Today's Date: ======= Exodus 10:1 ============ Exo 10:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Go to Pharaoh, for I have hardened his heart and the heart of his servants, that I may perform these signs of Mine among them,(nas) Exo 10:1 εἶπεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων εἴσελθε πρὸς Φαραω ἐγὼ γὰρ ἐσκλήρυνα αὐτοῦ τὴν καρδίαν καὶ τῶν θεραπόντων αὐτοῦ ἵνα ἑξῆς ἐπέλθῃ τὰ σημεῖα ταῦτα ἐπ᾽ αὐτούς (lxx) Exo 10:1 Et dixit Dominus ad Moysen: Ingredere ad Pharaonem: ego enim induravi cor ejus, et servorum illius, ut faciam signa mea hæc in eo:(vulgate) 1 ׃10 וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֔ה בֹּ֖א אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֑ה כִּֽי־אֲנִ֞י הִכְבַּ֤דְתִּי אֶת־לִבּוֹ֙ וְאֶת־לֵ֣ב עֲבָדָ֔יו לְמַ֗עַן שִׁתִ֛י אֹתֹתַ֥י אֵ֖לֶּה בְּקִרְבּֽוֹ׃ Exodus Exo 10:1 Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Gehe hinein zu Pharao; denn ich habe sein und seiner Knechte Herz verhärtet, auf daß ich diese meine Zeichen unter ihnen tue,(dhs) Exo 10:1 Now the Lord said to Moses, "Go in to Pharaoh; for I have hardened his heart and the hearts of his servants, that I may show these signs of Mine before him,(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:2 ============ Exo 10:2 and that you may tell in the hearing of your son, and of your grandson, how I made a mockery of the Egyptians and how I performed My signs among them, that you may know that I am the Lord."(nas) Exo 10:2 ὅπως διηγήσησθε εἰς τὰ ὦτα τῶν τέκνων ὑμῶν καὶ τοῖς τέκνοις τῶν τέκνων ὑμῶν ὅσα ἐμπέπαιχα τοῖς Αἰγυπτίοις καὶ τὰ σημεῖά μου ἃ ἐποίησα ἐν αὐτοῖς καὶ γνώσεσθε ὅτι ἐγὼ κύριος (lxx) Exo 10:2 et narres in auribus filii tui, et nepotum tuorum, quoties contriverim Ægyptios, et signa mea fecerim in eis: et sciatis quia ego Dominus.(vulgate) 2 ׃10 וּלְמַ֡עַן תְּסַפֵּר֩ בְּאָזְנֵ֨י בִנְךָ֜ וּבֶן־בִּנְךָ֗ אֵ֣ת אֲשֶׁ֤ר הִתְעַלַּ֙לְתִּי֙ בְּמִצְרַ֔יִם וְאֶת־אֹתֹתַ֖י אֲשֶׁר־שַׂ֣מְתִּי בָ֑ם וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Exodus Exo 10:2 und daß du verkündigest vor den Ohren deiner Kinder und deiner Kindeskinder, was ich in Ägypten ausgerichtet habe und wie ich meine Zeichen unter ihnen getan habe, daß ihr wisset: Ich bin der HERR.(dhs) Exo 10:2 and that you may tell in the hearing of your son and your son's son the mighty things I have done in Egypt, and My signs which I have done among them, that you may know that I am the Lord."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:3 ============ Exo 10:3 Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and said to him, "Thus says the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, 'How long will you refuse to humble yourself before Me? Let My people go, that they may serve Me.