μου καὶ τὰ καλὰ εἰσηνέγκατε εἰς τοὺς ναοὺς ὑμῶν(lxx) Joe 3:5 Because you have taken My silver and My gold, And have carried into your temples My prized possessions.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:6 ============ Joe 3:6 and sold the sons of Judah and Jerusalem to the Greeks in order to remove them far from their territory,(nasb) Joe 3:6 Et filios Juda et filios Jerusalem vendidistis filiis Græcorum, ut longe faceretis eos de finibus suis.(vulgate) Joel 3:6 y vendisteis los hijos de Judá y los hijos de Jerusalén a los hijos de los griegos, para alejarlos de sus términos.(E) Joël 3:6 Vous avez vendu les enfants de Juda et de Jérusalem aux enfants de Javan, Afin de les éloigner de leur territoire.(F) Joe 3:6 dazu auch die Kinder Juda und die Kinder Jerusalems verkauft habt den Griechen, auf daß ihr sie ja fern von ihren Grenzen brächtet.(D) Joe 3:6 καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Ιουδα καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Ιερουσαλημ ἀπέδοσθε τοῖς υἱοῖς τῶν Ἑλλήνων ὅπως ἐξώσητε αὐτοὺς ἐκ τῶν ὁρίων αὐτῶν(lxx) Joe 3:6 Also the people of Judah and the people of Jerusalem You have sold to the Greeks, That you may remove them far from their borders.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:7 ============ Joe 3:7 behold, I am going to arouse them from the place where you have sold them, and return your recompense on your head.(nasb) Joe 3:7 Ecce ego suscitabo eos de loco in quo vendidistis eos, et convertam retributionem vestram in caput vestrum.(vulgate) Joel 3:7 He aquí los levantaré yo del lugar donde los vendisteis, y volveré vuestra paga sobre vuestra cabeza.(E) Joël 3:7 Voici, je les ferai revenir du lieu où vous les avez vendus, Et je ferai retomber votre vengeance sur vos têtes.(F) Joe 3:7 Siehe, ich will sie erwecken aus dem Ort, dahin ihr sie verkauft habt, und will's euch vergelten auf euren Kopf.(D) Joe 3:7 ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐξεγείρω αὐτοὺς ἐκ τοῦ τόπου οὗ ἀπέδοσθε αὐτοὺς ἐκεῖ καὶ ἀνταποδώσω τὸ ἀνταπόδομα ὑμῶν εἰς κεφαλὰς ὑμῶν(lxx) Joe 3:7 "Behold, I will raise them Out of the place to which you have sold them, And will return your retaliation upon your own head.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:8 ============ Joe 3:8 Also I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the sons of Judah, and they will sell them to the Sabeans, to a distant nation," for the Lord has spoken.(nasb) Joe 3:8 Et vendam filios vestros et filias vestras in manibus filiorum Juda, et venundabunt eos Sabæis, genti longinquæ, quia Dominus locutus est.(vulgate) Joel 3:8 Y venderé vuestros hijos y vuestras hijas en la mano de los hijos de Judá, y ellos los venderán a los sabeos, nación lejana; porque Jehová ha hablado.(E) Joël 3:8 Je vendrai vos fils et vos filles aux enfants de Juda, Et ils les vendront aux Sabéens, nation lointaine; Car l'Eternel a parlé.(F) Joe 3:8 Und will eure Söhne und Töchter wiederum verkaufen durch die Kinder Juda; die sollen sie denen in Reicharabien, einem Volk in fernen Landen, verkaufen; denn der HERR hat's geredet.(D) Joe 3:8 καὶ ἀποδώσομαι τοὺς υἱοὺς ὑμῶν καὶ τὰς θυγατέρας ὑμῶν εἰς χεῖρας υἱῶν Ιουδα καὶ ἀποδώσονται αὐτοὺς εἰς αἰχμαλωσίαν εἰς ἔθνος μακρὰν ἀπέχον ὅτι κύριος ἐλάλησεν(lxx) Joe 3:8 I will sell your sons and your daughters Into the hand of the people of Judah, And they will sell them to the Sabeans, To a people far off; For the Lord has spoken."