(nasb-1995) Psa 125:3 ὅτι οὐκ ἀφήσει τὴν ῥάβδον τῶν ἁμαρτωλῶν ἐπὶ τὸν κλῆρον τῶν δικαίων ὅπως ἂν μὴ ἐκτείνωσιν οἱ δίκαιοι ἐν ἀνομίᾳ χεῖρας αὐτῶν (lxx) Psa 125:3 [Vulgate 124:3] quia non requiescet virga impietatis super sortem iustorum ut non mittant iusti in iniquitatem manus suas(Vulgate) Psa 125:3 Denn der Gottlosen Zepter wird nicht bleiben über dem Häuflein der Gerechten, auf daß die Gerechten ihre Hand nicht ausstrecken zur Ungerechtigkeit.(dhs) 3 ׃125 כִּ֤י ׀[t] לֹ֪א יָנ֡[t]וּחַ שֵׁ֤בֶט הָרֶ֗שַׁע עַל֮ גּוֹרַ֢ל הַֽצַּדִּ֫יקִ֥ים לְמַ֡עַן לֹא־יִשְׁלְח֖וּ הַצַדִּיקִ֨ים בְּעַוְלָ֬תָה יְדֵיהֶֽם׃ Psalms-(Hebrew) Psa 125:3 For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest On the land allotted to the righteous, Lest the righteous reach out their hands to iniquity.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 125:4 ============ Psa 125:4 Do good, O Lord, to those who are good And to those who are upright in their hearts. (nasb-1995) Psa 125:4 ἀγάθυνον κύριε τοῖς ἀγαθοῖς καὶ τοῖς εὐθέσι τῇ καρδίᾳ (lxx) Psa 125:4 [Vulgate 124:4] benefac Domine bonis et rectis corde(Vulgate) Psa 125:4 HERR, tue wohl den guten und frommen Herzen!(dhs) 4 ׃125 הֵיטִ֣יבָה יְ֭הוָה לַטּוֹבִ֑ים וְ֝לִֽישָׁרִ֗ים בְּלִבּוֹתָֽם׃ Psalms-(Hebrew) Psa 125:4 Do good, O Lord, to those who are good, And to those who are upright in their hearts.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 125:5 ============ Psa 125:5 But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, The Lord will lead them away with the doers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel. (nasb-1995) Psa 125:5 τοὺς δὲ ἐκκλίνοντας εἰς τὰς στραγγαλιὰς ἀπάξει κύριος μετὰ τῶν ἐργαζομένων τὴν ἀνομίαν εἰρήνη ἐπὶ τὸν Ισραηλ (lxx) Psa 125:5 [Vulgate 124:5] qui autem declinant ad pravitates suas deducet eos Dominus cum his qui operantur iniquitatem pax super Israhel(Vulgate) Psa 125:5 Die aber abweichen auf ihre krummen Wege, wird der HERR wegtreiben mit den Übeltätern. Friede sei über Israel!(dhs) 5 ׃125 וְהַמַּטִּ֤ים עַֽקַלְקַלּוֹתָ֗ם יוֹלִיכֵ֣ם יְ֭הוָה אֶת־פֹּעֲלֵ֣י הָאָ֑וֶן שָׁ֝ל֗וֹם עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Psalms-(Hebrew) Psa 125:5 As for such as turn aside to their crooked ways, The Lord shall lead them away With the workers of iniquity.
