Исход 21:1 И вот законы, которые ты объявишь им:(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:1 "Now these are the ordinances which you are to set before them:(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:2---- Исход 21:2 если купишь раба Еврея, пусть он работает шесть лет, а в седьмой пусть выйдет на волю даром;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:2 "If you buy a Hebrew slave, he shall serve for six years; but on the seventh he shall go out as a free man without payment.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:3---- Исход 21:3 если он пришел один, пусть один и выйдет; а если он женатый, пустьвыйдет с ним и жена его;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:3 If he comes alone, he shall go out alone; if he is the husband of a wife, then his wife shall go out with him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:4---- Исход 21:4 если же господин его дал ему жену и она родила ему сынов, или дочерей, то жена и дети ее пусть останутся у господина ее, а он выйдет один;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:4 If his master gives him a wife, and she bears him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall belong to her master, and he shall go out alone.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:5---- Исход 21:5 но если раб скажет: люблю господина моего, жену мою и детей моих, непойду на волю, –(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:5 But if the slave plainly says, 'I love my master, my wife and my children; I will not go out as a free man,'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:6---- Исход 21:6 то пусть господин его приведет его пред богов и поставит его к двери, или к косяку, и проколет ему господин его ухо шилом, и он останется рабом его вечно.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:6 then his master shall bring him to God, then he shall bring him to the door or the doorpost. And his master shall pierce his ear with an awl; and he shall serve him permanently.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:7---- Исход 21:7 Если кто продаст дочь свою в рабыни, то она не может выйти, как выходят рабы;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:7 "If a man sells his daughter as a female slave, she is not to go free as the male slaves do.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:8---- Исход 21:8 если она не угодна господину своему и он не обручит ее, пусть позволит выкупить ее; ачужому народу продать ее не властен, когда сам пренебрег ее;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:8 If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master who designated her for himself, then he shall let her be redeemed. He does not have authority to sell her to a foreign people because of his unfairness to her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:9---- Исход 21:9 если он обручит ее сыну своему, пусть поступит с нею по праву дочерей;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:9 If he designates her for his son, he shall deal with her according to the custom of daughters.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:10---- Исход 21:10 если же другую возьмет за него, то она не должна лишаться пищи, одежды и супружеского сожития;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:10 If he takes to himself another woman, he may not reduce her food, her clothing, or her conjugal rights.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:11---- Исход 21:11 а если он сих трех вещей не сделает для нее, пусть она отойдет даром, без выкупа.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:11 If he will not do these three things for her, then she shall go out for nothing, without payment of money.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:12---- Исход 21:12 Кто ударит человека так, что он умрет, да будет предан смерти;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:12 "He who strikes a man so that he dies shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:13---- Исход 21:13 но если кто не злоумышлял, а Бог попустил ему попастьпод руки его, то Я назначу у тебя место, куда убежать убийце ;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:13 But if he did not lie in wait for him, but God let him fall into his hand, then I will appoint you a place to which he may flee.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:14---- Исход 21:14 а если кто с намерением умертвит ближнего коварно, то и от жертвенника Моего бери его на смерть.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:14 If, however, a man acts presumptuously toward his neighbor, so as to kill him craftily, you are to take him even from My altar, that he may die.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:15---- Исход 21:15 Кто ударит отца своего, или свою мать, того должно предать смерти.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:15 "He who strikes his father or his mother shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:16---- Исход 21:16 Кто украдет человека и продаст его, или найдется он в руках у него,то должно предать его смерти.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:16 "He who kidnaps a man, whether he sells him or he is found in his possession, shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:17---- Исход 21:17 Кто злословит отца своего, или свою мать, того должно предать смерти.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:17 "He who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:18---- Исход 21:18 Когда ссорятся, и один человек ударит другого камнем, или кулаком, и тот не умрет, но сляжет в постель,(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:18 "If men have a quarrel and one strikes the other with a stone or with his fist, and he does not die but remains in bed,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:19---- Исход 21:19 то, если он встанет и будет выходить из дома с помощьюпалки, ударивший не будет повинен смерти ; только пусть заплатит за остановку в его работе и даст на лечение его.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:19 if he gets up and walks around outside on his staff, then he who struck him shall go unpunished; he shall only pay for his loss of time, and shall take care of him until he is completely healed.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:20---- Исход 21:20 А если кто ударит раба своего, или служанку свою палкою, и они умрут под рукою его, то он должен быть наказан;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:20 "If a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod and he dies at his hand, he shall be punished.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:21---- Исход 21:21 но если они день или два дня переживут, то не должно наказывать его, ибо это его серебро.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:21 If, however, he survives a day or two, no vengeance shall be taken; а хозяин вола не виноват;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:28 "If an ox gores a man or a woman to death, the ox shall surely be stoned and its flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall go unpunished.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:29---- Исход 21:29 но если вол бодлив был и вчера и третьего дня, и хозяин его, быв извещен о сем, не стерег его, а он убил мужчину или женщину, то вола побить камнями, и хозяина его предать смерти;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:29 If, however, an ox was previously in the habit of goring and its owner has been warned, yet he does not confine it and it kills a man or a woman, the ox shall be stoned and its owner also shall be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:30---- Исход 21:30 если на него наложен будет выкуп, пусть даст выкуп за душу свою, какой наложен будет на него.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:30 If a ransom is demanded of him, then he shall give for the redemption of his life whatever is demanded of him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:31---- Исход 21:31 Сына ли забодает, дочь ли забодает, – по сему же закону поступать с ним.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:31 Whether it gores a son or a daughter, it shall be done to him according to the same rule.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:32---- Исход 21:32 Если вол забодает раба или рабу, то господину их заплатить тридцать сиклей серебра, а вола побить камнями.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:32 If the ox gores a male or female slave, the owner shall give his or her master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:33---- Исход 21:33 Если кто раскроет яму, или если выкопает яму и не покроет ее, и упадет в нее вол или осел,(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:33 "If a man opens a pit, or digs a pit and does not cover it over, and an ox or a donkey falls into it,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:34---- Исход 21:34 то хозяин ямы должен заплатить, отдать серебро хозяину их, а труп будет его.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:34 the owner of the pit shall make restitution; he shall give money to its owner, and the dead animal shall become his.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:35---- Исход 21:35 Если чей-нибудь вол забодает до смерти вола у соседа его, пусть продадут живого вола и разделят пополам цену его; также и убитого пусть разделят пополам;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:35 "If one man's ox hurts another's so that it dies, then they shall sell the live ox and divide its price equally;
