Therefore, offer a prayer for the remnant that is left.'"(nasb) 2Ki 19:4 Si forte audiat Dominus Deus tuus universa verba Rabsacis, quem misit rex Assyriorum dominus suus ut exprobraret Deum viventem et argueret verbis, quæ audivit Dominus Deus tuus: et fac orationem pro reliquiis quæ repertæ sunt.(vulgate) 2 Reyes 19:4 Quizá oirá Jehová tu Dios todas las palabras del Rabsaces, al cual el rey de los asirios su señor ha enviado para injuriar al Dios vivo, y para vituperar con palabras, las cuales Jehová tu Dios ha oído; por tanto, eleva oración por el remanente que aún queda.(E) 2 Rois 19:4 Peut-être l'Eternel, ton Dieu, a-t-il entendu toutes les paroles de Rabschaké, que le roi d'Assyrie, son maître, a envoyé pour insulter au Dieu vivant, et peut-être l'Eternel, ton Dieu, exercera-t-il ses châtiments à cause des paroles qu'il a entendues. Fais donc monter une prière pour le reste qui subsiste encore.(F) 2Ki 19:4 Ob vielleicht der HERR, dein Gott, hören wollte alle Worte des Erzschenken, den sein Herr, der König von Assyrien, gesandt hat, Hohn zu sprechen dem lebendigen Gott und zu schelten mit Worten, die der HERR, dein Gott, gehört hat: So erhebe dein Gebet für die übrigen, die noch vorhanden sind.(D) 2Ki 19:4 εἴ πως εἰσακούσεται κύριος ὁ θεός σου πάντας τοὺς λόγους Ραψακου ὃν ἀπέστειλεν αὐτὸν βασιλεὺς Ἀσσυρίων ὁ κύριος αὐτοῦ ὀνειδίζειν θεὸν ζῶντα καὶ βλασφημεῖν ἐν λόγοις οἷς ἤκουσεν κύριος ὁ θεός σου καὶ λήμψῃ προσευχὴν περὶ τοῦ λείμματος τοῦ εὑρισκομένου(lxx) 2Ki 19:4 It may be that the Lord your God will hear all the words of the Rabshakeh, whom his master the king of Assyria has sent to reproach the living God, and will rebuke the words which the Lord your God has heard. Therefore lift up your prayer for the remnant that is left.' ' "(nkjv) ======= 2 Kings 19:8 ============ 2Ki 19:8 Then Rabshakeh returned and found the king of Assyria fighting against Libnah, for he had heard that the king had left Lachish.(nasb) 2Ki 19:8 Reversus est ergo Rabsaces, et invenit regem Assyriorum expugnantem Lobnam: audierat enim quod recessisset de Lachis.(vulgate) 2 Reyes 19:8 Y regresando el Rabsaces, halló al rey de Asiria combatiendo a Libna; porque había oído que se había ido de Laquis.(E) 2 Rois 19:8 Rabschaké, s'étant retiré, trouva le roi d'Assyrie qui attaquait Libna, car il avait appris son départ de Lakis.(F) 2Ki 19:8 Und da der Erzschenke wiederkam, fand er den König von Assyrien streiten wider Libna; denn er hatte gehört, daß er von Lachis gezogen war.(D) 2Ki 19:8 καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν Ραψακης καὶ εὗρεν τὸν βασιλέα Ἀσσυρίων πολεμοῦντα ἐπὶ Λομνα ὅτι ἤκουσεν ὅτι ἀπῆρεν ἀπὸ Λαχις(lxx) 2Ki 19:8 Then the Rabshakeh returned and found the king of Assyria warring against Libnah, for he heard that he had departed from Lachish.(nkjv) ======= 2 Kings 19:9 ============ 2Ki 19:9 When he heard them say concerning Tirhakah king of Cush, "Behold, he has come out to fight against you," he sent messengers again to Hezekiah saying,(nasb) 2Ki 19:9 Cumque audisset de Tharaca rege Æthiopiæ, dicentes: Ecce egressus est ut pugnet adversum te: et iret contra eum, misit nuntios ad Ezechiam, dicens:(vulgate) 2 Reyes 19:9 Y oyó decir de Tirhaca, rey de Etiopía: He aquí es salido para hacerte guerra. Entonces volvió él, y envió embajadores a Ezequías, diciendo:(E) 2 Rois 19:9 Alors le roi d'Assyrie reçut une nouvelle au sujet de Tirhaka, roi d'Ethiopie; on lui dit: Voici, il s'est mis en marche pour te faire la guerre. Et le roi d'Assyrie envoya de nouveau des messagers à Ezéchias, en disant:(F) 2Ki 19:9 Und da er hörte von Thirhaka, dem König der Mohren: Siehe, er ist ausgezogen mit dir zu streiten, sandte er abermals Boten zu Hiskia und ließ ihm sagen:(D) 2Ki 19:9 καὶ ἤκουσεν περὶ Θαρακα βασιλέως Αἰθιόπων λέγων ἰδοὺ ἐξῆλθεν πολεμεῖν μετὰ σοῦ καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν καὶ ἀπέστειλεν ἀγγέλους πρὸς Εζεκιαν λέγων(lxx) 2Ki 19:9 And the king heard concerning Tirhakah king of Ethiopia, "Look, he has come out to make war with you." So he again sent messengers to Hezekiah, saying,(nkjv) ======= 2 Kings 19:10 ============ 2Ki 19:10 "Thus you shall say to Hezekiah king of Judah, 'Do not let your God in whom you trust deceive you saying, "Jerusalem will not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria."(nasb) 2Ki 19:10 Hæc dicite Ezechiæ regi Juda: Non te seducat Deus tuus in quo habes fiduciam, neque dicas: Non tradetur Jerusalem in manus regis Assyriorum.(vulgate) 2 Reyes 19:10 Así diréis a Ezequías, rey de Judá: No te engañe tu Dios en quien tú confías, para decir: Jerusalén no será entregada en mano del rey de Asiria.(E) 2 Rois 19:10 Vous parlerez ainsi à Ezéchias, roi de Juda: Que ton Dieu, auquel tu te confies, ne t'abuse point en disant: Jérusalem ne sera pas livrée entre les mains du roi d'Assyrie.(F) 2Ki 19:10 So sagt Hiskia, dem König Juda's: Laß dich deinen Gott nicht betrügen, auf den du dich verlässest und sprichst: Jerusalem wird nicht in die Hand des Königs von Assyrien gegeben werden.(D) 2Ki 19:10 μὴ ἐπαιρέτω σε ὁ θεός σου ἐφ᾽ ᾧ σὺ πέποιθας ἐπ᾽ αὐτῷ λέγων οὐ μὴ παραδοθῇ Ιερουσαλημ εἰς χεῖρας βασιλέως Ἀσσυρίων(lxx) 2Ki 19:10 "Thus you shall speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying: 'Do not let your God in whom you trust deceive you, saying, "Jerusalem shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria."(nkjv) ======= 2 Kings 19:11 ============ 2Ki 19:11 Behold, you have heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all the lands, destroying them completely. "(nkjv) ======= 2 Kings 19:14 ============ 2Ki 19:14 Then Hezekiah took the letter from the hand of the messengers and read it, and he went up to the house of the Lord and spread it out before the Lord.(nasb) 2Ki 19:14 Itaque cum accepisset Ezechias litteras de manu nuntiorum, et legisset eas, ascendit in domum Domini, et expandit eas coram Domino,(vulgate) 2 Reyes 19:14 Y tomó Ezequías la carta de mano de los embajadores; y después que la hubo leído, subió a la casa de Jehová, y la extendió Ezequías delante de Jehová.(E) 2 Rois 19:14 Ezéchias prit la lettre de la main des messagers, et la lut. Puis il monta à la maison de l'Eternel, et la déploya devant l'Eternel,(F) 2Ki 19:14 Und da Hiskia den Brief von den Boten empfangen und gelesen hatte, ging er hinauf zum Hause des HERRN und breitete ihn aus vor dem HERRN(D) 2Ki 19:14 καὶ ἔλαβεν Εζεκιας τὰ βιβλία ἐκ χειρὸς τῶν ἀγγέλων καὶ ἀνέγνω αὐτά καὶ ἀνέβη εἰς οἶκον κυρίου καὶ ἀνέπτυξεν αὐτὰ Εζεκιας ἐναντίον κυρίου(lxx) 2Ki 19:14 And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it; and Hezekiah went up to the house of the Lord, and spread it before the Lord.(nkjv) ======= 2 Kings 19:15 ============ 2Ki 19:15 Hezekiah prayed before the Lord and said, "O Lord, the God of Israel, who are enthroned above the cherubim, You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.(nasb) 2Ki 19:15 et oravit in conspectu ejus, dicens: Domine Deus Israël, qui sedes super cherubim, tu es Deus solus regum omnium terræ: tu fecisti cælum et terram.(vulgate) 2 Reyes 19:15 Y oró Ezequías delante de Jehová, diciendo: Jehová Dios de Israel, que habitas entre los querubines, solo tú eres Dios de todos los reinos de la tierra; tú hiciste el cielo y la tierra.(E) 2 Rois 19:15 qui il adressa cette prière: Eternel, Dieu d'Israël, assis sur les chérubins! You have made heaven and earth.(nkjv) ======= 2 Kings 19:16 ============ 2Ki 19:16 Incline Your ear, O Lord, and hear; open Your eyes, O Lord, and see; and listen to the words of Sennacherib, which he has sent to reproach the living God.(nasb) 2Ki 19:16 Inclina aurem tuam, et audi: aperi, Domine, oculos tuos, et vide: audi omnia verba Sennacherib, qui misit ut exprobraret nobis Deum viventem.(vulgate) 2 Reyes 19:16 Inclina, oh Jehová, tu oído, y oye; abre, oh Jehová, tus ojos, y mira; y oye las palabras de Senaquerib, que ha enviado a blasfemar al Dios viviente.(E) 2 Rois 19:16 Eternel! incline ton oreille, et écoute.