(nas) Exo 10:3 εἰσῆλθεν δὲ Μωυσῆς καὶ Ααρων ἐναντίον Φαραω καὶ εἶπαν αὐτῷ τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς τῶν Εβραίων ἕως τίνος οὐ βούλει ἐντραπῆναί με ἐξαπόστειλον τὸν λαόν μου ἵνα λατρεύσωσίν μοι (lxx) Exo 10:3 Introierunt ergo Moyses et Aaron ad Pharaonem, et dixerunt ei: Hæc dicit Dominus Deus Hebræorum: Usquequo non vis subjici mihi? dimitte populum meum, ut sacrificet mihi.(vulgate) 3 ׃10 וַיָּבֹ֨א מֹשֶׁ֣ה וְאַהֲרֹן֮ אֶל־פַּרְעֹה֒ וַיֹּאמְר֣וּ אֵלָ֗יו כֹּֽה־אָמַ֤ר יְהוָה֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י הָֽעִבְרִ֔ים עַד־מָתַ֣י מֵאַ֔נְתָּ לֵעָנֹ֖ת מִפָּנָ֑י שַׁלַּ֥ח עַמִּ֖י וְיַֽעַבְדֻֽנִי׃ Exodus Exo 10:3 Also gingen Mose und Aaron hinein zu Pharao und sprachen zu ihm: So spricht der HERR, der Hebräer Gott: Wie lange weigerst du dich, dich vor mir zu demütigen, daß du mein Volk lassest, mir zu dienen?(dhs) Exo 10:3 So Moses and Aaron came in to Pharaoh and said to him, "Thus says the Lord God of the Hebrews: 'How long will you refuse to humble yourself before Me? Let My people go, that they may serve Me.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:4 ============ Exo 10:4 For if you refuse to let My people go, behold, tomorrow I will bring locusts into your territory.(nas) Exo 10:4 ἐὰν δὲ μὴ θέλῃς σὺ ἐξαποστεῖλαι τὸν λαόν μου ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐπάγω ταύτην τὴν ὥραν αὔριον ἀκρίδα πολλὴν ἐπὶ πάντα τὰ ὅριά σου (lxx) Exo 10:4 Sin autem resistis, et non vis dimittere eum: ecce ego inducam cras locustam in fines tuos:(vulgate) 4 ׃10 כִּ֛י אִם־מָאֵ֥ן אַתָּ֖ה לְשַׁלֵּ֣חַ אֶת־עַמִּ֑י הִנְנִ֨י מֵבִ֥יא מָחָ֛ר אַרְבֶּ֖ה בִּגְבֻלֶֽךָ׃ Exodus Exo 10:4 Weigerst du dich, mein Volk zu lassen, siehe, so will ich morgen Heuschrecken kommen lassen an allen Orten,(dhs) Exo 10:4 Or else, if you refuse to let My people go, behold, tomorrow I will bring locusts into your territory.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:5 ============ Exo 10:5 They shall cover the surface of the land, so that no one will be able to see the land. They will also eat the rest of what has escaped--what is left to you from the hail--and they will eat every tree which sprouts for you out of the field.(nas) Exo 10:5 καὶ καλύψει τὴν ὄψιν τῆς γῆς καὶ οὐ δυνήσῃ κατιδεῖν τὴν γῆν καὶ κατέδεται πᾶν τὸ περισσὸν τῆς γῆς τὸ καταλειφθέν ὃ κατέλιπεν ὑμῖν ἡ χάλαζα καὶ κατέδεται πᾶν ξύλον τὸ φυόμενον ὑμῖν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς (lxx) Exo 10:5 quæ operiat superficiem terræ, ne quidquam ejus appareat, sed comedatur quod residuum fuerit grandini: corrodet enim omnia ligna quæ germinant in agris.