Ecclesiastés 5:2 No te des prisa con tu boca, ni tu corazón se apresure a proferir palabra delante de Dios; porque Dios [está] en el cielo, y tú en la tierra; por tanto, sean pocas tus palabras.(rvg) Ecl 5:2 Do not be rash with your mouth, And let not your heart utter anything hastily before God. Pay what you have vowed--(nkjv) Ecl 5:4 When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it; for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow! Why should God be angry at your excuse and destroy the work of your hands?(nkjv) Ecl 5:6 Do not let your speech cause you to sin and do not say in the presence of the messenger of God that it was a mistake. Why should God be angry on account of your voice and destroy the work of your hands? (nasb) Ecl 5:6 Laß deinem Mund nicht zu, daß er dein Fleisch verführe; und sprich vor dem Engel nicht: Es ist ein Versehen. So what is the advantage to their owners except to look on? Ecclesiastés 5:12 Dulce [es] el sueño del trabajador, ya sea que coma mucho o poco; mas al rico no le deja dormir la abundancia.(rvg) Ecl 5:12 The sleep of a laboring man is sweet, Whether he eats little or much; But the abundance of the rich will not permit him to sleep.(nkjv) Ecl 5:12 The sleep of the working man is pleasant, whether he eats little or much; but the full stomach of the rich man does not allow him to sleep. Ecclesiastés 5:15 Como salió del vientre de su madre, desnudo, así volverá, yéndose tal como vino; y nada tomará de su trabajo para llevar en su mano.(rvg) Ecl 5:15 As he came from his mother's womb, naked shall he return, To go as he came; And he shall take nothing from his labor Which he may carry away in his hand.(nkjv) Ecl 5:15 As he had come naked from his mother's womb, so will he return as he came. He will take nothing from the fruit of his labor that he can carry in his hand. And what profit has he who has labored for the wind?(nkjv) Ecl 5:16 This also is a grievous evil--exactly as a man is born, thus will he die. So what is the advantage to him who toils for the wind?
