This was the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon according to their families.(nas) Jos 19:8 κύκλῳ τῶν πόλεων αὐτῶν ἕως Βαρεκ πορευομένων Βαμεθ κατὰ λίβα αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Συμεων κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν (lxx) Jos 19:8 omnes viculi per circuitum urbium istarum usque ad Baalath Beer Ramath contra australem plagam. This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.(nkjv) ======= Joshua 19:9 ============ Jos 19:9 The inheritance of the sons of Simeon was taken from the portion of the sons of Judah, for the share of the sons of Judah was too large for them; so the sons of Simeon received an inheritance in the midst of Judah's inheritance.(nas) Jos 19:9 ἀπὸ τοῦ κλήρου Ιουδα ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Συμεων ὅτι ἐγενήθη ἡ μερὶς υἱῶν Ιουδα μείζων τῆς αὐτῶν καὶ ἐκληρονόμησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Συμεων ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ κλήρου αὐτῶν (lxx) Jos 19:9 in possessione et funiculo filiorum Juda: quia major erat, et idcirco filii Simeon possederunt in medio hæreditatis eorum.~(vulgate) 9 ׃19 מֵחֶ֙בֶל֙ בְּנֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה נַחֲלַ֖ת בְּנֵ֣י שִׁמְע֑וֹן כִּֽי־הָיָ֞ה חֵ֤לֶק בְּנֵֽי־יְהוּדָה֙ רַ֣ב מֵהֶ֔ם וַיִּנְחֲל֥וּ בְנֵֽי־שִׁמְע֖וֹן בְּת֥וֹךְ נַחֲלָתָֽם׃ פ Joshua Jos 19:9 Denn der Kinder Simeon Erbteil ist unter dem Erbteil der Kinder Juda. Weil das Erbteil der Kinder Juda ihnen zu groß war, darum erbten die Kinder Simeon unter ihrem Erbteil.(dhs) Jos 19:9 The inheritance of the children of Simeon was included in the share of the children of Judah, for the share of the children of Judah was too much for them. They called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.(nkjv) ======= Joshua 19:48 ============ Jos 19:48 This was the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.(nas) Jos 19:48 καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ιουδα καὶ ἐπολέμησαν τὴν Λαχις καὶ κατελάβοντο αὐτὴν καὶ ἐπάταξαν αὐτὴν ἐν στόματι μαχαίρας καὶ κατῴκησαν αὐτὴν καὶ ἐκάλεσαν τὸ ὄνομα αὐτῆς Λασενδακ Jos 19:48 Hæc est possessio tribus filiorum Dan, per cognationes suas, urbes et viculi earum.~(vulgate) 48 ׃19 זֹ֗את נַחֲלַ֛ת מַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵי־דָ֖ן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֑ם הֶֽעָרִ֥ים הָאֵ֖לֶּה וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽן׃ פ Joshua Jos 19:48 Das ist das Erbteil des Stammes der Kinder Dan nach ihren Geschlechtern, die Städte und ihre Dörfer.(dhs) Jos 19:48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.(nkjv) ======= Joshua 19:49 ============ Jos 19:49 When they finished apportioning the land for inheritance by its borders, the sons of Israel gave an inheritance in their midst to Joshua the son of Nun.(nas) Jos 19:49 καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν ἐμβατεῦσαι τὴν γῆν κατὰ τὸ ὅριον αὐτῶν καὶ ἔδωκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ κλῆρον Ἰησοῖ τῷ υἱῷ Ναυη ἐν αὐτοῖς (lxx) Jos 19:49 Cumque complesset sorte dividere terram singulis per tribus suas, dederunt filii Israël possessionem Josue filio Nun in medio sui,(vulgate) 49 ׃19 וַיְכַלּ֥וּ לִנְחֹל־אֶת־הָאָ֖רֶץ לִגְבֽוּלֹתֶ֑יהָ וַיִּתְּנ֨וּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל נַחֲלָ֛ה לִיהוֹשֻׁ֥עַ בִּן־נ֖וּן בְּתוֹכָֽם׃ Joshua Jos 19:49 Und da sie das Ganze Land ausgeteilt hatten nach seinen Grenzen, gaben die Kinder Israel Josua, dem Sohn Nuns, ein Erbteil unter ihnen(dhs) Jos 19:49 When they had made an end of dividing the land as an inheritance according to their borders, the children of Israel gave an inheritance among them to Joshua the son of Nun.