(vulgate) 5 ׃10 וְכִסָּה֙ אֶת־עֵ֣ין הָאָ֔רֶץ וְלֹ֥א יוּכַ֖ל לִרְאֹ֣ת אֶת־הָאָ֑רֶץ וְאָכַ֣ל ׀ אֶת־יֶ֣תֶר הַפְּלֵטָ֗ה הַנִּשְׁאֶ֤רֶת לָכֶם֙ מִן־הַבָּרָ֔ד וְאָכַל֙ אֶת־כָּל־הָעֵ֔ץ הַצֹּמֵ֥חַ לָכֶ֖ם מִן־הַשָּׂדֶֽה׃ Exodus Exo 10:5 daß sie das Land bedecken, also daß man das Land nicht sehen könne; und sie sollen fressen, was euch übrig und errettet ist vor dem Hagel, und sollen alle grünenden Bäume fressen auf dem Felde(dhs) Exo 10:5 And they shall cover the face of the earth, so that no one will be able to see the earth; and they shall eat the residue of what is left, which remains to you from the hail, and they shall eat every tree which grows up for you out of the field.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:6 ============ Exo 10:6 Then your houses shall be filled and the houses of all your servants and the houses of all the Egyptians, something which neither your fathers nor your grandfathers have seen, from the day that they came upon the earth until this day.'" And he turned and went out from Pharaoh.(nas) Exo 10:6 καὶ πλησθήσονταί σου αἱ οἰκίαι καὶ αἱ οἰκίαι τῶν θεραπόντων σου καὶ πᾶσαι αἱ οἰκίαι ἐν πάσῃ γῇ τῶν Αἰγυπτίων ἃ οὐδέποτε ἑωράκασιν οἱ πατέρες σου οὐδὲ οἱ πρόπαπποι αὐτῶν ἀφ᾽ ἧς ἡμέρας γεγόνασιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης καὶ ἐκκλίνας Μωυσῆς ἐξῆλθεν ἀπὸ Φαραω (lxx) Exo 10:6 Et implebunt domos tuas, et servorum tuorum, et omnium Ægyptiorum, quantam non viderunt patres tui, et avi, ex quo orti sunt super terram, usque in præsentem diem. Avertitque se, et egressus est a Pharaone.(vulgate) 6 ׃10 וּמָלְא֨וּ בָתֶּ֜יךָ וּבָתֵּ֣י כָל־עֲבָדֶיךָ֮ וּבָתֵּ֣י כָל־מִצְרַיִם֒ אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹֽא־רָא֤וּ אֲבֹתֶ֙יךָ֙ וַאֲב֣וֹת אֲבֹתֶ֔יךָ מִיּ֗וֹם הֱיוֹתָם֙ עַל־הָ֣אֲדָמָ֔ה עַ֖ד הַיּ֣וֹם הַזֶּ֑ה וַיִּ֥פֶן וַיֵּצֵ֖א מֵעִ֥ם פַּרְעֹֽה׃ Exodus Exo 10:6 und sollen erfüllen dein Haus, aller deiner Knechte Häuser und aller Ägypter Häuser, desgleichen nicht gesehen haben deine Väter und deiner Väter Väter, seitdem sie auf Erden gewesen bis auf diesen Tag. Und er wandte sich und ging von Pharao hinaus.(dhs) Exo 10:6 They shall fill your houses, the houses of all your servants, and the houses of all the Egyptians--which neither your fathers nor your fathers' fathers have seen, since the day that they were on the earth to this day.' " And he turned and went out from Pharaoh.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:7 ============ Exo 10:7 Pharaoh's servants said to him, "How long will this man be a snare to us? Let the men go, that they may serve the Lord their God. Do you not realize that Egypt is destroyed?"(nas) Exo 10:7 καὶ λέγουσιν οἱ θεράποντες Φαραω πρὸς αὐτόν ἕως τίνος ἔσται τοῦτο ἡμῖν σκῶλον ἐξαπόστειλον τοὺς ἀνθρώπους ὅπως λατρεύσωσιν τῷ θεῷ αὐτῶν ἢ εἰδέναι βούλει ὅτι ἀπόλωλεν Αἴγυπτος (lxx) Exo 10:7 Dixerunt autem servi Pharaonis ad eum: Usquequo patiemur hoc scandalum? dimitte homines, ut sacrificent Domino Deo suo; nonne vides quod perierit Ægyptus?