Mes serviteurs seront avec les tiens, et je te paierai le salaire de tes serviteurs tel que tu l'auras fixé; car tu sais qu'il n'y a personne parmi nous qui s'entende à couper les bois comme les Sidoniens.(FR) 20 ׃5 וְעַתָּ֡ה צַוֵּה֩ וְיִכְרְתוּ־לִ֨י אֲרָזִ֜ים מִן־הַלְּבָנ֗וֹן וַֽעֲבָדַי֙ יִהְי֣וּ עִם־עֲבָדֶ֔יךָ וּשְׂכַ֤ר עֲבָדֶ֙יךָ֙ אֶתֵּ֣ן לְךָ֔ כְּכֹ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֣ר תֹּאמֵ֑ר כִּ֣י ׀ אַתָּ֣ה יָדַ֗עְתָּ כִּ֣י אֵ֥ין בָּ֛נוּ אִ֛ישׁ יֹדֵ֥עַ לִכְרָת־עֵצִ֖ים כַּצִּדֹנִֽים׃ Kings1 1Ki 5:6 Now therefore, command that they cut for me cedars from Lebanon, and my servants will be with your servants; and I will give you wages for your servants according to all that you say, for you know that there is no one among us who knows how to cut timber like the Sidonians."(nasb) ======= 1 Kings 5:7 ============ 1Ki 5:7 And it came to pass, when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly, and said, Blessed be the LORD this day, which hath given unto David a wise son over this great people.(KJV) 1 Kings 5:7 And when Hiram heard the wordes of Salomon, he reioyced greatly, and sayde, Blessed be the Lord this day, which hath giuen vnto Dauid a wise sonne ouer this mightie people.(Geneva) 1 Rois 5:7 Lorsqu'il entendit les paroles de Salomon, Hiram eut une grande joie, et il dit: Béni soit aujourd'hui l'Eternel, qui a donné à David un fils sage pour chef de ce grand peuple!(FR) 21 ׃5 וַיְהִ֞י כִּשְׁמֹ֧עַ חִירָ֛ם אֶת־דִּבְרֵ֥י שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה וַיִּשְׂמַ֣ח מְאֹ֑ד וַיֹּ֗אמֶר בָּר֤וּךְ יְהוָה֙ הַיּ֔וֹם אֲשֶׁ֨ר נָתַ֤ן לְדָוִד֙ בֵּ֣ן חָכָ֔ם עַל־הָעָ֥ם הָרָ֖ב הַזֶּֽה׃ Kings1 1Ki 5:7 When Hiram heard the words of Solomon, he rejoiced greatly and said, "Blessed be the Lord today, who has given to David a wise son over this great people."(nasb) ======= 1 Kings 5:8 ============ 1Ki 5:8 And Hiram sent to Solomon, saying, I have considered the things which thou sentest to me for: and I will do all thy desire concerning timber of cedar, and concerning timber of fir.(KJV) 1 Kings 5:8 And Hiram sent to Salomon, saying, I haue considered the things, for the which thou sentest vnto me, and will accomplish all thy desire, concerning the cedar trees and firre trees.(Geneva) 1 Rois 5:8 Et Hiram fit répondre à Salomon: J'ai entendu ce que tu m'as envoyé dire. Je ferai tout ce qui te plaira au sujet des bois de cèdre et des bois de cyprès.(FR) 22 ׃5 וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח חִירָם֙ אֶל־שְׁלֹמֹ֣ה לֵאמֹ֔ר שָׁמַ֕עְתִּי אֵ֥ת אֲשֶׁר־שָׁלַ֖חְתָּ אֵלָ֑י אֲנִ֤י אֶֽעֱשֶׂה֙ אֶת־כָּ֨ל־חֶפְצְךָ֔ בַּעֲצֵ֥י אֲרָזִ֖ים וּבַעֲצֵ֥י בְרוֹשִֽׁים׃ Kings1 1Ki 5:8 So Hiram sent word to Solomon, saying, "I have heard the message which you have sent me; I will do what you desire concerning the cedar and cypress timber.(nasb) ======= 1 Kings 5:9 ============ 1Ki 5:9 My servants shall bring them down from Lebanon unto the sea: and I will convey them by sea in floats unto the place that thou shalt appoint me, and will cause them to be discharged there, and thou shalt receive them: and thou shalt accomplish my desire, in giving food for my household.(KJV) 1 Kings 5:9 My seruants shal bring them downe from Lebanon to the sea: and I will conuey them by sea in raftes vnto the place that thou shalt shew me, and wil cause them to be discharged there, and thou shalt receiue them: nowe thou shalt doe mee a pleasure to minister foode for my familie.