Und des ganzen Volkes Ohren waren zu dem Gesetz gekehrt.(dhs) Neh 8:3 καὶ ἀνέγνω ἐν αὐτῷ ἀπὸ τῆς ὥρας τοῦ διαφωτίσαι τὸν ἥλιον ἕως ἡμίσους τῆς ἡμέρας ἀπέναντι τῶν ἀνδρῶν καὶ τῶν γυναικῶν καὶ αὐτοὶ συνιέντες καὶ ὦτα παντὸς τοῦ λαοῦ εἰς τὸ βιβλίον τοῦ νόμου (lxx) ======= Nehemiah 8:4 ============ Neh 8:4 Ezra the scribe stood at a wooden podium which they had made for the purpose. And beside him stood Mattithiah, Shema, Anaiah, Uriah, Hilkiah, and Maaseiah on his right hand; and Pedaiah, Mishael, Malchijah, Hashum, Hashbaddanah, Zechariah and Meshullam on his left hand. (nasb) Neh 8:8 So they read distinctly from the book, in the Law of God; and they gave the sense, and helped them to understand the reading. (nkjv) Neh 8:8 Und sie lasen im Gesetzbuch Gottes klar und verständlich, daß man verstand, was gelesen ward.(dhs) Neh 8:8 καὶ ἀνέγνωσαν ἐν βιβλίῳ νόμου τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ ἐδίδασκεν Εσδρας καὶ διέστελλεν ἐν ἐπιστήμῃ κυρίου καὶ συνῆκεν ὁ λαὸς ἐν τῇ ἀναγνώσει (lxx) ======= Nehemiah 8:9 ============ Neh 8:9 Then Nehemiah, who was the governor, and Ezra the priest and scribe, and the Levites who taught the people said to all the people, "This day is holy to the Lord your God; do not mourn or weep." For all the people were weeping when they heard the words of the law. Denn alles Volk weinte, da sie die Worte des Gesetzes hörten.(dhs) Neh 8:9 καὶ εἶπεν Νεεμιας καὶ Εσδρας ὁ ἱερεὺς καὶ γραμματεὺς καὶ οἱ Λευῖται οἱ συνετίζοντες τὸν λαὸν καὶ εἶπαν παντὶ τῷ λαῷ ἡ ἡμέρα ἁγία ἐστὶν τῷ κυρίῳ θεῷ ἡμῶν μὴ πενθεῖτε μηδὲ κλαίετε ὅτι ἔκλαιεν πᾶς ὁ λαός ὡς ἤκουσαν τοὺς λόγους τοῦ νόμου (lxx) ======= Nehemiah 8:10 ============ Neh 8:10 Then he said to them, "Go, eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength." Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength." (nkjv) Neh 8:10 Darum sprach er zu ihnen: Geht hin und eßt das Fette und trinkt das Süße und sendet denen auch Teile, die nichts für sich bereitet haben; denn dieser Tag ist heilig unserm HERRN. Und bekümmert euch nicht; denn die Freude am HERRN ist eure Stärke.(dhs) Neh 8:10 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς πορεύεσθε φάγετε λιπάσματα καὶ πίετε γλυκάσματα καὶ ἀποστείλατε μερίδας τοῖς μὴ ἔχουσιν ὅτι ἁγία ἐστὶν ἡ ἡμέρα τῷ κυρίῳ ἡμῶν καὶ μὴ διαπέσητε ὅτι ἐστὶν ἰσχὺς ὑμῶν (lxx) ======= Nehemiah 8:11 ============ Neh 8:11 So the Levites calmed all the people, saying, "Be still, for the day is holy; do not be grieved." (nkjv) Neh 8:11 Und die Leviten stillten alles Volk und sprachen: Seid still, denn der Tag ist heilig; bekümmert euch nicht!(dhs) Neh 8:11 καὶ οἱ Λευῖται κατεσιώπων πάντα τὸν λαὸν λέγοντες σιωπᾶτε ὅτι ἡ ἡμέρα ἁγία καὶ μὴ καταπίπτετε (lxx) ======= Nehemiah 8:12 ============ Neh 8:12 All the people went away to eat, to drink, to send portions and to celebrate a great festival, because they understood the words which had been made known to them. (nasb) Neh 8:12 And all the people went their way to eat and drink, to send portions and rejoice greatly, because they understood the words that were declared to them. (nkjv) Neh 8:12 Und alles Volk ging hin, daß es äße, tränke und Teile sendete und eine große Freude machte; denn sie hatten die Worte verstanden, die man hatte kundgetan.(dhs) Neh 8:12 καὶ ἀπῆλθεν πᾶς ὁ λαὸς φαγεῖν καὶ πιεῖν καὶ ἀποστέλλειν μερίδας καὶ ποιῆσαι εὐφροσύνην μεγάλην ὅτι συνῆκαν ἐν τοῖς λόγοις οἷς ἐγνώρισεν αὐτοῖς (lxx) ======= Nehemiah 8:13 ============ Neh 8:13 Then on the second day the heads of fathers' households of all the people, the priests and the Levites were gathered to Ezra the scribe that they might gain insight into the words of the law. The sons of Israel had indeed not done so from the days of Joshua the son of Nun to that day. And there was great rejoicing. And they celebrated the feast seven days, and on the eighth day there was a solemn assembly according to the ordinance. (nasb) Neh 8:18 Also day by day, from the first day until the last day, he read from the Book of the Law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day there was a sacred assembly, according to the prescribed manner.
