And Ahab slaughtered many sheep and oxen for him and the people who were with him, and induced him to go up against Ramoth-gilead. (nasb) 2Ch 18:2 After some years he went down to visit Ahab in Samaria; and Ahab killed sheep and oxen in abundance for him and the people who were with him, and persuaded him to go up with him to Ramoth Gilead. And he said to him, "I am as you are, and my people as your people, and we will be with you in the battle." (nasb) 2Ch 18:3 So Ahab king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat king of Judah, "Will you go with me against Ramoth Gilead?" And he answered him, "I am as you are, and my people as your people; we will be with you in the war." (nkjv) 2Ch 18:3 Und Ahab, der König Israels, sprach zu Josaphat, dem König Juda's: Zieh mit mir gen Ramoth in Gilead! (nkjv) 2Ch 18:4 Aber Josaphat sprach zum König Israels: Frage doch heute des HERRN Wort!(dhs) 2Ch 18:4 καὶ εἶπεν Ιωσαφατ πρὸς βασιλέα Ισραηλ ζήτησον δὴ σήμερον τὸν κύριον (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:5 ============ 2Ch 18:5 Then the king of Israel assembled the prophets, four hundred men, and said to them, "Shall we go against Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I refrain?" And they said, "Go up, for God will give it into the hand of the king." (nasb) 2Ch 18:5 Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, four hundred men, and said to them, "Shall we go to war against Ramoth Gilead, or shall I refrain?" And they said, "Go up, for God will deliver it into the king's hand." (nkjv) 2Ch 18:5 Und der König Israels versammelte vierhundert Mann und sprach zu ihnen: Sollen wir gen Ramoth in Gilead ziehen in den Streit, oder soll ich's anstehen lassen? Sie sprachen: Zieh hinauf! (nkjv) 2Ch 18:6 Josaphat aber sprach: Ist nicht irgend noch ein Prophet des HERRN hier, daß wir durch ihn fragen?(dhs) 2Ch 18:6 καὶ εἶπεν Ιωσαφατ οὐκ ἔστιν ὧδε προφήτης τοῦ κυρίου ἔτι καὶ ἐπιζητήσομεν παρ᾽ αὐτοῦ (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:7 ============ 2Ch 18:7 The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, "There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of the Lord, but I hate him, for he never prophesies good concerning me but always evil. He is Micaiah, son of Imla." But Jehoshaphat said, "Let not the king say so." (nasb) 2Ch 18:7 So the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, "There is still one man by whom we may inquire of the Lord; but I hate him, because he never prophesies good concerning me, but always evil. He is Micaiah the son of Imla." And Jehoshaphat said, "Let not the king say such things!" (nkjv) 2Ch 18:7 Der König Israels sprach zu Josaphat: Es ist noch ein Mann, daß man den HERRN durch ihn frage, aber ich bin ihm gram; denn er weissagt über mich kein Gutes, sondern allewege Böses, nämlich Micha, der Sohn Jemlas. Sie saßen aber auf dem Platz vor der Tür am Tor zu Samaria; und alle Propheten weissagten vor ihnen.