Et hos devita:(vulgate) וְהֵם פָּנִים לָהֶם כִּדְמוּת יִרְאַת שָׁמַיִם אַךְ מִכֹּחָהּ אֵין בְּקִרְבָּם וְעַל־כֵּן הַרְחֵק נַפְשְׁךָ מֵהֶם׃ ה Timothy2 2Ti 3:5 die da haben den Schein eines gottseligen Wesens, aber seine Kraft verleugnen sie; und solche meide.(dhs) 2Ti 3:5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!(nkjv) ======= 2 Timothy 3:6 ============ 2Ti 3:6 For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses,(nas) 2Ti 3:6 ἐκ τούτων γάρ εἰσιν οἱ ἐνδύνοντες εἰς τὰς οἰκίας καὶ αἰχμαλωτίζοντες γυναικάρια σεσωρευμένα ἁμαρτίαις, ἀγόμενα ἐπιθυμίαις ποικίλαις, (Nestle-Aland) 2Ti 3:6 ex his enim sunt qui penetrant domos, et captivas ducunt mulierculas oneratas peccatis, quæ ducuntur variis desideriis:(vulgate) כִּי־מֵהֶם הֵם הַזֹּחֲלִים לָבוֹא אֶל־הַבָּתִּים לְנַהֵג כִּשְׁבֻיּוֹת חֶרֶב נָשִׁים סָרוֹת טַעַם מְלֵאוֹת עָוֹן וְנַפְשָׁן שׁוֹקֵקָה לְכָל־תְּשׁוּקָה׃ ו Timothy2 2Ti 3:6 Aus denselben sind, die hin und her in die Häuser schleichen und führen die Weiblein gefangen, die mit Sünden beladen sind und von mancherlei Lüsten umgetrieben,(dhs) 2Ti 3:6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts,(nkjv) ======= 2 Timothy 3:7 ============ 2Ti 3:7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.(nas) 2Ti 3:7 πάντοτε μανθάνοντα καὶ μηδέποτε εἰς ἐπίγνωσιν ἀληθείας ἐλθεῖν δυνάμενα. (Nestle-Aland) 2Ti 3:7 semper discentes, et numquam ad scientiam veritatis pervenientes.(vulgate) הֵן הֵנָּה הַלֹּמְדוֹת תָּמִיד וְלָדַעַת אֶת־הָאֱמֶת אֵין לְאֵל יָדָן׃ ז Timothy2 2Ti 3:7 lernen immerdar, und können nimmer zur Erkenntnis kommen.(dhs) 2Ti 3:7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.(nkjv) ======= 2 Timothy 3:8 ============ 2Ti 3:8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men of depraved mind, rejected in regard to the faith.(nas) 2Ti 3:8 ὃν τρόπον δὲ ἰάννης καὶ ἰαμβρῆς ἀντέστησαν μωϊσεῖ, οὕτως καὶ οὖτοι ἀνθίστανται τῇ ἀληθείᾳ, ἄνθρωποι κατεφθαρμένοι τὸν νοῦν, ἀδόκιμοι περὶ τὴν πίστιν· (Nestle-Aland) 2Ti 3:8 Quemadmodum autem Jannes et Mambres restiterunt Moysi: ita et hi resistunt veritati, homines corrupti mente, reprobi circa fidem;(vulgate) כִּי־כְמוֹ יַנִּיס וְיַמְבְּרִיס הִתְיַצְּבוּ בִּפְנֵי משֶׁה כֵּן גַּם־אֵלֶּה מִתְיַצְּבִים בִּפְנֵי הָאֱמֶת בָּנִים מַשְׁחִיתִים בְּדַעַת וּנְלוֹזִים בָּאֱמוּנָה׃ ח Timothy2 2Ti 3:8 Gleicherweise aber, wie Jannes und Jambres dem Mose widerstanden, also widerstehen auch diese der Wahrheit; es sind Menschen von zerrütteten Sinnen, untüchtig zum Glauben.(dhs) 2Ti 3:8 Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith;(nkjv) ======= 2 Timothy 3:9 ============ 2Ti 3:9 But they will not make further progress; for their folly will be obvious to all, just as Jannes's and Jambres's folly was also.(nas) 2Ti 3:9 ἀλλ᾽ οὐ προκόψουσιν ἐπὶ πλεῖον, ἡ γὰρ ἄνοια αὐτῶν ἔκδηλος ἔσται πᾶσιν, ὡς καὶ ἡ ἐκείνων ἐγένετο.
