His goings forth are from long ago, From the days of eternity."(nasb) Mic 5:2 [Et tu, Bethlehem Ephrata, parvulus es in millibus Juda; ex te mihi egredietur qui sit dominator in Israël, et egressus ejus ab initio, a diebus æternitatis.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:2 Pero tú, Belén Efrata, [aunque] eres pequeña entre los millares de Judá, de ti me saldrá el [que] será Señor en Israel; y sus salidas [han sido] desde el principio, desde la eternidad.(E) Michée 5:2 Et toi, Bethléhem Ephrata, Petite entre les milliers de Juda, De toi sortira pour moi Celui qui dominera sur Israël, Et dont l'origine remonte aux temps anciens, Aux jours de l'éternité.(F) Mic 5:2 Und du Bethlehem Ephrata, die du klein bist unter den Städten in Juda, aus dir soll mir kommen, der in Israel HERR sei, welches Ausgang von Anfang und von Ewigkeit her gewesen ist.(D) Mic 5:2 καὶ σύ Βηθλεεμ οἶκος τοῦ Εφραθα ὀλιγοστὸς εἶ τοῦ εἶναι ἐν χιλιάσιν Ιουδα ἐκ σοῦ μοι ἐξελεύσεται τοῦ εἶναι εἰς ἄρχοντα ἐν τῷ Ισραηλ καὶ αἱ ἔξοδοι αὐτοῦ ἀπ᾽ ἀρχῆς ἐξ ἡμερῶν αἰῶνος(lxx) Mic 5:2 "But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting."(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:3 ============ Mic 5:3 Therefore He will give them up until the time When she who is in labor has borne a child. Then the remainder of His brethren Will return to the sons of Israel.(nasb) Mic 5:3 Propter hoc dabit eos usque ad tempus in quo parturiens pariet, et reliquiæ fratrum ejus convertentur ad filios Israël.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:3 Por tanto, Él los dejará hasta el tiempo [que] dé a luz la que ha de dar a luz; entonces el resto de sus hermanos volverán a los hijos de Israel.(E) Michée 5:3 C'est pourquoi il les livrera Jusqu'au temps où enfantera celle qui doit enfanter, Et le reste de ses frères Reviendra auprès des enfants d'Israël.(F) Mic 5:3 Indes läßt er sie plagen bis auf die Zeit, daß die, so gebären soll, geboren habe; da werden dann die übrigen seiner Brüder wiederkommen zu den Kindern Israel.(D) Mic 5:3 διὰ τοῦτο δώσει αὐτοὺς ἕως καιροῦ τικτούσης τέξεται καὶ οἱ ἐπίλοιποι τῶν ἀδελφῶν αὐτῶν ἐπιστρέψουσιν ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ(lxx) Mic 5:3 Therefore He shall give them up, Until the time that she who is in labor has given birth; Then the remnant of His brethren Shall return to the children of Israel.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:4 ============ Mic 5:4 And He will arise and shepherd His flock In the strength of the Lord, In the majesty of the name of the Lord His God. And they will remain, Because at that time He will be great To the ends of the earth.(nasb) Mic 5:4 Et stabit, et pascet in fortitudine Domini, in sublimitate nominis Domini Dei sui: et convertentur, quia nunc magnificabitur usque ad terminos terræ.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:4 Y Él estará, y apacentará con el poder de Jehová, con la majestad del nombre de Jehová su Dios; y permanecerán; porque ahora Él será engrandecido hasta los confines de la tierra.(E) Michée 5:4 Il se présentera, et il gouvernera avec la force de l'Eternel, Avec la majesté du nom de l'Eternel, son Dieu: Et ils auront une demeure assurée, Car il sera glorifié jusqu'aux extrémités de la terre.(F) Mic 5:4 Er wird aber auftreten und weiden in der Kraft des HERRN und im Sieg des Namens des HERRN, seines Gottes. Und sie werden wohnen; denn er wird zur selben Zeit herrlich werden, soweit die Welt ist.(D) Mic 5:4 καὶ στήσεται καὶ ὄψεται καὶ ποιμανεῖ τὸ ποίμνιον αὐτοῦ ἐν ἰσχύι κυρίου καὶ ἐν τῇ δόξῃ τοῦ ὀνόματος κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ αὐτῶν ὑπάρξουσιν διότι νῦν μεγαλυνθήσεται ἕως ἄκρων τῆς γῆς(lxx) Mic 5:4 And He shall stand and feed His flock In the strength of the Lord, In the majesty of the name of the Lord His God; And they shall abide, For now He shall be great To the ends of the earth;(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:5 ============ Mic 5:5 This One will be our peace. When the Assyrian invades our land, When he tramples on our citadels, Then we will raise against him Seven shepherds and eight leaders of men.