Today's Date: ======= Ezekiel 35:1 ============ Eze 35:1 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,(KJV) Ezekiel 35:1 Moreouer the worde of the Lorde came vnto me, saying,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:1 La parole de l'Eternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:(FR) 1 ׃35 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:1 Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me saying, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:2 ============ Eze 35:2 Son of man, set thy face against mount Seir, and prophesy against it,(KJV) Ezekiel 35:2 Sonne of man, Set thy face against mount Seir, and prophesie against it,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:2 Fils de l'homme, tourne ta face vers la montagne de Séir, Et prophétise contre elle!(FR) 2 ׃35 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם שִׂ֥ים פָּנֶ֖יךָ עַל־הַ֣ר שֵׂעִ֑יר וְהִנָּבֵ֖א עָלָֽיו׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:2 "Son of man, set your face against Mount Seir, and prophesy against it(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:3 ============ Eze 35:3 And say unto it, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O mount Seir, I am against thee, and I will stretch out mine hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:3 And say vnto it, Thus sayth the Lord God, Behold, O mount Seir, I come against thee, and I wil stretch out mine hand against thee, and I will make thee desolate and waste.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:3 Tu lui diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Voici, j'en veux à toi, montagne de Séir! J'étends ma main sur toi, Et je fais de toi une solitude et un désert.(FR) 3 ׃35 וְאָמַ֣רְתָּ לּ֗וֹ כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה הִנְנִ֥י אֵלֶ֖יךָ הַר־שֵׂעִ֑יר וְנָטִ֤יתִי יָדִי֙ עָלֶ֔יךָ וּנְתַתִּ֖יךָ שְׁמָמָ֥ה וּמְשַׁמָּֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:3 and say to it, 'Thus says the Lord God, "Behold, I am against you, Mount Seir, And I will stretch out My hand against you And make you a desolation and a waste. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:4 ============ Eze 35:4 I will lay thy cities waste, and thou shalt be desolate, and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:4 I wil lay thy cities waste, and thou shalt be desolate, & thou shalt knowe that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:4 Je mettrai tes villes en ruines, Tu deviendras une solitude, Et tu sauras que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 4 ׃35 עָרֶ֙יךָ֙ חָרְבָּ֣ה אָשִׂ֔ים וְאַתָּ֖ה שְׁמָמָ֣ה תִֽהְיֶ֑ה וְיָדַעְתָּ֖ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:4 "I will lay waste your cities And you will become a desolation. Then you will know that I am the Lord. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:5 ============ Eze 35:5 Because thou hast had a perpetual hatred, and hast shed the blood of the children of Israel by the force of the sword in the time of their calamity, in the time that their iniquity had an end:(KJV) Ezekiel 35:5 Because thou hast had a perpetuall hatred and hast put the children of Israel to flight by the force of the sword in the time of their calamitie, when their iniquitie had an ende,(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:5 Parce que tu avais une haine éternelle, Parce que tu as précipité par le glaive les enfants d'Israël, Au jour de leur détresse, Au temps où l'iniquité était à son terme,(FR) 5 ׃35 יַ֗עַן הֱי֤וֹת לְךָ֙ אֵיבַ֣ת עוֹלָ֔ם וַתַּגֵּ֥ר אֶת־בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל עַל־יְדֵי־חָ֑רֶב בְּעֵ֣ת אֵידָ֔ם בְּעֵ֖ת עֲוֺ֥ן קֵֽץ׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:5 Because you have had everlasting enmity and have delivered the sons of Israel to the power of the sword at the time of their calamity, at the time of the punishment of the end, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:6 ============ Eze 35:6 Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will prepare thee unto blood, and blood shall pursue thee: sith thou hast not hated blood, even blood shall pursue thee.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:6 Therefore as I liue, sayth the Lorde God, I wil prepare thee vnto blood, and blood shal pursue thee: except thou hate blood, euen blood shal pursue thee.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:6 Je suis vivant! dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel, Je te mettrai à sang, et le sang te poursuivra; Puisque tu n'as pas haï le sang, Le sang te poursuivra.