Are there trees in it or not? Make an effort then to get some of the fruit of the land." Be of good courage. And bring some of the fruit of the land." (Now Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.)(nkjv) ======= Numbers 13:23 ============ Num 13:23 Then they came to the valley of Eshcol and from there cut down a branch with a single cluster of grapes; and they carried it on a pole between two men, with some of the pomegranates and the figs.(nasb) Num 13:23 Ascenderuntque ad meridiem, et venerunt in Hebron, ubi erant Achiman et Sisai et Tholmai filii Enac: nam Hebron septem annis ante Tanim urbem Ægypti condita est.(vulgate) Números 13:23 Y llegaron hasta el valle de Escol, y de allí cortaron un sarmiento con un racimo de uvas, el cual trajeron dos en un palo, y de las granadas y de los higos.(E) Nombres 13:23 Ils arrivèrent jusqu'à la vallée d'Eschcol, où ils coupèrent une branche de vigne avec une grappe de raisin, qu'ils portèrent à deux au moyen d'une perche; ils prirent aussi des grenades et des figues.(F) Num 13:23 Und sie kamen bis an den Bach Eskol und schnitten daselbst eine Rebe ab mit einer Weintraube und ließen sie zwei auf einem Stecken tragen, dazu auch Granatäpfel und Feigen.(D) Num 13:23 καὶ ἤλθοσαν ἕως Φάραγγος βότρυος καὶ κατεσκέψαντο αὐτήν καὶ ἔκοψαν ἐκεῖθεν κλῆμα καὶ βότρυν σταφυλῆς ἕνα ἐπ᾽ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἦραν αὐτὸν ἐπ᾽ ἀναφορεῦσιν καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν ῥοῶν καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν συκῶν(lxx) Num 13:23 Then they came to the Valley of Eshcol, and there cut down a branch with one cluster of grapes; they carried it between two of them on a pole.
