Il partagea en deux camps les gens qui étaient avec lui, les brebis, les boeufs et les chameaux;(F) Gen 32:7 Da fürchtete sich Jakob sehr, und ihm ward bange; und teilte das Volk, das bei ihm war, und die Schafe und die Rinder und die Kamele in zwei Heere(D) Gen 32:7 ἐφοβήθη δὲ Ιακωβ σφόδρα καὶ ἠπορεῖτο καὶ διεῖλεν τὸν λαὸν τὸν μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ καὶ τοὺς βόας καὶ τὰ πρόβατα εἰς δύο παρεμβολάς(lxx) Gen 32:7 So Jacob was greatly afraid and distressed; and he divided the people that were with him, and the flocks and herds and camels, into two companies.(nkjv) ======= Genesis 32:8 ============ Gen 32:8 for he said, "If Esau comes to the one company and attacks it, then the company which is left will escape."(nasb) Gen 32:8 dicens: Si venerit Esau ad unam turmam, et percusserit eam, alia turma, quæ relicta est, salvabitur.(vulgate) Génesis 32:8 Y dijo: Si viniere Esaú contra un campamento y lo hiriere, el otro campamento escapará.(E) Genèse 32:8 et il dit: Si Esaü vient contre l'un des camps et le bat, le camp qui restera pourra se sauver.(F) Gen 32:8 und sprach: So Esau kommt auf das eine Heer und schlägt es, so wird das übrige entrinnen.(D) Gen 32:8 καὶ εἶπεν Ιακωβ ἐὰν ἔλθῃ Ησαυ εἰς παρεμβολὴν μίαν καὶ ἐκκόψῃ αὐτήν ἔσται ἡ παρεμβολὴ ἡ δευτέρα εἰς τὸ σῴζεσθαι(lxx) Gen 32:8 And he said, "If Esau comes to the one company and attacks it, then the other company which is left will escape."(nkjv) ======= Genesis 32:9 ============ Gen 32:9 Jacob said, "O God of my father Abraham and God of my father Isaac, O Lord, who said to me, 'Return to your country and to your relatives, and I will prosper you,'(nasb) Gen 32:9 Dixitque Jacob: Deus patris mei Abraham, et Deus patris mei Isaac: Domine qui dixisti mihi: Revertere in terram tuam, et in locum nativitatis tuæ, et benefaciam tibi:(vulgate) Génesis 32:9 Y dijo Jacob: Dios de mi padre Abraham, y Dios de mi padre Isaac, Jehová, que me dijiste: Vuélvete a tu tierra y a tu parentela, y yo te haré bien.(E) Genèse 32:9 Jacob dit: Dieu de mon père Abraham, Dieu de mon père Isaac, Eternel, qui m'as dit: Retourne dans ton pays et dans ton lieu de naissance, et je te ferai du bien!(F) Gen 32:9 Weiter sprach Jakob: Gott meines Vaters Abraham und Gott meines Vaters Isaak, HERR, der du zu mir gesagt hast: Zieh wieder in dein Land und zu deiner Freundschaft, ich will dir wohltun!(D) Gen 32:9 εἶπεν δὲ Ιακωβ ὁ θεὸς τοῦ πατρός μου Αβρααμ καὶ ὁ θεὸς τοῦ πατρός μου Ισαακ κύριε ὁ εἴπας μοι ἀπότρεχε εἰς τὴν γῆν τῆς γενέσεώς σου καὶ εὖ σε ποιήσω(lxx) Gen 32:9 Then Jacob said, "O God of my father Abraham and God of my father Isaac, the Lord who said to me, 'Return to your country and to your family, and I will deal well with you':(nkjv) ======= Genesis 32:10 ============ Gen 32:10 I am unworthy of all the lovingkindness and of all the faithfulness which You have shown to Your servant; for with my staff only I crossed this Jordan, and now I have become two companies.(nasb) Gen 32:10 minor sum cunctis miserationibus tuis, et veritate tua quam explevisti servo tuo. In baculo meo transivi Jordanem istum: et nunc cum duabus turmis regredior.(vulgate) Génesis 32:10 No soy digno de la más pequeña de todas las misericordias, y de toda la verdad que has usado para con tu siervo; que con mi bordón pasé este Jordán, y ahora estoy sobre dos campamentos.