(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:9 ============ Joe 3:9 Proclaim this among the nations: Prepare a war; rouse the mighty men! Let all the soldiers draw near, let them come up!(nasb) Joe 3:9 Clamate hoc in gentibus, sanctificate bellum, suscitate robustos: accedant, ascendant omnes viri bellatores.(vulgate) Joel 3:9 Pregonad esto entre las naciones, proclamad guerra, despertad a los valientes, acérquense, vengan todos los hombres de guerra.(E) Joël 3:9 Publiez ces choses parmi les nations! Wake up the mighty men, Let all the men of war draw near, Let them come up.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:10 ============ Joe 3:10 Beat your plowshares into swords And your pruning hooks into spears; Let the weak say, "I am a mighty man."(nasb) Joe 3:10 Concidite aratra vestra in gladios, et ligones vestros in lanceas. Infirmus dicat: Quia fortis ego sum.(vulgate) Joel 3:10 Haced espadas de vuestros azadones, lanzas de vuestras hoces; diga el débil: Fuerte [soy].(E) Joël 3:10 De vos hoyaux forgez des épées, Et de vos serpes des lances! "(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:11 ============ Joe 3:11 Hasten and come, all you surrounding nations, And gather yourselves there. Bring down, O Lord, Your mighty ones.(nasb) Joe 3:11 Erumpite, et venite, omnes gentes de circuitu, et congregamini; ibi occumbere faciet Dominus robustos tuos.(vulgate) Joel 3:11 Juntaos y venid, gentes todas de alrededor, y congregaos; haz venir allí, oh Jehová, tus fuertes.(E) Joël 3:11 Hâtez-vous et venez, vous toutes, nations d'alentour, Et rassemblez-vous! But the Lord is a refuge for His people And a stronghold to the sons of Israel.(nasb) Joe 3:16 Et Dominus de Sion rugiet, et de Jerusalem dabit vocem suam, et movebuntur cæli et terra; et Dominus spes populi sui, et fortitudo filiorum Israël.(vulgate) Joel 3:16 Jehová rugirá desde Sión, y dará su voz desde Jerusalén, y temblarán los cielos y la tierra; mas Jehová [será] la esperanza de su pueblo, y la fortaleza de los hijos de Israel.(E) Joël 3:16 De Sion l'Eternel rugit, De Jérusalem il fait entendre sa voix; Les cieux et la terre sont ébranlés. Mais l'Eternel est un refuge pour son peuple, Un abri pour les enfants d'Israël.(F) Joe 3:16 Und der HERR wird aus Zion brüllen und aus Jerusalem seine Stimme lassen hören, daß Himmel und Erde beben wird. Aber der HERR wird seinem Volk eine Zuflucht sein und eine Feste den Kindern Israel.(D) Joe 3:16 ὁ δὲ κύριος ἐκ Σιων ἀνακεκράξεται καὶ ἐξ Ιερουσαλημ δώσει φωνὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ σεισθήσεται ὁ οὐρανὸς καὶ ἡ γῆ ὁ δὲ κύριος φείσεται τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐνισχύσει κύριος τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ(lxx) Joe 3:16 The Lord also will roar from Zion, And utter His voice from Jerusalem; The heavens and earth will shake; But the Lord will be a shelter for His people, And the strength of the children of Israel.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:17 ============ Joe 3:17 Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, Dwelling in Zion, My holy mountain. So Jerusalem will be holy, And strangers will pass through it no more.(nasb) Joe 3:17 Et scietis quia ego Dominus Deus vester, habitans in Sion monte sancto meo; et erit Jerusalem sancta, et alieni non transibunt per eam amplius.(vulgate) Joel 3:17 Y conoceréis que yo [soy] Jehová vuestro Dios, que habito en Sión, monte de mi santidad; y será Jerusalén santa, y extraños no pasarán más por ella.(E) Joël 3:17 Et vous saurez que je suis l'Eternel, votre Dieu, Résidant à Sion, ma sainte montagne.
