Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation; Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:2 ============ Psa 64:2 Hide me from the secret counsel of evildoers, From the tumult of those who do iniquity,(nasb) Psa 64:2 [vulgate 63:3] absconde me a consilio malignorum a tumultu operantium iniquitatem(vulgate) Salmos 64:2 Escóndeme del consejo secreto de los malignos; de la conspiración de los obradores de iniquidad;(E) Psaume 64:2 Garantis-moi des complots des méchants, De la troupe bruyante des hommes iniques!(F) Psa 64:2 Verbirg mich vor der Versammlung der Bösen, vor dem Haufen der Übeltäter,(D) Psa 64:2 εἰσάκουσον ὁ θεός τῆς φωνῆς μου ἐν τῷ δέεσθαί με ἀπὸ φόβου ἐχθροῦ ἐξελοῦ τὴν ψυχήν μου(lxx) Psa 64:2 Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity,(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:3 ============ Psa 64:3 Who have sharpened their tongue like a sword. They aimed bitter speech as their arrow,(nasb) Psa 64:3 [vulgate 63:4] qui exacuerunt quasi gladium linguam suam tetenderunt sagittam suam verbum amarissimum(vulgate) Salmos 64:3 que afilan su lengua como espada, y estiran su arco para lanzar saetas, aun palabras amargas;(E) Psaume 64:3 Ils aiguisent leur langue comme un glaive, Ils lancent comme des traits leurs paroles amères,(F) Psa 64:3 welche ihre Zunge schärfen wie ein Schwert, die mit giftigen Worten zielen wie mit Pfeilen,(D) Psa 64:3 ἐσκέπασάς με ἀπὸ συστροφῆς πονηρευομένων ἀπὸ πλήθους ἐργαζομένων τὴν ἀνομίαν(lxx) Psa 64:3 Who sharpen their tongue like a sword, And bend their bows to shoot their arrows--bitter words,(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:4 ============ Psa 64:4 To shoot from concealment at the blameless; Suddenly they shoot at him, and do not fear.(nasb) Psa 64:4 [vulgate 63:5] ut sagittarent in absconditis simplicem(vulgate) Salmos 64:4 para asaetear a escondidas al íntegro; de repente tiran contra él, y no temen.(E) Psaume 64:4 Pour tirer en cachette sur l'innocent; Ils tirent sur lui à l'improviste, et n'ont aucune crainte.(F) Psa 64:4 daß sie heimlich schießen die Frommen; plötzlich schießen sie auf ihn ohne alle Scheu.(D) Psa 64:4 οἵτινες ἠκόνησαν ὡς ῥομφαίαν τὰς γλώσσας αὐτῶν ἐνέτειναν τόξον αὐτῶν πρᾶγμα πικρὸν(lxx) Psa 64:4 That they may shoot in secret at the blameless; Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:5 ============ Psa 64:5 They hold fast to themselves an evil purpose; They talk of laying snares secretly; They say, "Who can see them?"(nasb) Psa 64:5 [vulgate 63:6] subito sagittabunt eum et non timebunt confortaverunt sibi sermonem pessimum narraverunt ut absconderent laqueos dixerunt quis videbit nos(vulgate) Salmos 64:5 Obstinados en su inicuo designio, tratan de esconder los lazos, y dicen: ¿Quién los ha de ver?(E) Psaume 64:5 Ils se fortifient dans leur méchanceté: Ils se concertent pour tendre des pièges, Ils disent: Qui les verra?(F) Psa 64:5 Sie sind kühn mit ihren bösen Anschlägen und sagen, wie sie Stricke legen wollen, und sprechen: Wer kann sie sehen?(D) Psa 64:5 τοῦ κατατοξεῦσαι ἐν ἀποκρύφοις ἄμωμον ἐξάπινα κατατοξεύσουσιν αὐτὸν καὶ οὐ φοβηθήσονται(lxx) Psa 64:5 They encourage themselves in an evil matter; They talk of laying snares secretly; They say, "Who will see them?"(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:6 ============ Psa 64:6 They devise injustices, saying, "We are ready with a well-conceived plot"; For the inward thought and the heart of a man are deep.(nasb) Psa 64:6 [vulgate 63:7] scrutati sunt iniquitates defecerunt scrutantes scrutinio cogitationibus singulorum et corde profundo(vulgate) Salmos 64:6 Inquieren iniquidades, hacen una investigación exacta; y el íntimo pensamiento de cada uno de ellos, así como el corazón, es profundo.