(nasb-1995) Psa 129:4 κύριος δίκαιος συνέκοψεν αὐχένας ἁμαρτωλῶν (lxx) Psa 129:4 [Vulgate 128:4] Dominus iustus concidet laqueos impiorum(Vulgate) Psa 129:4 Der HERR, der gerecht ist, hat der Gottlosen Seile abgehauen.(dhs) 4 ׃129 יְהוָ֥ה צַדִּ֑יק קִ֝צֵּ֗ץ עֲב֣וֹת רְשָׁעִֽים׃ Psalms-(Hebrew) Psa 129:4 The Lord is righteous; He has cut in pieces the cords of the wicked.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 129:5 ============ Psa 129:5 May all who hate Zion Be put to shame and turned backward; (nasb-1995) Psa 129:5 αἰσχυνθήτωσαν καὶ ἀποστραφήτωσαν εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω πάντες οἱ μισοῦντες Σιων (lxx) Psa 129:5 [Vulgate 128:5] confundantur et revertantur retrorsum omnes qui oderunt Sion(Vulgate) Psa 129:5 Ach daß müßten zu Schanden werden und zurückkehren alle, die Zion gram sind!(dhs) 5 ׃129 יֵ֭בֹשׁוּ וְיִסֹּ֣גוּ אָח֑וֹר כֹּ֝֗ל שֹׂנְאֵ֥י צִיּֽוֹן׃ Psalms-(Hebrew) Psa 129:5 Let all those who hate Zion Be put to shame and turned back.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 129:6 ============ Psa 129:6 Let them be like grass upon the housetops, Which withers before it grows up; (nasb-1995) Psa 129:6 γενηθήτωσαν ὡς χόρτος δωμάτων ὃς πρὸ τοῦ ἐκσπασθῆναι ἐξηράνθη (lxx) Psa 129:6 [Vulgate 128:6] fiant sicut faenum tectorum quod statim ut viruerit arescet(Vulgate) Psa 129:6 Ach daß sie müßten sein wie das Gras auf den Dächern, welches verdorrt, ehe man es ausrauft,(dhs) 6 ׃129 יִ֭הְיוּ כַּחֲצִ֣יר גַּגּ֑וֹת שֶׁקַּדְמַ֖ת שָׁלַ֣ף יָבֵֽשׁ׃ Psalms-(Hebrew) Psa 129:6 Let them be as the grass on the housetops, Which withers before it grows up,(nkjv) ======= Psalm 129:7 ============ Psa 129:7 With which the reaper does not fill his hand, Or the binder of sheaves his bosom; (nasb-1995) Psa 129:7 οὗ οὐκ ἐπλήρωσεν τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ ὁ θερίζων καὶ τὸν κόλπον αὐτοῦ ὁ τὰ δράγματα συλλέγων (lxx) Psa 129:7 [Vulgate 128:7] de quo non implebit manum suam messor et sinum suum manipulos faciens(Vulgate) Psa 129:7 von welchem der Schnitter seine Hand nicht füllt noch der Garbenbinder seinen Arm(dhs) 7 ׃129 שֶׁלֹּ֤א מִלֵּ֖א כַפּ֥וֹ קוֹצֵ֗ר וְחִצְנ֥וֹ מְעַמֵּֽר׃ Psalms-(Hebrew) Psa 129:7 With which the reaper does not fill his hand, Nor he who binds sheaves, his arms.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 129:8 ============ Psa 129:8 Nor do those who pass by say, "The blessing of the Lord be upon you; We bless you in the name of the Lord."