(FR) 6 ׃35 לָכֵ֣ן חַי־אָ֗נִי נְאֻם֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה כִּֽי־לְדָ֥ם אֶעֶשְׂךָ֖ וְדָ֣ם יִרְדֲּפֶ֑ךָ אִם־לֹ֥א דָ֛ם שָׂנֵ֖אתָ וְדָ֥ם יִרְדֲּפֶֽךָ׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:6 therefore as I live," declares the Lord God, "I will give you over to bloodshed, and bloodshed will pursue you; since you have not hated bloodshed, therefore bloodshed will pursue you. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:7 ============ Eze 35:7 Thus will I make mount Seir most desolate, and cut off from it him that passeth out and him that returneth.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:7 Thus will I make mount Seir desolate and waste, and cut off from it him that passeth out & him that returneth.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:7 Je ferai de la montagne de Séir une solitude et un désert, Et j'en exterminerai les allants et les venants.(FR) 7 ׃35 וְנָֽתַתִּי֙ אֶת־הַ֣ר שֵׂעִ֔יר לְשִֽׁמְמָ֖ה וּשְׁמָמָ֑ה וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י מִמֶּ֖נּוּ עֹבֵ֥ר וָשָֽׁב׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:7 I will make Mount Seir a waste and a desolation and I will cut off from it the one who passes through and returns. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:8 ============ Eze 35:8 And I will fill his mountains with his slain men: in thy hills, and in thy valleys, and in all thy rivers, shall they fall that are slain with the sword.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:8 And I will fill his mountaines with his slayne men: in thine hilles, and in thy valleys and in all thy riuers shal they fall, that are slayne with the sworde.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:8 Je remplirai de morts ses montagnes; Sur tes collines, dans tes vallées, dans tous tes ravins, Tomberont ceux qui seront frappés par l'épée.(FR) 8 ׃35 וּמִלֵּאתִ֥י אֶת־הָרָ֖יו חֲלָלָ֑יו גִּבְעוֹתֶ֤יךָ וְגֵאוֹתֶ֙יךָ֙ וְכָל־אֲפִיקֶ֔יךָ חַלְלֵי־חֶ֖רֶב יִפְּל֥וּ בָהֶֽם׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:8 I will fill its mountains with its slain; on your hills and in your valleys and in all your ravines those slain by the sword will fall. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:9 ============ Eze 35:9 I will make thee perpetual desolations, and thy cities shall not return: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:9 I wil make thee perpetual desolations, and thy cities shall not returne, and ye shall knowe that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:9 Je ferai de toi des solitudes éternelles, Tes villes ne seront plus habitées, Et vous saurez que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 9 ׃35 שִֽׁמְמ֤וֹת עוֹלָם֙ אֶתֶּנְךָ֔ וְעָרֶ֖יךָ לֹ֣א *תישבנה **תָשֹׁ֑בְנָה וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:9 I will make you an everlasting desolation and your cities will not be inhabited. Then you will know that I am the Lord. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:10 ============ Eze 35:10 Because thou hast said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was there:(KJV) Ezekiel 35:10 Because thou hast said, These two nations, and these two countreys shalbe mine, and we wil possesse them (seeing the Lord was there)(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:10 Parce que tu as dit: Les deux nations, les deux pays seront à moi, Et nous en prendrons possession, Quand même l'Eternel était là,(FR) 10 ׃35 יַ֣עַן אֲ֠מָרְךָ אֶת־שְׁנֵ֨י הַגּוֹיִ֜ם וְאֶת־שְׁתֵּ֧י הָאֲרָצ֛וֹת לִ֥י תִהְיֶ֖ינָה וִֽירַשְׁנ֑וּהָ וַֽיהוָ֖ה שָׁ֥ם הָיָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:10 "Because you have said, 'These two nations and these two lands will be mine, and we will possess them, 'although the Lord was there, (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:11 ============ Eze 35:11 Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine envy which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I have judged thee.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:11 Therefore as I liue, sayth the Lorde God, I wil euen do according to thy wrath, and according to thine indignation which thou hast vsed in thine hatred against them: & I wil make my selfe knowen among them whe I haue iudged thee.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:11 Je suis vivant! dit le Seigneur, l'Eternel, J'agirai avec la colère et la fureur Que tu as montrées, dans ta haine contre eux; Et je me ferai connaître au milieu d'eux, Quand je te jugerai.