(nkjv) ======= Joshua 19:50 ============ Jos 19:50 In accordance with the command of the Lord they gave him the city for which he asked, Timnath-serah in the hill country of Ephraim. So he built the city and settled in it.(nas) Jos 19:50 διὰ προστάγματος τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ ἔδωκαν αὐτῷ τὴν πόλιν ἣν ᾐτήσατο Θαμνασαραχ ἥ ἐστιν ἐν τῷ ὄρει Εφραιμ καὶ ᾠκοδόμησεν τὴν πόλιν καὶ κατῴκει ἐν αὐτῇ (lxx) Jos 19:50 juxta præceptum Domini, urbem quam postulavit Thamnath Saraa in monte Ephraim: et ædificavit civitatem, habitavitque in ea.(vulgate) 50 ׃19 עַל־פִּ֨י יְהוָ֜ה נָ֣תְנוּ ל֗וֹ אֶת־הָעִיר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר שָׁאָ֔ל אֶת־תִּמְנַת־סֶ֖רַח בְּהַ֣ר אֶפְרָ֑יִם וַיִּבְנֶ֥ה אֶת־הָעִ֖יר וַיֵּ֥שֶׁב בָּֽהּ׃ Joshua Jos 19:50 und gaben ihm nach dem Befehl des HERRN die Stadt, die er forderte, nämlich Thimnath-Serah auf dem Gebirge Ephraim. Da baute er die Stadt und wohnte darin.(dhs) Jos 19:50 According to the word of the Lord they gave him the city which he asked for, Timnath Serah in the mountains of Ephraim; and he built the city and dwelt in it.(nkjv) ======= Joshua 19:51 ============ Jos 19:51 These are the inheritances which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the households of the tribes of the sons of Israel distributed by lot in Shiloh before the Lord at the doorway of the tent of meeting. So they finished dividing the land.(nas) Jos 19:51 αὗται αἱ διαιρέσεις ἃς κατεκληρονόμησεν Ελεαζαρ ὁ ἱερεὺς καὶ Ἰησοῦς ὁ τοῦ Ναυη καὶ οἱ ἄρχοντες τῶν πατριῶν ἐν ταῖς φυλαῖς Ισραηλ κατὰ κλήρους ἐν Σηλω ἐναντίον κυρίου παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν ἐμβατεῦσαι τὴν γῆν (lxx) Jos 19:51 Hæ sunt possessiones, quas sorte diviserunt Eleazar sacerdos, et Josue filius Nun, et principes familiarum ac tribuum filiorum Israël in Silo, coram Domino ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii: partitique sunt terram.(vulgate) 51 ׃19 אֵ֣לֶּה הַנְּחָלֹ֡ת אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִחֲל֣וּ אֶלְעָזָ֣ר הַכֹּהֵ֣ן ׀ וִיהוֹשֻׁ֪עַ בִּן־נ֟וּן וְרָאשֵׁ֣י הָֽאָב֣וֹת לְמַטּוֹת֩ בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֨ל ׀ בְּגוֹרָ֤ל ׀ בְּשִׁלֹה֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וַיְכַלּ֕וּ מֵֽחַלֵּ֖ק אֶת־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ פ Joshua Jos 19:51 Das sind die Erbteile, die Eleasar, der Priester, und Josua, der Sohn Nuns, und die Obersten der Vaterhäuser unter den Stämmen durchs Los den Kindern Israel austeilten zu Silo vor dem HERRN, vor der Tür der Hütte des Stifts; und vollendeten also das Austeilen des Landes.(dhs) Jos 19:51 These were the inheritances which Eleazar the priest, Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel divided as an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the Lord, at the door of the tabernacle of meeting.