(Geneva) 1 Rois 5:9 Mes serviteurs les descendront du Liban à la mer, et je les expédierai par mer en radeaux jusqu'au lieu que tu m'indiqueras; là, je les ferai délier, et tu les prendras. Ce que je désire en retour, c'est que tu fournisses des vivres à ma maison.(FR) 23 ׃5 עֲ֠בָדַי יֹרִ֨דוּ מִן־הַלְּבָנ֜וֹן יָ֗מָּה וַ֠אֲנִי אֲשִׂימֵ֨ם דֹּבְר֤וֹת בַּיָּם֙ עַֽד־הַמָּק֞וֹם אֲשֶׁר־תִּשְׁלַ֥ח אֵלַ֛י וְנִפַּצְתִּ֥ים שָׁ֖ם וְאַתָּ֣ה תִשָּׂ֑א וְאַתָּה֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה אֶת־חֶפְצִ֔י לָתֵ֖ת לֶ֥חֶם בֵּיתִֽי׃ Kings1 1Ki 5:9 My servants will bring them down from Lebanon to the sea; and I will make them into rafts to go by sea to the place where you direct me, and I will have them broken up there, and you shall carry them away. Then you shall accomplish my desire by giving food to my household."(nasb) ======= 1 Kings 5:10 ============ 1Ki 5:10 So Hiram gave Solomon cedar trees and fir trees according to all his desire.(KJV) 1 Kings 5:10 So Hiram gaue Salomon cedar trees and firre trees, euen his full desire.(Geneva) 1 Rois 5:10 Hiram donna à Salomon des bois de cèdre et des bois de cyprès autant qu'il en voulut.(FR) 24 ׃5 וַיְהִ֨י חִיר֜וֹם נֹתֵ֣ן לִשְׁלֹמֹ֗ה עֲצֵ֧י אֲרָזִ֛ים וַעֲצֵ֥י בְרוֹשִׁ֖ים כָּל־חֶפְצֽוֹ׃ Kings1 1Ki 5:10 So Hiram gave Solomon as much as he desired of the cedar and cypress timber.(nasb) ======= 1 Kings 5:11 ============ 1Ki 5:11 And Solomon gave Hiram twenty thousand measures of wheat for food to his household, and twenty measures of pure oil: thus gave Solomon to Hiram year by year.(KJV) 1 Kings 5:11 And Salomon gaue Hiram twentie thousand measures of wheate for foode to his householde, & twentie measures of beaten oyle. Thus much gaue Salomon to Hiram yere by yere.(Geneva) 1 Rois 5:11 Et Salomon donna à Hiram vingt mille cors de froment pour l'entretien de sa maison et vingt cors d'huile d'olives concassées; c'est ce que Salomon donna chaque année à Hiram.(FR) 25 ׃5 וּשְׁלֹמֹה֩ נָתַ֨ן לְחִירָ֜ם עֶשְׂרִים֩ אֶ֨לֶף כֹּ֤ר חִטִּים֙ מַכֹּ֣לֶת לְבֵית֔וֹ וְעֶשְׂרִ֥ים כֹּ֖ר שֶׁ֣מֶן כָּתִ֑ית כֹּֽה־יִתֵּ֧ן שְׁלֹמֹ֛ה לְחִירָ֖ם שָׁנָ֥ה בְשָׁנָֽה׃ פ Kings1 1Ki 5:11 Solomon then gave Hiram 20,000 kors of wheat as food for his household, and twenty kors of beaten oil; thus Solomon would give Hiram year by year.(nasb) ======= 1 Kings 5:12 ============ 1Ki 5:12 And the LORD gave Solomon wisdom, as he promised him: and there was peace between Hiram and Solomon; and they two made a league together.(KJV) 1 Kings 5:12 And the Lord gaue Salomon wisedome as he promised him; there was peace betweene Hiram and Salomon, and they two made a couenant.(Geneva) 1 Rois 5:12 L'Eternel donna de la sagesse à Salomon, comme il le lui avait promis. (nasb) ======= 1 Kings 6:1 ============ 1Ki 6:1 And it came to pass in the four hundred and eightieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month Zif, which is the second month, that he began to build the house of the LORD.(KJV) 1 Kings 6:1 And in the foure hundreth and foure score yeere (after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt) and in the fourth yere of the reigne of Salomon ouer Israel, in the moneth Zif, (which is the second moneth) he built the house of the Lord.(Geneva) 1 Rois 6:1 Ce fut la quatre cent quatre-vingtième année après la sortie des enfants d'Israël du pays d'Egypte que Salomon bâtit la maison à l'Eternel, la quatrième année de son règne sur Israël, au mois de Ziv, qui est le second mois.(FR) |