(FR) 11 ׃35 לָכֵ֣ן חַי־אָ֗נִי נְאֻם֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִה֒ וְעָשִׂ֗יתִי כְּאַפְּךָ֙ וּכְקִנְאָ֣תְךָ֔ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשִׂ֔יתָה מִשִּׂנְאָתֶ֖יךָ בָּ֑ם וְנוֹדַ֥עְתִּי בָ֖ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר אֶשְׁפְּטֶֽךָ׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:11 therefore as I live," declares the Lord God, "I will deal with you according to your anger and according to your envy which you showed because of your hatred against them; so I will make Myself known among them when I judge you. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:12 ============ Eze 35:12 And thou shalt know that I am the LORD, and that I have heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given us to consume.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:12 And thou shalt know, that I the Lord haue heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountaines of Israel, saying, They lye waste, they are giuen vs to be deuoured.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:12 Tu sauras que moi, l'Eternel, J'ai entendu tous les outrages Que tu as proférés contre les montagnes d'Israël, En disant: Elles sont dévastées, Elles nous sont livrées comme une proie.(FR) 12 ׃35 וְֽיָדַעְתָּ֮ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהוָה֒ שָׁמַ֣עְתִּי ׀ אֶת־כָּל־נָאָֽצוֹתֶ֗יךָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָמַ֛רְתָּ עַל־הָרֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֵאמֹ֣ר ׀ *שממה **שָׁמֵ֑מוּ לָ֥נוּ נִתְּנ֖וּ לְאָכְלָֽה׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:12 Then you will know that I, the Lord, have heard all your revilings which you have spoken against the mountains of Israel saying, 'They are laid desolate; they are given to us for food.'(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:13 ============ Eze 35:13 Thus with your mouth ye have boasted against me, and have multiplied your words against me: I have heard them.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:13 Thus with your mouthes ye haue boasted against me, & haue multiplied your words against me: I haue heard them.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:13 Vous vous êtes élevés contre moi par vos discours, Vous avez multiplié vos paroles contre moi: J'ai entendu.(FR) 13 ׃35 וַתַּגְדִּ֤ילוּ עָלַי֙ בְּפִיכֶ֔ם וְהַעְתַּרְתֶּ֥ם עָלַ֖י דִּבְרֵיכֶ֑ם אֲנִ֖י שָׁמָֽעְתִּי׃ ס Ezekiel Eze 35:13 And you have spoken arrogantly against Me and have multiplied your words against Me; I have heard it."(nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:14 ============ Eze 35:14 Thus saith the Lord GOD; When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make thee desolate.(KJV) Ezekiel 35:14 Thus sayth the Lorde God, So shall all the world reioyce when I shal make thee desolate.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:14 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Eternel: Lorsque tout le pays sera dans la joie, Je ferai de toi une solitude.(FR) 14 ׃35 כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֑ה כִּשְׂמֹ֙חַ֙ כָּל־הָאָ֔רֶץ שְׁמָמָ֖ה אֶעֱשֶׂה־לָּֽךְ׃ Ezekiel Eze 35:14 Thus says the Lord God, "As all the earth rejoices, I will make you a desolation. (nasb) ======= Ezekiel 35:15 ============ Eze 35:15 As thou didst rejoice at the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I do unto thee: thou shalt be desolate, O mount Seir, and all Idumea, even all of it: and they shall know that I am the LORD.(kjv) Ezekiel 35:15 As thou diddest reioyce at the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I doe vnto thee: thou shalt be desolate, O mount Seir, and all Idumea wholly, & they shall know, that I am the Lord.(Geneva) Ézéchiel 35:15 A cause de la joie que tu as éprouvée Parce que l'héritage de la maison d'Israël était dévasté, Je te traiterai de la même manière; Tu deviendras une solitude, montagne de Séir, Toi, et Edom tout entier. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Eternel.(FR) 15 ׃35 כְּשִׂמְחָ֨תְךָ֜ לְנַחְלַ֧ת בֵּֽית־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל עַ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־שָׁמֵ֖מָה כֵּ֣ן אֶעֱשֶׂה־לָּ֑ךְ שְׁמָמָ֨ה תִֽהְיֶ֤ה הַר־שֵׂעִיר֙ וְכָל־אֱד֣וֹם כֻּלָּ֔הּ וְיָדְע֖וּ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ פ Ezekiel Eze 35:15 As you rejoiced over the inheritance of the house of Israel because it was desolate, so I will do to you. You will be a desolation, O Mount Seir, and all Edom, all of it. Then they will know that I am the Lord."'