(nasb) Mic 5:5 Et erit iste pax: cum venerit Assyrius in terram nostram, et quando calcaverit domibus nostris, et suscitabimus super eum septem pastores et octo primates homines;(vulgate) Miqueas 5:5 Y Éste será [nuestra] paz. Cuando el asirio venga a nuestra tierra, y cuando pise nuestros palacios, entonces levantaremos contra él siete pastores, y ocho hombres principales;(E) Michée 5:5 C'est lui qui ramènera la paix. Lorsque l'Assyrien viendra dans notre pays, Et qu'il pénétrera dans nos palais, Nous ferons lever contre lui sept pasteurs Et huit princes du peuple.(F) Mic 5:5 Und er wird unser Friede sein. Wenn Assur in unser Land fällt und in unsre Häuser bricht, so werden wir sieben Hirten und acht Fürsten wider ihn bestellen,(D) Mic 5:5 καὶ ἔσται αὕτη εἰρήνη ὅταν Ἀσσύριος ἐπέλθῃ ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ὑμῶν καὶ ὅταν ἐπιβῇ ἐπὶ τὴν χώραν ὑμῶν καὶ ἐπεγερθήσονται ἐπ᾽ αὐτὸν ἑπτὰ ποιμένες καὶ ὀκτὼ δήγματα ἀνθρώπων(lxx) Mic 5:5 And this One shall be peace. When the Assyrian comes into our land, And when he treads in our palaces, Then we will raise against him Seven shepherds and eight princely men.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:6 ============ Mic 5:6 They will shepherd the land of Assyria with the sword, The land of Nimrod at its entrances; And He will deliver us from the Assyrian When he attacks our land And when he tramples our territory.(nasb) Mic 5:6 et pascent terram Assur in gladio, et terram Nemrod in lanceis ejus, et liberabit ab Assur cum venerit in terram nostram, et cum calcaverit in finibus nostris.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:6 y destruirán la tierra de Asiria a espada, y la tierra de Nimrod con sus espadas; y Él [nos] librará del asirio, cuando viniere contra nuestra tierra y hollare nuestros términos.(E) Michée 5:6 Ils feront avec l'épée leur pâture du pays d'Assyrie Et du pays de Nimrod au dedans de ses portes. Il nous délivrera ainsi de l'Assyrien, Lorsqu'il viendra dans notre pays, Et qu'il pénétrera sur notre territoire.(F) Mic 5:6 die das Land Assur verderben mit dem Schwert und das Land Nimrods mit ihren bloßen Waffen. Also wird er uns von Assur erretten, wenn er in unser Land fallen und in unsre Grenzen brechen wird.(D) Mic 5:6 καὶ ποιμανοῦσιν τὸν Ασσουρ ἐν ῥομφαίᾳ καὶ τὴν γῆν τοῦ Νεβρωδ ἐν τῇ τάφρῳ αὐτῆς καὶ ῥύσεται ἐκ τοῦ Ασσουρ ὅταν ἐπέλθῃ ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ὑμῶν καὶ ὅταν ἐπιβῇ ἐπὶ τὰ ὅρια ὑμῶν(lxx) Mic 5:6 They shall waste with the sword the land of Assyria, And the land of Nimrod at its entrances; Thus He shall deliver us from the Assyrian, When he comes into our land And when he treads within our borders.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:7 ============ Mic 5:7 Then the remnant of Jacob Will be among many peoples Like dew from the Lord, Like showers on vegetation Which do not wait for man Or delay for the sons of men.(nasb) Mic 5:7 Et erunt reliquiæ Jacob in medio populorum multorum quasi ros a Domino, et quasi stillæ super herbam, quæ non exspectat virum, et non præstolatur filios hominum.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:7 Y el remanente de Jacob será en medio de muchos pueblos, como el rocío de Jehová, como las lluvias sobre la hierba, las cuales no esperan a hombre, ni aguardan a los hijos de los hombres.(E) Michée 5:7 Le reste de Jacob sera au milieu des peuples nombreux Comme une rosée qui vient de l'Eternel, Comme des gouttes d'eau sur l'herbe: Elles ne comptent pas sur l'homme, Elles ne dépendent pas des enfants des hommes.(F) Mic 5:7 Und es werden die übrigen aus Jakob unter vielen Völkern sein, wie ein Tau vom HERRN und wie die Tröpflein aufs Gras, das auf niemand harrt noch auf Menschen wartet.