Fais donc monter une prière pour le reste qui subsiste encore.(FR) 4 ׃19 אוּלַ֡י יִשְׁמַע֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ אֵ֣ת ׀ כָּל־דִּבְרֵ֣י רַב־שָׁקֵ֗ה אֲשֶׁר֩ שְׁלָח֨וֹ מֶֽלֶךְ־אַשּׁ֤וּר ׀ אֲדֹנָיו֙ לְחָרֵף֙ אֱלֹהִ֣ים חַ֔י וְהוֹכִ֙יחַ֙ בַּדְּבָרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר שָׁמַ֖ע יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ וְנָשָׂ֣אתָ תְפִלָּ֔ה בְּעַ֥ד הַשְּׁאֵרִ֖ית הַנִּמְצָאָֽה׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:4 Perhaps the Lord your God will hear all the words of Rabshakeh, whom his master the king of Assyria has sent to reproach the living God, and will rebuke the words which the Lord your God has heard. And I will make him fall by the sword in his own land."'" (nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:8 ============ 2Ki 19:8 So Rabshakeh returned, and found the king of Assyria warring against Libnah: for he had heard that he was departed from Lachish.(KJV) 2 Kings 19:8 So Rabshakeh returned, and founde the King of Asshur fighting against Libnah: for he had heard that he was departed from Lachish.(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:8 Rabschaké, s'étant retiré, trouva le roi d'Assyrie qui attaquait Libna, car il avait appris son départ de Lakis.(FR) 8 ׃19 וַיָּ֙שָׁב֙ רַב־שָׁקֵ֔ה וַיִּמְצָא֙ אֶת־מֶ֣לֶךְ אַשּׁ֔וּר נִלְחָ֖ם עַל־לִבְנָ֑ה כִּ֣י שָׁמַ֔ע כִּ֥י נָסַ֖ע מִלָּכִֽישׁ׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:8 Then Rabshakeh returned and found the king of Assyria fighting against Libnah, for he had heard that the king had left Lachish.(nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:9 ============ 2Ki 19:9 And when he heard say of Tirhakah king of Ethiopia, Behold, he is come out to fight against thee: he sent messengers again unto Hezekiah, saying,(KJV) 2 Kings 19:9 He heard also men say of Tirhakah King of Ethiopia, Beholde, he is come out to fight against thee: he therefore departed and sent other messengers vnto Hezekiah, saying,(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:9 Alors le roi d'Assyrie reçut une nouvelle au sujet de Tirhaka, roi d'Ethiopie; on lui dit: Voici, il s'est mis en marche pour te faire la guerre. Et le roi d'Assyrie envoya de nouveau des messagers à Ezéchias, en disant:(FR) 9 ׃19 וַיִּשְׁמַ֗ע אֶל־תִּרְהָ֤קָה מֶֽלֶך־כּוּשׁ֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר הִנֵּ֥ה יָצָ֖א לְהִלָּחֵ֣ם אִתָּ֑ךְ וַיָּ֙שָׁב֙ וַיִּשְׁלַ֣ח מַלְאָכִ֔ים אֶל־חִזְקִיָּ֖הוּ לֵאמֹֽר׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:9 When he heard them say concerning Tirhakah king of Cush, "Behold, he has come out to fight against you," he sent messengers again to Hezekiah saying,(nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:10 ============ 2Ki 19:10 Thus shall ye speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Let not thy God in whom thou trustest deceive thee, saying, Jerusalem shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria.(KJV) 2 Kings 19:10 Thus shall ye speake to Hezekiah King of Iudah, and say, Let not thy God deceiue thee in whome thou trustest, saying, Ierusalem shall not be deliuered into the hande of the King of Asshur.(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:10 Vous parlerez ainsi à Ezéchias, roi de Juda: Que ton Dieu, auquel tu te confies, ne t'abuse point en disant: Jérusalem ne sera pas livrée entre les mains du roi d'Assyrie.(FR) 10 ׃19 כֹּ֣ה תֹאמְר֗וּן אֶל־חִזְקִיָּ֤הוּ מֶֽלֶךְ־יְהוּדָה֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר אַל־יַשִּׁאֲךָ֣ אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר אַתָּ֛ה בֹּטֵ֥חַ בּ֖וֹ לֵאמֹ֑ר לֹ֤א תִנָּתֵן֙ יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם בְּיַ֖ד מֶ֥לֶךְ אַשּֽׁוּר׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:10 "Thus you shall say to Hezekiah king of Judah, 'Do not let your God in whom you trust deceive you saying, "Jerusalem will not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria."(nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:11 ============ 2Ki 19:11 Behold, thou hast heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all lands, by destroying them utterly: and shalt thou be delivered?(KJV) 2 Kings 19:11 Beholde, thou hast heard what the Kings of Asshur haue done to all landes, how they haue destroyed them: and shalt thou be deliuered?(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:11 Voici, tu as appris ce qu'ont fait les rois d'Assyrie à tous les pays, et comment ils les ont détruits; et toi, tu serais délivré!(FR) 11 ׃19 הִנֵּ֣ה ׀ אַתָּ֣ה שָׁמַ֗עְתָּ אֵת֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר עָשׂ֜וּ מַלְכֵ֥י אַשּׁ֛וּר לְכָל־הָאֲרָצ֖וֹת לְהַֽחֲרִימָ֑ם וְאַתָּ֖ה תִּנָּצֵֽל׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:11 Behold, you have heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all the lands, destroying them completely. (nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:14 ============ 2Ki 19:14 And Hezekiah received the letter of the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up into the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD.(KJV) 2 Kings 19:14 So Hezekiah receiued the letter of the hande of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went vp into the house of the Lorde, and Hezekiah spread it before the Lord.(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:14 Ezéchias prit la lettre de la main des messagers, et la lut. Puis il monta à la maison de l'Eternel, et la déploya devant l'Eternel,(FR) 14 ׃19 וַיִּקַּ֨ח חִזְקִיָּ֧הוּ אֶת־הַסְּפָרִ֛ים מִיַּ֥ד הַמַּלְאָכִ֖ים וַיִּקְרָאֵ֑ם וַיַּ֙עַל֙ בֵּ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה וַיִּפְרְשֵׂ֥הוּ חִזְקִיָּ֖הוּ לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ פ Kings2 2Ki 19:14 Then Hezekiah took the letter from the hand of the messengers and read it, and he went up to the house of the Lord and spread it out before the Lord.(nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:15 ============ 2Ki 19:15 And Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said, O LORD God of Israel, which dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth.(KJV) 2 Kings 19:15 And Hezekiah prayed before the Lorde, and saide, O Lorde God of Israel, which dwellest betweene the Cherubims, thou art very God alone ouer all the kingdomes of the earth: thou hast made the heauen and the earth.(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:15 qui il adressa cette prière: Eternel, Dieu d'Israël, assis sur les chérubins! C'est toi qui es le seul Dieu de tous les royaumes de la terre, c'est toi qui as fait les cieux et la terre.(FR) 15 ׃19 וַיִּתְפַּלֵּ֨ל חִזְקִיָּ֜הוּ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָה֮ וַיֹּאמַר֒ יְהוָ֞ה אֱלֹהֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ יֹשֵׁ֣ב הַכְּרֻבִ֔ים אַתָּה־ה֤וּא הָֽאֱלֹהִים֙ לְבַדְּךָ֔ לְכֹ֖ל מַמְלְכ֣וֹת הָאָ֑רֶץ אַתָּ֣ה עָשִׂ֔יתָ אֶת־הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וְאֶת־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:15 Hezekiah prayed before the Lord and said, "O Lord, the God of Israel, who are enthroned above the cherubim, You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.(nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:16 ============ 2Ki 19:16 LORD, bow down thine ear, and hear: open, LORD, thine eyes, and see: and hear the words of Sennacherib, which hath sent him to reproach the living God.(KJV) 2 Kings 19:16 Lord, bow downe thine eare, and heare: Lorde open thine eyes and behold, and heare the wordes of Saneherib, who hath sent to blaspheme the liuing God.(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:16 Eternel! incline ton oreille, et écoute. Eternel! ouvre tes yeux, et regarde. Entends les paroles de Sanchérib, qui a envoyé Rabschaké pour insulter au Dieu vivant.(FR) 16 ׃19 הַטֵּ֨ה יְהוָ֤ה ׀ אָזְנְךָ֙ וּֽשֲׁמָ֔ע פְּקַ֧ח יְהוָ֛ה עֵינֶ֖יךָ וּרְאֵ֑ה וּשְׁמַ֗ע אֵ֚ת דִּבְרֵ֣י סַנְחֵרִ֔יב אֲשֶׁ֣ר שְׁלָח֔וֹ לְחָרֵ֖ף אֱלֹהִ֥ים חָֽי׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:16 Incline Your ear, O Lord, and hear; open Your eyes, O Lord, and see; and listen to the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God.(nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:17 ============ 2Ki 19:17 Of a truth, LORD, the kings of Assyria have destroyed the nations and their lands,(KJV) 2 Kings 19:17 Trueth it is, Lord, that the Kings of Asshur haue destroyed the nations and their landes,(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:17 Il est vrai, ô Eternel! que les rois d'Assyrie ont détruit les nations et ravagé leurs pays,(FR) 17 ׃19 אָמְנָ֖ם יְהוָ֑ה הֶחֱרִ֜יבוּ מַלְכֵ֥י אַשּׁ֛וּר אֶת־הַגּוֹיִ֖ם וְאֶת־אַרְצָֽם׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:17 Truly, O Lord, the kings of Assyria have devastated the nations and their lands(nasb) ======= 2 Kings 19:18 ============ 2Ki 19:18 And have cast their gods into the fire: for they were no gods, but the work of men's hands, wood and stone: therefore they have destroyed them.(KJV) 2 Kings 19:18 And haue set fire on their gods: for they were no gods, but the worke of mans hands, euen wood and stone: therefore they destroyed them.(Geneva) 2 Rois 19:18 et qu'ils ont jeté leurs dieux dans le feu; mais ce n'étaient point des dieux, c'étaient des ouvrages de mains d'homme, du bois et de la pierre; et ils les ont anéantis.(FR) 18 ׃19 וְנָתְנ֥וּ אֶת־אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֖ם בָּאֵ֑שׁ כִּי֩ לֹ֨א אֱלֹהִ֜ים הֵ֗מָּה כִּ֣י אִם־מַעֲשֵׂ֧ה יְדֵֽי־אָדָ֛ם עֵ֥ץ וָאֶ֖בֶן וַֽיְאַבְּדֽוּם׃ Kings2 2Ki 19:18 and have cast their gods into the fire, for they were not gods but the work of men's hands, wood and stone.
