How much more, things that pertain to this life?(nkjv) ======= 1 Corinthians 6:4 ============ 1Co 6:4 So if you have law courts dealing with matters of this life, do you appoint them as judges who are of no account in the church?(nasb) 1Co 6:4 βιωτικὰ μὲν οὗν κριτήρια ἐὰν ἔχητε, τοὺς ἐξουθενημένους ἐν τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ τούτους καθίζετε;(Nestle-Aland) 1Co 6:4 Sæcularia igitur judicia si habueritis: contemptibiles, qui sunt in ecclesia, illos constituite ad judicandum.(vulgate) 1Co 6:4 Ihr aber, wenn ihr über zeitlichen Gütern Sachen habt, so nehmt ihr die, so bei der Gemeinde verachtet sind, und setzet sie zu Richtern.(dhs) 1Co 6:4 If then you have judgments concerning things pertaining to this life, do you appoint those who are least esteemed by the church to judge?(nkjv) ======= 1 Corinthians 6:5 ============ 1Co 6:5 I say this to your shame. Is it so, that there is not among you one wise man who will be able to decide between his brethren,(nasb) 1Co 6:5 πρὸς ἐντροπὴν ὑμῖν λέγω. οὕτως οὐκ ἔνι ἐν ὑμῖν οὐδεὶς σοφὸς ὃς δυνήσεται διακρῖναι ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ αὐτοῦ;(Nestle-Aland) 1Co 6:5 Ad verecundiam vestram dico. Sic non est inter vos sapiens quisquam, qui possit judicare inter fratrem suum?(vulgate) 1Co 6:5 Euch zur Schande muß ich das sagen: Ist so gar kein Weiser unter euch, auch nicht einer, der da könnte richten zwischen Bruder und Bruder?(dhs) 1Co 6:5 I say this to your shame. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?(nasb) 1Co 6:7 ἤδη μὲν [οὗν] ὅλως ἥττημα ὑμῖν ἐστιν ὅτι κρίματα ἔχετε μεθ᾽ ἑαυτῶν· διὰ τί οὐχὶ μᾶλλον ἀδικεῖσθε; διὰ τί οὐχὶ μᾶλλον ἀποστερεῖσθε;(Nestle-Aland) 1Co 6:7 Jam quidem omnino delictum est in vobis, quod judicia habetis inter vos. Quare non magis injuriam accipitis? quare non magis fraudem patimini?(vulgate) 1Co 6:7 Es ist schon ein Fehl unter euch, daß ihr miteinander rechtet. Warum laßt ihr euch nicht lieber Unrecht tun? warum laßt ihr euch nicht lieber übervorteilen?(dhs) 1Co 6:7 Now therefore, it is already an utter failure for you that you go to law against one another. Why do you not rather accept wrong? Why do you not rather let yourselves be cheated?(nkjv) ======= 1 Corinthians 6:8 ============ 1Co 6:8 On the contrary, you yourselves wrong and defraud. Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,(nasb) 1Co 6:9 ἢ οὐκ οἴδατε ὅτι ἄδικοι θεοῦ βασιλείαν οὐ κληρονομήσουσιν; μὴ πλανᾶσθε· οὔτε πόρνοι οὔτε εἰδωλολάτραι οὔτε μοιχοὶ οὔτε μαλακοὶ οὔτε ἀρσενοκοῖται(Nestle-Aland) 1Co 6:9 An nescitis quia iniqui regnum Dei non possidebunt?