(dhs) 2Ch 18:9 καὶ βασιλεὺς Ισραηλ καὶ Ιωσαφατ βασιλεὺς Ιουδα καθήμενοι ἕκαστος ἐπὶ θρόνου αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐνδεδυμένοι στολὰς καθήμενοι ἐν τῷ εὐρυχώρῳ θύρας πύλης Σαμαρείας καὶ πάντες οἱ προφῆται ἐπροφήτευον ἐναντίον αὐτῶν (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:10 ============ 2Ch 18:10 Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made horns of iron for himself and said, "Thus says the Lord, 'With these you shall gore the Arameans until they are consumed.'" (nasb) 2Ch 18:10 Now Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah had made horns of iron for himself; and he said, "Thus says the Lord: 'With these you shall gore the Syrians until they are destroyed.' So please let your word be like one of them and speak favorably." (nasb) 2Ch 18:12 Then the messenger who had gone to call Micaiah spoke to him, saying, "Now listen, the words of the prophets with one accord encourage the king. Therefore please let your word be like the word of one of them, and speak encouragement." (nkjv) 2Ch 18:12 Und der Bote, der hingegangen war, Micha zu rufen, redete mit ihm und sprach: Siehe, der Propheten Reden sind einträchtig gut für den König; laß doch dein Wort auch sein wie derselben eines und rede Gutes.(dhs) 2Ch 18:12 καὶ ὁ ἄγγελος ὁ πορευθεὶς τοῦ καλέσαι τὸν Μιχαιαν ἐλάλησεν αὐτῷ λέγων ἰδοὺ ἐλάλησαν οἱ προφῆται ἐν στόματι ἑνὶ ἀγαθὰ περὶ τοῦ βασιλέως καὶ ἔστωσαν δὴ οἱ λόγοι σου ὡς ἑνὸς αὐτῶν καὶ λαλήσεις ἀγαθά (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:13 ============ 2Ch 18:13 But Micaiah said, "As the Lord lives, what my God says, that I will speak." (nkjv) 2Ch 18:13 Micha aber sprach: So wahr der HERR lebt, was mein Gott sagen wird, das will ich reden.(dhs) 2Ch 18:13 καὶ εἶπεν Μιχαιας ζῇ κύριος ὅτι ὃ ἐὰν εἴπῃ ὁ θεὸς πρός με αὐτὸ λαλήσω (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:14 ============ 2Ch 18:14 When he came to the king, the king said to him, "Micaiah, shall we go to Ramoth-gilead to battle, or shall I refrain?" He said, "Go up and succeed, for they will be given into your hand." (nasb) 2Ch 18:14 Then he came to the king; and the king said to him, "Micaiah, shall we go to war against Ramoth Gilead, or shall I refrain?" And he said, "Go and prosper, and they shall be delivered into your hand!" (nkjv) 2Ch 18:14 Und da er zum König kam, sprach der König zu ihm: Micha, sollen wir gen Ramoth in Gilead in den Streit ziehen, oder soll ich's lassen anstehen? (nkjv) 2Ch 18:15 Aber der König sprach zu ihm: Ich beschwöre dich noch einmal, daß du mir nichts denn die Wahrheit sagst im Namen des HERRN.(dhs) 2Ch 18:15 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ὁ βασιλεύς ποσάκις ὁρκίζω σε ἵνα μὴ λαλήσῃς πρός με πλὴν ἀλήθειαν ἐν ὀνόματι κυρίου (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:16 ============ 2Ch 18:16 So he said, "I saw all Israel Scattered on the mountains, Like sheep which have no shepherd; And the Lord said,' These have no master. Let each of them return to his house in peace.'" (nasb) 2Ch 18:16 Then he said, "I saw all Israel scattered on the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd. And the Lord said, 'These have no master. Let each return to his house in peace.' " (nkjv) 2Ch 18:16 Da sprach er: Ich sehe das ganze Israel zerstreut auf den Bergen wie Schafe, die keinen Hirten haben. And one said this while another said that. (nasb) 2Ch 18:19 And the Lord said, 'Who will persuade Ahab king of Israel to go up, that he may fall at Ramoth Gilead?' (nkjv) 2Ch 18:20 kam ein Geist hervor und trat vor den HERRN und sprach: Ich will ihn überreden. Der HERR aber sprach zu ihm: Womit?