(vulgate) 7 ׃10 וַיֹּאמְרוּ֩ עַבְדֵ֨י פַרְעֹ֜ה אֵלָ֗יו עַד־מָתַי֙ יִהְיֶ֨ה זֶ֥ה לָ֙נוּ֙ לְמוֹקֵ֔שׁ שַׁלַּח֙ אֶת־הָ֣אֲנָשִׁ֔ים וְיַֽעַבְד֖וּ אֶת־יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֑ם הֲטֶ֣רֶם תֵּדַ֔ע כִּ֥י אָבְדָ֖ה מִצְרָֽיִם׃ Exodus Exo 10:7 Da sprachen die Knechte Pharaos zu ihm: Wie lange sollen wir mit diesem Manne geplagt sein? Laß die Leute ziehen, daß sie dem HERRN, ihrem Gott, dienen. Willst du zuvor erfahren daß Ägypten untergegangen sei?(dhs) Exo 10:7 Then Pharaoh's servants said to him, "How long shall this man be a snare to us? Let the men go, that they may serve the Lord their God. Do you not yet know that Egypt is destroyed?"(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:8 ============ Exo 10:8 So Moses and Aaron were brought back to Pharaoh, and he said to them, "Go, serve the Lord your God! Who are the ones that are going?"(nas) Exo 10:8 καὶ ἀπέστρεψαν τόν τε Μωυσῆν καὶ Ααρων πρὸς Φαραω καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς πορεύεσθε καὶ λατρεύσατε τῷ θεῷ ὑμῶν τίνες δὲ καὶ τίνες εἰσὶν οἱ πορευόμενοι (lxx) Exo 10:8 Revocaveruntque Moysen et Aaron ad Pharaonem: qui dixit eis: Ite, sacrificate Domino Deo vestro: quinam sunt qui ituri sunt?(vulgate) 8 ׃10 וַיּוּשַׁ֞ב אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֤ה וְאֶֽת־אַהֲרֹן֙ אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֔ה וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵהֶ֔ם לְכ֥וּ עִבְד֖וּ אֶת־יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֑ם מִ֥י וָמִ֖י הַהֹלְכִֽים׃ Exodus Exo 10:8 Mose und Aaron wurden wieder zu Pharao gebracht; der sprach zu ihnen: Gehet hin und dienet dem HERRN, eurem Gott. Welche sind es aber, die hinziehen sollen?(dhs) Exo 10:8 So Moses and Aaron were brought again to Pharaoh, and he said to them, "Go, serve the Lord your God. Who are the ones that are going?"(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:9 ============ Exo 10:9 Moses said, "We shall go with our young and our old; with our sons and our daughters, with our flocks and our herds we shall go, for we must hold a feast to the Lord."(nas) Exo 10:9 καὶ λέγει Μωυσῆς σὺν τοῖς νεανίσκοις καὶ πρεσβυτέροις πορευσόμεθα σὺν τοῖς υἱοῖς καὶ θυγατράσιν καὶ προβάτοις καὶ βουσὶν ἡμῶν ἔστιν γὰρ ἑορτὴ κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ἡμῶν (lxx) Exo 10:9 Ait Moyses: Cum parvulis nostris, et senioribus pergemus, cum filiis et filiabus, cum ovibus et armentis: est enim solemnitas Domini Dei nostri.(vulgate) 9 ׃10 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֔ה בִּנְעָרֵ֥ינוּ וּבִזְקֵנֵ֖ינוּ נֵלֵ֑ךְ בְּבָנֵ֨ינוּ וּבִבְנוֹתֵ֜נוּ בְּצֹאנֵ֤נוּ וּבִבְקָרֵ֙נוּ֙ נֵלֵ֔ךְ כִּ֥י חַג־יְהוָ֖ה לָֽנוּ׃ Exodus Exo 10:9 Mose sprach: Wir wollen hinziehen mit jung und alt, mit Söhnen und Töchtern, mit Schafen und Rindern; denn wir haben ein Fest des HERRN.