Exodus 22:1 « اگر كسی گاوی یا گوسفندی بدزدد،و آن را بكشد یا بفروشد، به عوض گاو پنج گاو، و به عوض گوسفند چهار گوسفند بدهد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:1 "If a man steals an ox or a sheep and slaughters it or sells it, he shall pay five oxen for the ox and four sheep for the sheep.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:2---- Exodus 22:2 «اگر دزدی در رخنه كردن گرفته شود، و او را بزنند بطوری كه بمیرد، بازخواستِ خون برای او نباشد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:2 "If the thief is caught while breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there will be no bloodguiltiness on his account.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:3---- Exodus 22:3 اما اگر آفتاب بر او طلوع كرد، بازخواست خون برای او هست. البته مكافات باید داد، و اگر چیزی ندارد، به عوض دزدی كه كرد، فروخته شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:3 But if the sun has risen on him, there will be bloodguiltiness on his account. He shall surely make restitution; if he owns nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:4---- Exodus 22:4 اگر چیزی دزدیده شده، از گاو یا الاغ یا گوسفند زنده در دست او یافت شود، دو مقابل آن را رد كند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:4 If what he stole is actually found alive in his possession, whether an ox or a donkey or a sheep, he shall pay double.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:5---- Exodus 22:5 « اگر كسی مرتعی یا تاكستانی را بچراند، یعنی مواشی خود را براند تا مرتع دیگری را بچراند، از نیكوترین مرتع و از بهترین تاكستان خود عوض بدهد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:5 "If a man lets a field or vineyard be grazed bare and lets his animal loose so that it grazes in another man's field, he shall make restitution from the best of his own field and the best of his own vineyard.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:6---- Exodus 22:6 « اگر آتشی بیرون رود، و خارها را فراگیرد و بافههای غله یا خوشههای نادرویده یا مزرعهای سوخته گردد، هر كه آتش را افروخته است، البته عوض بدهد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:6 "If a fire breaks out and spreads to thorn bushes, so that stacked grain or the standing grain or the field itself is consumed, he who started the fire shall surely make restitution.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:7---- Exodus 22:7 « اگر كسی پول یا اسباب نزد همسایۀ خود امانت گذارد، و از خانۀ آن شخص دزدیده شود،هر گاه دزد پیدا شود، دو چندان رد نماید.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:7 "If a man gives his neighbor money or goods to keep for him and it is stolen from the man's house, if the thief is caught, he shall pay double.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:8---- Exodus 22:8 و اگر دزد گرفته نشود، آنگاه صاحب خانه را به حضور حكام بیاورند، تا حكم شود كه آیا دست خود را بر اموال همسایۀ خویش دراز كردهاست یا نه.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:8 If the thief is not caught, then the owner of the house shall appear before the judges, to determine whether he laid his hands on his neighbor's property.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:9---- Exodus 22:9 در هر خیانتی از گاو و الاغ و گوسفند و رخت و هر چیزِ گم شده، كه كسی بر آن ادعا كند، امر هر دو به حضور خدا برده شود، و بر گناه هر كدام كه خدا حكم كند، دو چندان به همسایۀ خود رد نماید.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:9 For every breach of trust, whether it is for ox, for donkey, for sheep, for clothing, or for any lost thing about which one says, 'This is it,' the case of both parties shall come before the judges; he whom the judges condemn shall pay double to his neighbor.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:10---- Exodus 22:10 « اگر كسی الاغی یا گاوی یا گوسفندی یا جانوری دیگر به همسایۀ خود امانت دهد، و آن بمیرد یا پایش شكسته شود یا دزدیده شود، و شاهدی نباشد،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:10 "If a man gives his neighbor a donkey, an ox, a sheep, or any animal to keep for him, and it dies or is hurt or is driven away while no one is looking,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:11---- Exodus 22:11 قسم خداوند در میان هر دو نهاده شود، كه دست خود را به مال همسایۀ خویش دراز نكرده است. پس مالكش قبول بكند و او عوض ندهد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:11 an oath before the Lord shall be made by the two of them that he has not laid hands on his neighbor's property; and its owner shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:12---- Exodus 22:12 لیكن اگر از او دزدیده شد، به صاحبش عوض باید داد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:12 But if it is actually stolen from him, he shall make restitution to its owner.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:13---- Exodus 22:13 و اگر دریده شد، آن را برای شهادت بیاورد، و برای دریده شده، عوض ندهد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:13 If it is all torn to pieces, let him bring it as evidence; you shall not charge him interest.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:26---- Exodus 22:26 « اگر رخت همسایۀ خود را به گرو گرفتی، آن را قبل از غروب آفتاب بدو رد كن،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:26 If you ever take your neighbor's cloak as a pledge, you are to return it to him before the sun sets,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:27---- Exodus 22:27 زیرا كه آن فقط پوشش او و لباس برای بدن اوست؛ پس در چه چیز بخوابد؟ و اگر نزد من فریاد برآورد، هرآینه اجابت خواهم فرمود، زیرا كه من كریم هستم.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:27 for that is his only covering; it is his cloak for his body. What else shall he sleep in?
