for yet there are five years of famine; lest thou, and thy household, and all that thou hast, come to poverty.(KJV) Genesis 45:11 Also I will nourish thee there (for yet remaine fiue yeeres of famine) lest thou perish through pouertie, thou and thy houshold, and all that thou hast.(Geneva) Genèse 45:11 Là, je te nourrirai, car il y aura encore cinq années de famine; And Jacob's heart fainted, for he believed them not.(KJV) Genesis 45:26 And tolde him, saying, Ioseph is yet aliue, and he also is gouernour ouer all the lande of Egypt, and Iaakobs heart failed: for he beleeued them not.(Geneva) Genèse 45:26 Ils lui dirent: Joseph vit encore, et même c'est lui qui gouverne tout le pays d'Egypte. Mais le coeur de Jacob resta froid, parce qu'il ne les croyait pas.(FR) 26 ׃45 וַיַּגִּ֨דוּ ל֜וֹ לֵאמֹ֗ר ע֚וֹד יוֹסֵ֣ף חַ֔י וְכִֽי־ה֥וּא מֹשֵׁ֖ל בְּכָל־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וַיָּ֣פָג לִבּ֔וֹ כִּ֥י לֹא־הֶאֱמִ֖ין לָהֶֽם׃ Genesis Gen 45:26 They told him, saying, "Joseph is still alive, and indeed he is ruler over all the land of Egypt." But he was stunned, for he did not believe them.(nasb) ======= Genesis 45:27 ============ Gen 45:27 And they told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said unto them: and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived:(KJV) Genesis 45:27 And they told him al the words of Ioseph, which he had said vnto the: but when he saw the charets, which Ioseph had sent to cary him, then the spirit of Iaakob their father reuiued.(Geneva) Genèse 45:27 Ils lui rapportèrent toutes les paroles que Joseph leur avait dites. Il vit les chars que Joseph avait envoyés pour le transporter.