(D) Mic 5:7 καὶ ἔσται τὸ ὑπόλειμμα τοῦ Ιακωβ ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν ἐν μέσῳ λαῶν πολλῶν ὡς δρόσος παρὰ κυρίου πίπτουσα καὶ ὡς ἄρνες ἐπὶ ἄγρωστιν ὅπως μὴ συναχθῇ μηδεὶς μηδὲ ὑποστῇ ἐν υἱοῖς ἀνθρώπων(lxx) Mic 5:7 Then the remnant of Jacob Shall be in the midst of many peoples, Like dew from the Lord, Like showers on the grass, That tarry for no man Nor wait for the sons of men.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:8 ============ Mic 5:8 The remnant of Jacob Will be among the nations, Among many peoples Like a lion among the beasts of the forest, Like a young lion among flocks of sheep, Which, if he passes through, Tramples down and tears, And there is none to rescue.(nasb) Mic 5:8 Et erunt reliquiæ Jacob in gentibus, in medio populorum multorum, quasi leo in jumentis silvarum, et quasi catulus leonis in gregibus pecorum, qui cum transierit, et conculcaverit, et ceperit, non est qui eruat.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:8 Y el remanente de Jacob será entre los gentiles, en medio de muchos pueblos, como el león entre las bestias de la selva, como el cachorro del león entre los rebaños de ovejas, el cual si pasa, pisotea y desgarra, y no hay quien pueda librar.(E) Michée 5:8 Le reste de Jacob sera parmi les nations, Au milieu des peuples nombreux, Comme un lion parmi les bêtes de la forêt, Comme un lionceau parmi les troupeaux de brebis: Lorsqu'il passe, il foule et déchire, Et personne ne délivre.(F) Mic 5:8 Ja, die übrigen aus Jakob werden unter den Heiden bei vielen Völkern sein wie ein Löwe unter den Tieren im Walde, wie ein junger Löwe unter einer Herde Schafe, welchem niemand wehren kann, wenn er dadurch geht, zertritt und zerreißt.(D) Mic 5:8 καὶ ἔσται τὸ ὑπόλειμμα τοῦ Ιακωβ ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν ἐν μέσῳ λαῶν πολλῶν ὡς λέων ἐν κτήνεσιν ἐν τῷ δρυμῷ καὶ ὡς σκύμνος ἐν ποιμνίοις προβάτων ὃν τρόπον ὅταν διέλθῃ καὶ διαστείλας ἁρπάσῃ καὶ μὴ ᾖ ὁ ἐξαιρούμενος(lxx) Mic 5:8 And the remnant of Jacob Shall be among the Gentiles, In the midst of many peoples, Like a lion among the beasts of the forest, Like a young lion among flocks of sheep, Who, if he passes through, Both treads down and tears in pieces, And none can deliver.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:9 ============ Mic 5:9 Your hand will be lifted up against your adversaries, And all your enemies will be cut off.(nasb) Mic 5:9 Exaltabitur manus tua super hostes tuos, et omnes inimici tui interibunt.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:9 Tu mano se alzará sobre tus adversarios, y todos tus enemigos serán cortados.(E) Michée 5:9 Que ta main se lève sur tes adversaires, Et que tous tes ennemis soient exterminés!(F) Mic 5:9 Denn deine Hand wird siegen wider alle deine Widersacher, daß alle deine Feinde müssen ausgerottet werden.(D) Mic 5:9 ὑψωθήσεται ἡ χείρ σου ἐπὶ τοὺς θλίβοντάς σε καὶ πάντες οἱ ἐχθροί σου ἐξολεθρευθήσονται(lxx) Mic 5:9 Your hand shall be lifted against your adversaries, And all your enemies shall be cut off.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:10 ============ Mic 5:10 "It will be in that day," declares the Lord, "That I will cut off your horses from among you And destroy your chariots.(nasb) Mic 5:10 Et erit in die illa, dicit Dominus: auferam equos tuos de medio tui, et disperdam quadrigas tuas.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:10 Y acontecerá en aquel día, dice Jehová, que exterminaré tus caballos de en medio de ti, y destruiré tus carros.(E) Michée 5:10 En ce jour-là, dit l'Eternel, J'exterminerai du milieu de toi tes chevaux, Et je détruirai tes chars;(F) Mic 5:10 Zur selben Zeit, spricht der HERR, will ich deine Rosse von dir tun und deine Wagen zunichte machen;(D) Mic 5:10 καὶ ἔσται ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ λέγει κύριος ἐξολεθρεύσω τοὺς ἵππους σου ἐκ μέσου σου καὶ ἀπολῶ τὰ ἅρματά σου(lxx) Mic 5:10 "And it shall be in that day," says the Lord, "That I will cut off your horses from your midst And destroy your chariots.