(dhs) Exo 10:9 And Moses said, "We will go with our young and our old; with our sons and our daughters, with our flocks and our herds we will go, for we must hold a feast to the Lord."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:10 ============ Exo 10:10 Then he said to them, "Thus may the Lord be with you, if ever I let you and your little ones go! Take heed, for evil is in your mind.(nas) Exo 10:10 καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς ἔστω οὕτως κύριος μεθ᾽ ὑμῶν καθότι ἀποστέλλω ὑμᾶς μὴ καὶ τὴν ἀποσκευὴν ὑμῶν ἴδετε ὅτι πονηρία πρόκειται ὑμῖν (lxx) Exo 10:10 Et respondit Pharao: Sic Dominus sit vobiscum, quomodo ego dimittam vos, et parvulos vestros, cui dubium est quod pessime cogitetis?(vulgate) 10 ׃10 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵהֶ֗ם יְהִ֨י כֵ֤ן יְהוָה֙ עִמָּכֶ֔ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר אֲשַׁלַּ֥ח אֶתְכֶ֖ם וְאֶֽת־טַפְּכֶ֑ם רְא֕וּ כִּ֥י רָעָ֖ה נֶ֥גֶד פְּנֵיכֶֽם׃ Exodus Exo 10:10 Er sprach zu ihnen: O ja, der HERR sei mit euch! Sollte ich euch und eure Kinder dazu ziehen lassen? Sehet da, ob ihr nicht Böses vorhabt!(dhs) Exo 10:10 Then he said to them, "The Lord had better be with you when I let you and your little ones go! Beware, for evil is ahead of you.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:11 ============ Exo 10:11 Not so! Go now, the men among you, and serve the Lord, for that is what you desire." So they were driven out from Pharaoh's presence.(nas) Exo 10:11 μὴ οὕτως πορευέσθωσαν δὲ οἱ ἄνδρες καὶ λατρεύσατε τῷ θεῷ τοῦτο γὰρ αὐτοὶ ζητεῖτε ἐξέβαλον δὲ αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ προσώπου Φαραω (lxx) Exo 10:11 non fiet ita, sed ite tantum viri, et sacrificate Domino: hoc enim et ipsi petistis. Statimque ejecti sunt de conspectu Pharaonis.(vulgate) 11 ׃10 לֹ֣א כֵ֗ן לְכֽוּ־נָ֤א הַגְּבָרִים֙ וְעִבְד֣וּ אֶת־יְהוָ֔ה כִּ֥י אֹתָ֖הּ אַתֶּ֣ם מְבַקְשִׁ֑ים וַיְגָ֣רֶשׁ אֹתָ֔ם מֵאֵ֖ת פְּנֵ֥י פַרְעֹֽה׃ פ Exodus Exo 10:11 Nicht also, sondern ihr Männer ziehet hin und dienet dem HERRN; denn das habt ihr auch gesucht. Und man stieß sie heraus von Pharao.(dhs) Exo 10:11 Not so! Go now, you who are men, and serve the Lord, for that is what you desired." And they were driven out from Pharaoh's presence.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:12 ============ Exo 10:12 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come up on the land of Egypt and eat every plant of the land, even all that the hail has left."(nas) Exo 10:12 εἶπεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν ἔκτεινον τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ γῆν Αἰγύπτου καὶ ἀναβήτω ἀκρὶς ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ κατέδεται πᾶσαν βοτάνην τῆς γῆς καὶ πάντα τὸν καρπὸν τῶν ξύλων ὃν ὑπελίπετο ἡ χάλαζα (lxx) Exo 10:12 Dixit autem Dominus ad Moysen: Extende manum tuam super terram Ægypti ad locustam, ut ascendat super eam, et devoret omnem herbam quæ residua fuerit grandini.