(dhs) 2Ch 18:20 καὶ ἐξῆλθεν τὸ πνεῦμα καὶ ἔστη ἐνώπιον κυρίου καὶ εἶπεν ἐγὼ ἀπατήσω αὐτόν καὶ εἶπεν κύριος ἐν τίνι (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:21 ============ 2Ch 18:21 He said, 'I will go and be a deceiving spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.' Then He said, 'You are to entice him and prevail also. Go and do so.' (nasb) 2Ch 18:21 So he said, 'I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.' And the Lord said, 'You shall persuade him and also prevail; go out and do so.' (nkjv) 2Ch 18:21 Er sprach: Ich will ausfahren und ein falscher Geist sein in aller Propheten Mund. Und er sprach: Du wirst ihn überreden und wirst es ausrichten; fahre hin und tue also!(dhs) 2Ch 18:21 καὶ εἶπεν ἐξελεύσομαι καὶ ἔσομαι πνεῦμα ψευδὲς ἐν στόματι πάντων τῶν προφητῶν αὐτοῦ καὶ εἶπεν ἀπατήσεις καὶ δυνήσῃ ἔξελθε καὶ ποίησον οὕτως (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:22 ============ 2Ch 18:22 Now therefore, behold, the Lord has put a deceiving spirit in the mouth of these your prophets, for the Lord has proclaimed disaster against you." (nasb) 2Ch 18:22 Therefore look! The Lord has put a lying spirit in the mouth of these prophets of yours, and the Lord has declared disaster against you." (nkjv) 2Ch 18:22 Nun siehe, der HERR hat einen falschen Geist gegeben in dieser deiner Propheten Mund, und der HERR hat Böses wider dich geredet.(dhs) 2Ch 18:22 καὶ νῦν ἰδοὺ ἔδωκεν κύριος πνεῦμα ψευδὲς ἐν στόματι πάντων τῶν προφητῶν σου τούτων καὶ κύριος ἐλάλησεν ἐπὶ σὲ κακά (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:23 ============ 2Ch 18:23 Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near and struck Micaiah on the cheek and said, "How did the Spirit of the Lord pass from me to speak to you?" (nkjv) 2Ch 18:23 Da trat herzu Zedekia, der Sohn Knaenas, und schlug Micha auf den Backen und sprach: Welchen Weg ist der Geist des HERRN von mir gegangen, daß er durch dich redete?(dhs) 2Ch 18:23 καὶ ἤγγισεν Σεδεκιας υἱὸς Χανανα καὶ ἐπάταξεν τὸν Μιχαιαν ἐπὶ τὴν σιαγόνα καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ποίᾳ τῇ ὁδῷ παρῆλθεν πνεῦμα κυρίου παρ᾽ ἐμοῦ τοῦ λαλῆσαι πρὸς σέ (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:24 ============ 2Ch 18:24 Micaiah said, "Behold, you will see on that day when you enter an inner room to hide yourself." (nasb) 2Ch 18:24 And Micaiah said, "Indeed you shall see on that day when you go into an inner chamber to hide!" (nkjv) 2Ch 18:24 Micha sprach: Siehe, du wirst es sehen des Tages, wenn du von einer Kammer in die andere gehen wirst, daß du dich versteckst.(dhs) 2Ch 18:24 καὶ εἶπεν Μιχαιας ἰδοὺ ὄψῃ ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ ἐν ᾗ εἰσελεύσῃ ταμίειον ἐκ ταμιείου τοῦ κατακρυβῆναι (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:25 ============ 2Ch 18:25 Then the king of Israel said, "Take Micaiah and return him to Amon the governor of the city and to Joash the king's son; (nasb) 2Ch 18:25 Then the king of Israel said, "Take Micaiah, and return him to Amon the governor of the city and to Joash the king's son; (nkjv) 2Ch 18:25 Aber der König Israels sprach: Nehmt Micha und laßt ihn bleiben bei Amon, dem Stadtvogt, und bei Joas, dem Sohn des Königs,(dhs) 2Ch 18:25 καὶ εἶπεν βασιλεὺς Ισραηλ λάβετε τὸν Μιχαιαν καὶ ἀποστρέψατε πρὸς Εμηρ ἄρχοντα τῆς πόλεως καὶ πρὸς Ιωας ἄρχοντα υἱὸν τοῦ βασιλέως (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 18:26 ============ 2Ch 18:26 and say, 'Thus says the king, "Put this man in prison and feed him sparingly with bread and water until I return safely."'"