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:11 ============ Mic 5:11 "I will also cut off the cities of your land And tear down all your fortifications.(nasb) Mic 5:11 Et perdam civitates terræ tuæ, et destruam omnes munitiones tuas:(vulgate) Miqueas 5:11 Y destruiré las ciudades de tu tierra, y derribaré todas tus fortalezas.(E) Michée 5:11 J'exterminerai les villes de ton pays, Et je renverserai toutes tes forteresses;(F) Mic 5:11 und will die Städte deines Landes ausrotten und alle deine Festen zerbrechen.(D) Mic 5:11 καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω τὰς πόλεις τῆς γῆς σου καὶ ἐξαρῶ πάντα τὰ ὀχυρώματά σου(lxx) Mic 5:11 I will cut off the cities of your land And throw down all your strongholds.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:12 ============ Mic 5:12 "I will cut off sorceries from your hand, And you will have fortune-tellers no more.(nasb) Mic 5:12 et auferam maleficia de manu tua, et divinationes non erunt in te:(vulgate) Miqueas 5:12 Asimismo destruiré de tu mano las hechicerías, y no se hallarán en ti agoreros.(E) Michée 5:12 J'exterminerai de ta main les enchantements, Et tu n'auras plus de magiciens;(F) Mic 5:12 Und will die Zauberer bei dir ausrotten, daß keine Zeichendeuter bei dir bleiben sollen.(D) Mic 5:12 καὶ ἐξαρῶ τὰ φάρμακά σου ἐκ τῶν χειρῶν σου καὶ ἀποφθεγγόμενοι οὐκ ἔσονται ἐν σοί(lxx) Mic 5:12 I will cut off sorceries from your hand, And you shall have no soothsayers.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:13 ============ Mic 5:13 "I will cut off your carved images And your sacred pillars from among you, So that you will no longer bow down To the work of your hands.(nasb) Mic 5:13 et perire faciam sculptilia tua et statuas tuas de medio tui, et non adorabis ultra opera manuum tuarum:(vulgate) Miqueas 5:13 Y destruiré tus esculturas y tus imágenes de en medio de ti, y nunca más adorarás la obra de tus manos.(E) Michée 5:13 J'exterminerai du milieu de toi tes idoles et tes statues, Et tu ne te prosterneras plus devant l'ouvrage de tes mains;(F) Mic 5:13 Ich will deine Bilder und Götzen von dir ausrotten, daß du nicht mehr sollst anbeten deiner Hände Werk.(D) Mic 5:13 καὶ ἐξολεθρεύσω τὰ γλυπτά σου καὶ τὰς στήλας σου ἐκ μέσου σου καὶ οὐκέτι μὴ προσκυνήσῃς τοῖς ἔργοις τῶν χειρῶν σου(lxx) Mic 5:13 Your carved images I will also cut off, And your sacred pillars from your midst; You shall no more worship the work of your hands;(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:14 ============ Mic 5:14 "I will root out your Asherim from among you And destroy your cities.(nasb) Mic 5:14 et evellam lucos tuos de medio tui, et conteram civitates tuas.(vulgate) Miqueas 5:14 Y arrancaré tus imágenes de Asera de en medio de ti, y destruiré tus ciudades.(E) Michée 5:14 J'exterminerai du milieu de toi tes idoles d'Astarté, Et je détruirai tes villes.(F) Mic 5:14 Und will deine Ascherabilder zerbrechen und deine Städte vertilgen.(D) Mic 5:14 καὶ ἐκκόψω τὰ ἄλση σου ἐκ μέσου σου καὶ ἀφανιῶ τὰς πόλεις σου(lxx) Mic 5:14 I will pluck your wooden images from your midst; Thus I will destroy your cities.(nkjv) ======= Micah 5:15 ============ Mic 5:15 "And I will execute vengeance in anger and wrath On the nations which have not obeyed."(nasb) Mic 5:15 Et faciam, in furore et in indignatione, ultionem in omnibus gentibus quæ non audierunt.](vulgate) Miqueas 5:15 Y con ira y con furor haré venganza en Heiden, so nicht gehorchen wollen.(D) Mic 5:15 καὶ ποιήσω ἐν ὀργῇ καὶ ἐν θυμῷ ἐκδίκησιν ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν ἀνθ᾽ ὧν οὐκ εἰσήκουσαν(lxx) Mic 5:15 And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury On the