(vulgate) 12 ׃10 וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֗ה נְטֵ֨ה יָדְךָ֜ עַל־אֶ֤רֶץ מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ בָּֽאַרְבֶּ֔ה וְיַ֖עַל עַל־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וְיֹאכַל֙ אֶת־כָּל־עֵ֣שֶׂב הָאָ֔רֶץ אֵ֛ת כָּל־אֲשֶׁ֥ר הִשְׁאִ֖יר הַבָּרָֽד׃ Exodus Exo 10:12 Da sprach der HERR zu Mose: Recke deine Hand über Ägyptenland, daß Heuschrecken auf Ägyptenland kommen und fressen alles Kraut im Lande auf samt allem dem, was der Hagel übriggelassen hat.(dhs) Exo 10:12 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land--all that the hail has left."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:13 ============ Exo 10:13 So Moses stretched out his staff over the land of Egypt, and the Lord directed an east wind on the land all that day and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.(nas) Exo 10:13 καὶ ἐπῆρεν Μωυσῆς τὴν ῥάβδον εἰς τὸν οὐρανόν καὶ κύριος ἐπήγαγεν ἄνεμον νότον ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν ἐκείνην καὶ ὅλην τὴν νύκτα τὸ πρωὶ ἐγενήθη καὶ ὁ ἄνεμος ὁ νότος ἀνέλαβεν τὴν ἀκρίδα (lxx) Exo 10:13 Et extendit Moyses virgam super terram Ægypti: et Dominus induxit ventum urentem tota die illa et nocte: et mane facto, ventus urens levavit locustas.(vulgate) 13 ׃10 וַיֵּ֨ט מֹשֶׁ֣ה אֶת־מַטֵּהוּ֮ עַל־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַיִם֒ וֽ͏ַיהוָ֗ה נִהַ֤ג רֽוּחַ־קָדִים֙ בָּאָ֔רֶץ כָּל־הַיּ֥וֹם הַה֖וּא וְכָל־הַלָּ֑יְלָה הַבֹּ֣קֶר הָיָ֔ה וְר֙וּחַ֙ הַקָּדִ֔ים נָשָׂ֖א אֶת־הָאַרְבֶּֽה׃ Exodus Exo 10:13 Mose reckte seinen Stab über Ägyptenland; und der HERR trieb einen Ostwind ins Land den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht; und des Morgens führte der Ostwind die Heuschrecken her.(dhs) Exo 10:13 So Moses stretched out his rod over the land of Egypt, and the Lord brought an east wind on the land all that day and all that night. When it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:14 ============ Exo 10:14 The locusts came up over all the land of Egypt and settled in all the territory of Egypt; they were very numerous. They were very severe; previously there had been no such locusts as they, nor shall there be such after them.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:15 ============ Exo 10:15 For they covered the surface of the whole land, so that the land was darkened; and they ate every plant of the land and all the fruit of the trees that the hail had left. Thus nothing green was left on tree or plant of the field through all the land of Egypt.