(E) Genèse 32:10 Je suis trop petit pour toutes les grâces et pour toute la fidélité dont tu as usé envers ton serviteur; car j'ai passé ce Jourdain avec mon bâton, et maintenant je forme deux camps.(F) Gen 32:10 ich bin zu gering aller Barmherzigkeit und aller Treue, die du an deinem Knechte getan hast; denn ich hatte nicht mehr als diesen Stab, da ich über den Jordan ging, und nun bin ich zwei Heere geworden.(D) Gen 32:10 ἱκανοῦταί μοι ἀπὸ πάσης δικαιοσύνης καὶ ἀπὸ πάσης ἀληθείας ἧς ἐποίησας τῷ παιδί σου ἐν γὰρ τῇ ῥάβδῳ μου διέβην τὸν Ιορδάνην τοῦτον νῦν δὲ γέγονα εἰς δύο παρεμβολάς(lxx) Gen 32:10 I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies and of all the truth which You have shown Your servant; for I crossed over this Jordan with my staff, and now I have become two companies.(nkjv) ======= Genesis 32:11 ============ Gen 32:11 Deliver me, I pray, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau; for I fear him, that he will come and attack me and the mothers with the children.(nasb) Gen 32:11 Erue me de manu fratris mei Esau, quia valde eum timeo: ne forte veniens percutiat matrem cum filiis.(vulgate) Génesis 32:11 Líbrame ahora de la mano de mi hermano, de la mano de Esaú, porque le temo; no venga quizá, y me hiera a mí, y a la madre con los hijos.(E) Genèse 32:11 Délivre-moi, je te prie, de la main de mon frère, de la main d'Esaü! car je crains qu'il ne vienne, et qu'il ne me frappe, avec la mère et les enfants.(F) Gen 32:11 Errette mich von der Hand meines Bruders, von der Hand Esaus; denn ich fürchte mich vor ihm, daß er nicht komme und schlage mich, die Mütter samt den Kindern.(D) Gen 32:11 ἐξελοῦ με ἐκ χειρὸς τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ μου Ησαυ ὅτι φοβοῦμαι ἐγὼ αὐτόν μήποτε ἐλθὼν πατάξῃ με καὶ μητέρα ἐπὶ τέκνοις(lxx) Gen 32:11 Deliver me, I pray, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau; for I fear him, lest he come and attack me and the mother with the children.(nkjv) ======= Genesis 32:12 ============ Gen 32:12 For You said, 'I will surely prosper you and make your descendants as the sand of the sea, which is too great to be numbered.'"(nasb) Gen 32:12 Tu locutus es quod benefaceres mihi, et dilatares semen meum sicut arenam maris, quæ præ multitudine numerari non potest.(vulgate) Génesis 32:12 Y tú has dicho: Ciertamente yo te haré bien, y pondré tu simiente como la arena del mar, que no se puede contar por la multitud.(E) Genèse 32:12 Et toi, tu as dit: Je te ferai du bien, et je rendrai ta postérité comme le sable de la mer, si abondant qu'on ne saurait le compter.(F) Gen 32:12 Du hast gesagt ich will dir wohltun und deinen Samen machen wie den Sand am Meer, den man nicht zählen kann vor der Menge.(D) Gen 32:12 σὺ δὲ εἶπας καλῶς εὖ σε ποιήσω καὶ θήσω τὸ σπέρμα σου ὡς τὴν ἄμμον τῆς θαλάσσης ἣ οὐκ ἀριθμηθήσεται ἀπὸ τοῦ πλήθους(lxx) Gen 32:12 For You said, 'I will surely treat you well, and make your descendants as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.' Whose are these in front of you?'(nkjv) ======= Genesis 32:18 ============ Gen 32:18 then you shall say, 'These belong to your servant Jacob; it is a present sent to my lord Esau. It is a present sent to my lord Esau; and behold, he also is behind us.' But he said, "Why is it that you ask my name?" And he blessed him there.(nasb) Gen 32:29 Interrogavit eum Jacob: Dic mihi, quo appellaris nomine? Respondit: Cur quæris nomen meum? And He said, "Why is it that you ask about My name?"
