Cependant je lui ai enfanté un fils dans sa vieillesse.(FR) 7 ׃21 וַתֹּ֗אמֶר מִ֤י מִלֵּל֙ לְאַבְרָהָ֔ם הֵינִ֥יקָה בָנִ֖ים שָׂרָ֑ה כִּֽי־יָלַ֥דְתִּי בֵ֖ן לִזְקֻנָֽיו׃ Genesis Gen 21:7 And she said, "Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have borne him a son in his old age."(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:8 ============ Gen 21:8 And the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned.(KJV) Genesis 21:8 Then the childe grewe and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Izhak was weaned.(Geneva) Genèse 21:8 L'enfant grandit, et fut sevré; et Abraham fit un grand festin le jour où Isaac fut sevré.(FR) 8 ׃21 וַיִּגְדַּ֥ל הַיֶּ֖לֶד וַיִּגָּמַ֑ל וַיַּ֤עַשׂ אַבְרָהָם֙ מִשְׁתֶּ֣ה גָד֔וֹל בְּי֖וֹם הִגָּמֵ֥ל אֶת־יִצְחָֽק׃ Genesis Gen 21:8 The child grew and was weaned, and Abraham made a great feast on the day that Isaac was weaned. (nasb) ======= Genesis 21:9 ============ Gen 21:9 And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking.(KJV) Genesis 21:9 And Sarah sawe the sonne of Hagar the Egyptian (which she had borne vnto Abraham) mocking.(Geneva) Genèse 21:9 Sara vit rire le fils qu'Agar, l'Egyptienne, avait enfanté à Abraham;(FR) 9 ׃21 וַתֵּ֨רֶא שָׂרָ֜ה אֶֽת־בֶּן־הָגָ֧ר הַמִּצְרִ֛ית אֲשֶׁר־יָלְדָ֥ה לְאַבְרָהָ֖ם מְצַחֵֽק׃ Genesis Gen 21:9 Now Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had borne to Abraham, mocking.(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:10 ============ Gen 21:10 Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.(KJV) Genesis 21:10 Wherefore she saide vnto Abraham, Cast out this bond woman and her sonne: for ye sonne of this bonde woman shall not be heire with my sonne Izhak.(Geneva) Genèse 21:10 et elle dit à Abraham: Chasse cette servante et son fils, car le fils de cette servante n'héritera pas avec mon fils, avec Isaac.(FR) 10 ׃21 וַתֹּ֙אמֶר֙ לְאַבְרָהָ֔ם גָּרֵ֛שׁ הָאָמָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את וְאֶת־בְּנָ֑הּ כִּ֣י לֹ֤א יִירַשׁ֙ בֶּן־הָאָמָ֣ה הַזֹּ֔את עִם־בְּנִ֖י עִם־יִצְחָֽק׃ Genesis Gen 21:10 Therefore she said to Abraham, "Drive out this maid and her son, for the son of this maid shall not be an heir with my son Isaac."(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:11 ============ Gen 21:11 And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight because of his son.(KJV) Genesis 21:11 And this thing was very grieuous in Abrahams sight, because of his sonne.(Geneva) Genèse 21:11 Cette parole déplut fort aux yeux d'Abraham, à cause de son fils.(FR) 11 ׃21 וַיֵּ֧רַע הַדָּבָ֛ר מְאֹ֖ד בְּעֵינֵ֣י אַבְרָהָ֑ם עַ֖ל אוֹדֹ֥ת בְּנֽוֹ׃ Genesis Gen 21:11 The matter distressed Abraham greatly because of his son.(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:12 ============ Gen 21:12 And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.(KJV) Genesis 21:12 But God said vnto Abraham, Let it not be grieuous in thy sight for the childe, and for thy bonde woman: in all that Sarah shall say vnto thee, heare her voyce: for in Izhak shall thy seede be called.(Geneva) Genèse 21:12 Mais Dieu dit à Abraham: Que cela ne déplaise pas à tes yeux, à cause de l'enfant et de ta servante. Accorde à Sara tout ce qu'elle te demandera; car c'est d'Isaac que sortira une postérité qui te sera propre.