(nas) Exo 10:15 καὶ ἐκάλυψεν τὴν ὄψιν τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐφθάρη ἡ γῆ καὶ κατέφαγεν πᾶσαν βοτάνην τῆς γῆς καὶ πάντα τὸν καρπὸν τῶν ξύλων ὃς ὑπελείφθη ἀπὸ τῆς χαλάζης οὐχ ὑπελείφθη χλωρὸν οὐδὲν ἐν τοῖς ξύλοις καὶ ἐν πάσῃ βοτάνῃ τοῦ πεδίου ἐν πάσῃ γῇ Αἰγύπτου (lxx) Exo 10:15 Operueruntque universam superficiem terræ, vastantes omnia. And until we arrive there, we ourselves do not know with what we shall serve the Lord."(nas) Exo 10:26 καὶ τὰ κτήνη ἡμῶν πορεύσεται μεθ᾽ ἡμῶν καὶ οὐχ ὑπολειψόμεθα ὁπλήν ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν γὰρ λημψόμεθα λατρεῦσαι κυρίῳ τῷ θεῷ ἡμῶν ἡμεῖς δὲ οὐκ οἴδαμεν τί λατρεύσωμεν κυρίῳ τῷ θεῷ ἡμῶν ἕως τοῦ ἐλθεῖν ἡμᾶς ἐκεῖ (lxx) Exo 10:26 Cuncti greges pergent nobiscum; non remanebit ex eis ungula: quæ necessaria sunt in cultum Domini Dei nostri: præsertim cum ignoremus quid debeat immolari, donec ad ipsum locum perveniamus.(vulgate) 26 ׃10 וְגַם־מִקְנֵ֜נוּ יֵלֵ֣ךְ עִמָּ֗נוּ לֹ֤א תִשָּׁאֵר֙ פַּרְסָ֔ה כִּ֚י מִמֶּ֣נּוּ נִקַּ֔ח לַעֲבֹ֖ד אֶת־יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ וַאֲנַ֣חְנוּ לֹֽא־נֵדַ֗ע מַֽה־נַּעֲבֹד֙ אֶת־יְהוָ֔ה עַד־בֹּאֵ֖נוּ שָֽׁמָּה׃ Exodus Exo 10:26 Unser Vieh soll mit uns gehen und nicht eine Klaue dahintenbleiben; denn wir wissen nicht, womit wir dem HERRN dienen sollen, bis wir dahin kommen.(dhs) Exo 10:26 Our livestock also shall go with us; not a hoof shall be left behind. Beware, do not see my face again, for in the day you see my face you shall die!"(nas) Exo 10:28 καὶ λέγει Φαραω ἄπελθε ἀπ᾽ ἐμοῦ πρόσεχε σεαυτῷ ἔτι προσθεῖναι ἰδεῖν μου τὸ πρόσωπον ᾗ δ᾽ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ ὀφθῇς μοι ἀποθανῇ (lxx) Exo 10:28 Dixitque Pharao ad Moysen: Recede a me, et cave ne ultra videas faciem meam: quocumque die apparueris mihi, morieris.(vulgate) 28 ׃10 וַיֹּֽאמֶר־ל֥וֹ פַרְעֹ֖ה לֵ֣ךְ מֵעָלָ֑י הִשָּׁ֣מֶר לְךָ֗ אֶל־תֹּ֙סֶף֙ רְא֣וֹת פָּנַ֔י כִּ֗י בְּי֛וֹם רְאֹתְךָ֥ פָנַ֖י תָּמֽוּת׃ Exodus Exo 10:28 Und Pharao sprach zu ihm: Gehe von mir und hüte dich, daß du nicht mehr vor meine Augen kommst; denn welches Tages du vor meine Augen kommst, sollst du sterben.(dhs) Exo 10:28 Then Pharaoh said to him, "Get away from me! Take heed to yourself and see my face no more! For in the day you see my face you shall die!"(nkjv) ======= Exodus 10:29 ============ Exo 10:29 Moses said, "You are right; I shall never see your face again!"(nas) Exo 10:29 λέγει δὲ Μωυσῆς εἴρηκας οὐκέτι ὀφθήσομαί σοι εἰς πρόσωπον (lxx) Exo 10:29 Respondit Moyses: Ita fiet ut locutus es: non videbo ultra faciem tuam.(vulgate) 29 ׃10 וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה כֵּ֣ן דִּבַּ֑רְתָּ לֹא־אֹסִ֥ף ע֖וֹד רְא֥וֹת פָּנֶֽיךָ׃ פ Exodus Exo 10:29 Mose antwortete: Wie du gesagt hast; ich will nicht mehr vor deine Augen kommen.(dhs) Exo 10:29 And Moses said, "You have spoken well.