(E) Psaume 64:6 Ils méditent des crimes: Nous voici prêts, le plan est conçu! La pensée intime, le coeur de chacun est un abîme.(F) Psa 64:6 Sie erdichten Schalkheit und halten's heimlich, sind verschlagen und haben geschwinde Ränke.(D) Psa 64:6 ἐκραταίωσαν ἑαυτοῖς λόγον πονηρόν διηγήσαντο τοῦ κρύψαι παγίδας εἶπαν τίς ὄψεται αὐτούς(lxx) Psa 64:6 They devise iniquities: "We have perfected a shrewd scheme." Both the inward thought and the heart of man are deep.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:7 ============ Psa 64:7 But God will shoot at them with an arrow; Suddenly they will be wounded.(nasb) Psa 64:7 [vulgate 63:8] sagittabit ergo eos Deus iaculo repentino inferentur plagae eorum(vulgate) Salmos 64:7 Mas Dios los herirá con saeta; de repente serán heridos.(E) Psaume 64:7 Dieu lance contre eux ses traits: Soudain les voilà frappés.(F) Psa 64:7 Aber Gott wird sie plötzlich schießen, daß es ihnen wehe tun wird.(D) Psa 64:7 ἐξηρεύνησαν ἀνομίας ἐξέλιπον ἐξερευνῶντες ἐξερευνήσει προσελεύσεται ἄνθρωπος καὶ καρδία βαθεῖα(lxx) Psa 64:7 But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; Suddenly they shall be wounded.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:8 ============ Psa 64:8 So they will make him stumble; Their own tongue is against them; All who see them will shake the head.(nasb) Psa 64:8 [vulgate 63:9] et corruent in semet ipsos linguis suis fugient omnes qui viderint eos(vulgate) Salmos 64:8 Y harán caer sobre sí sus mismas lenguas; se espantarán todos los que los vieren.(E) Psaume 64:8 Leur langue a causé leur chute; Tous ceux qui les voient secouent la tête.(F) Psa 64:8 Ihre eigene Zunge wird sie fällen, daß ihrer spotten wird, wer sie sieht.(D) Psa 64:8 καὶ ὑψωθήσεται ὁ θεός βέλος νηπίων ἐγενήθησαν αἱ πληγαὶ αὐτῶν(lxx) Psa 64:8 So He will make them stumble over their own tongue; All who see them shall flee away.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:9 ============ Psa 64:9 Then all men will fear, And they will declare the work of God, And will consider what He has done.(nasb) Psa 64:9 [vulgate 63:10] et timebunt omnes homines et adnuntiabunt opus Dei et opera eius intellegent(vulgate) Salmos 64:9 Y temerán todos los hombres, y anunciarán la obra de Dios, y considerarán sus hechos.(E) Psaume 64:9 Tous les hommes sont saisis de crainte, Ils publient ce que Dieu fait, Et prennent garde à son oeuvre.(F) Psa 64:9 Und alle Menschen werden sich fürchten und sagen: "Das hat Gott getan!" und merken, daß es sein Werk sei.(D) Psa 64:9 καὶ ἐξησθένησαν ἐπ᾽ αὐτοὺς αἱ γλῶσσαι αὐτῶν ἐταράχθησαν πάντες οἱ θεωροῦντες αὐτούς(lxx) Psa 64:9 All men shall fear, And shall declare the work of God; For they shall wisely consider His doing.(nkjv) ======= Psalm 64:10 ============ Psa 64:10 The righteous man will be glad in the Lord and will take refuge in Him; And all the upright in heart will glory.(nasb) Psa 64:10 [vulgate 63:11] laetabitur iustus in Domino et sperabit in eo et exultabunt omnes recti corde(vulgate) Salmos 64:10 El justo se alegrará en Jehová, y confiará en Él; y se gloriarán todos los rectos de corazón.(E) Psaume 64:10 Le juste se réjouit en l'Eternel et cherche en lui son refuge, Tous ceux qui ont le coeur droit se glorifient.(F) Psa 64:10 Die Gerechten werden sich des HERRN freuen und auf ihn trauen, und alle frommen Herzen werden sich des rühmen.(D) Psa 64:10 εὐφρανθήσεται δίκαιος ἐπὶ τῷ κυρίῳ καὶ ἐλπιεῖ ἐπ᾽ αὐτόν καὶ ἐπαινεσθήσονται πάντες οἱ εὐθεῖς τῇ καρδίᾳ(lxx) Psa 64:10 The righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and trust in Him.