(FR) 12 ׃21 וַיֹּ֨אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֜ים אֶל־אַבְרָהָ֗ם אַל־יֵרַ֤ע בְּעֵינֶ֙יךָ֙ עַל־הַנַּ֣עַר וְעַל־אֲמָתֶ֔ךָ כֹּל֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר תֹּאמַ֥ר אֵלֶ֛יךָ שָׂרָ֖ה שְׁמַ֣ע בְּקֹלָ֑הּ כִּ֣י בְיִצְחָ֔ק יִקָּרֵ֥א לְךָ֖ זָֽרַע׃ Genesis Gen 21:12 But God said to Abraham, "Do not be distressed because of the lad and your maid; whatever Sarah tells you, listen to her, for through Isaac your descendants shall be named.(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:13 ============ Gen 21:13 And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.(KJV) Genesis 21:13 As for the sonne of the bond woman, I will make him a nation also, because he is thy seede.(Geneva) Genèse 21:13 Je ferai aussi une nation du fils de ta servante; car il est ta postérité.(FR) 13 ׃21 וְגַ֥ם אֶת־בֶּן־הָאָמָ֖ה לְג֣וֹי אֲשִׂימֶ֑נּוּ כִּ֥י זַרְעֲךָ֖ הֽוּא׃ Genesis Gen 21:13 And of the son of the maid I will make a nation also, because he is your descendant."(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:14 ============ Gen 21:14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.(KJV) Genesis 21:14 So Abraham arose vp early in ye morning, and tooke bread, and a bottell of water, and gaue it vnto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the childe also, and sent her away: who departing wandred in the wildernesse of Beer-sheba.(Geneva) Genèse 21:14 Abraham se leva de bon matin; il prit du pain et une outre d'eau, qu'il donna à Agar et plaça sur son épaule; il lui remit aussi l'enfant, et la renvoya. Elle s'en alla, et s'égara dans le désert de Beer-Schéba.(FR) 14 ׃21 וַיַּשְׁכֵּ֣ם אַבְרָהָ֣ם ׀ בַּבֹּ֡קֶר וַיִּֽקַּֽח־לֶחֶם֩ וְחֵ֨מַת מַ֜יִם וַיִּתֵּ֣ן אֶל־הָ֠גָר שָׂ֧ם עַל־שִׁכְמָ֛הּ וְאֶת־הַיֶּ֖לֶד וַֽיְשַׁלְּחֶ֑הָ וַתֵּ֣לֶךְ וַתֵּ֔תַע בְּמִדְבַּ֖ר בְּאֵ֥ר שָֽׁבַע׃ Genesis Gen 21:14 So Abraham rose early in the morning and took bread and a skin of water and gave them to Hagar, putting them on her shoulder, and gave her the boy, and sent her away. And she departed and wandered about in the wilderness of Beersheba.(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:15 ============ Gen 21:15 And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the shrubs.(KJV) Genesis 21:15 And when the water of the bottell was spent, she cast the childe vnder a certaine tree.(Geneva) Genèse 21:15 Quand l'eau de l'outre fut épuisée, elle laissa l'enfant sous un des arbrisseaux,(FR) 15 ׃21 וַיִּכְל֥וּ הַמַּ֖יִם מִן־הַחֵ֑מֶת וַתַּשְׁלֵ֣ךְ אֶת־הַיֶּ֔לֶד תַּ֖חַת אַחַ֥ד הַשִּׂיחִֽם׃ Genesis Gen 21:15 When the water in the skin was used up, she left the boy under one of the bushes.(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:16 ============ Gen 21:16 And she went, and sat her down over against him a good way off, as it were a bow shot: for she said, Let me not see the death of the child. And she sat opposite him, and lifted up her voice and wept.(nasb) ======= Genesis 21:17 ============ Gen 21:17 And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.(KJV) Genesis 21:17 Then God heard the voyce of ye childe, and the Angel of God called to Hagar from heauen, and said vnto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? feare not, for God hath heard the voyce of the childe where he is.(Geneva) Genèse 21:17 Dieu entendit la voix de l'enfant; et l'ange de Dieu appela du ciel Agar, et lui dit: Qu'as-tu, Agar?
