(Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:1 Et ascendens in naviculam, transfretavit, et venit in civitatem suam.(vulgate) וַיֵּרֶד בָּאֳנִיָּה וַיַּעֲבֹר וַיָּבֹא אֶל־עִירוֹ׃ א Matthew Mat 9:1 Da trat er in das Schiff und fuhr wieder herüber und kam in seine Stadt.(dhs) Mat 9:1 So He got into a boat, crossed over, and came to His own city.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:2 ============ Mat 9:2 And they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. Seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralytic, "Take courage, son; your sins are forgiven."(nas) Mat 9:2 καὶ ἰδοὺ προσέφερον αὐτῶ παραλυτικὸν ἐπὶ κλίνης βεβλημένον. καὶ ἰδὼν ὁ ἰησοῦς τὴν πίστιν αὐτῶν εἶπεν τῶ παραλυτικῶ, θάρσει, τέκνον· ἀφίενταί σου αἱ ἁμαρτίαι. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:2 Et ecce offerebant ei paralyticum jacentem in lecto. Et videns Jesus fidem illorum, dixit paralytico: Confide fili, remittuntur tibi peccata tua.(vulgate) וְהִנֵּה הֵבִיאוּ אֵלָיו אִישׁ נְכֵה עֲצָמוֹת שֹׁכֵב עַל־הַמִּטָּה וּבִרְאוֹת יֵשׁוּעַ אֶת־אֱמוּנָתָם אָמַר אֶל־נְכֵה הָעֲצָמוֹת חֲזַק בְּנִי נִסְלְחוּ־לְךָ חַטֹּאתֶיךָ׃ ב Matthew Mat 9:2 Und siehe, da brachten sie zu ihm einen Gichtbrüchigen, der lag auf einem Bett. Da nun Jesus ihren Glauben sah, sprach er zu dem Gichtbrüchigen: Sei getrost, mein Sohn; deine Sünden sind dir vergeben.(dhs) Mat 9:2 Then behold, they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:3 ============ Mat 9:3 And some of the scribes said to themselves, "This fellow blasphemes."(nas) Mat 9:3 καὶ ἰδού τινες τῶν γραμματέων εἶπαν ἐν ἑαυτοῖς, οὖτος βλασφημεῖ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:3 Et ecce quidam de scribis dixerunt intra se: Hic blasphemat.(vulgate) וְשָׁם אֲנָשִׁים סוֹפְרִים אָמְרוּ בְלִבָּם הָאִישׁ הַזֶּה מְגַדֵּף הוּא׃ ג Matthew Mat 9:3 Und siehe, etliche unter den Schriftgelehrten sprachen bei sich selbst: Dieser lästert Gott.(dhs) Mat 9:3 And at once some of the scribes said within themselves, "This Man blasphemes!"(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:4 ============ Mat 9:4 And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, "Why are you thinking evil in your hearts?(nas) Mat 9:4 καὶ ἰδὼν ὁ ἰησοῦς τὰς ἐνθυμήσεις αὐτῶν εἶπεν, ἱνατί ἐνθυμεῖσθε πονηρὰ ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις ὑμῶν; (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:4 Et cum vidisset Jesus cogitationes eorum, dixit: Ut quid cogitatis mala in cordibus vestris?(vulgate) וַיֵּדַע יֵשׁוּעַ אֶת־מַחְשְׁבֹתָם וַיֹּאמַר מַדּוּעַ תֶּהְגּוּ רָעוֹת בִּלְבַבְכֶם׃ ד Matthew Mat 9:4 Da aber Jesus ihre Gedanken sah, sprach er: Warum denkt ihr so arges in euren Herzen?(dhs) Mat 9:4 But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, "Why do you think evil in your hearts?(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:5 ============ Mat 9:5 Which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven,' or to say, 'Get up, and walk'?(nas) Mat 9:5 τί γάρ ἐστιν εὐκοπώτερον, εἰπεῖν, ἀφίενταί σου αἱ ἁμαρτίαι, ἢ εἰπεῖν, ἔγειρε καὶ περιπάτει; (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:5 Quid est facilius dicere: Dimittuntur tibi peccata tua: an dicere: Surge, et ambula?(vulgate) כִּי מָה נָקֵל אִם לֵאמֹר נִסְלְחוּ־לְךָ חַטֹּאתֶיךָ אוֹ לֵאמֹר קוּם וְהִתְהַלָּךְ׃ ה Matthew Mat 9:5 Welches ist leichter: zu sagen: Dir sind deine Sünden vergeben, oder zu sagen: Stehe auf und wandle?(dhs) Mat 9:5 For which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven you,' or to say, 'Arise and walk'?(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:6 ============ Mat 9:6 But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins"--then He said to the paralytic, "Get up, pick up your bed and go home."(nas) Mat 9:6 ἵνα δὲ εἰδῆτε ὅτι ἐξουσίαν ἔχει ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἀφιέναι ἁμαρτίας _ τότε λέγει τῶ παραλυτικῶ, ἐγερθεὶς ἆρόν σου τὴν κλίνην καὶ ὕπαγε εἰς τὸν οἶκόν σου. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:6 Ut autem sciatis, quia Filius hominis habet potestatem in terra dimittendi peccata, tunc ait paralytico: Surge, tolle lectum tuum, et vade in domum tuam.(vulgate) אַךְ לְמַעַן תֵּדְעוּן כִּי יֵשׁ רִשְׁיוֹן לְבֶן־הָאָדָם בָּאָרֶץ לִסְלֹחַ חַטָּאִים אָז אָמַר אֶל־נְכֵה הָעֲצָמוֹת קוּם שָׂא אֶת־מִטָּתְךָ וְלֶךְ־לְךָ אֶל־בֵּיתֶךָ׃ ו Matthew Mat 9:6 Auf das ihr aber wisset, daß des Menschen Sohn Macht habe, auf Erden die Sünden zu vergeben (sprach er zu dem Gichtbrüchigen): Stehe auf, hebe dein Bett auf und gehe heim!(dhs) Mat 9:6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins"--then He said to the paralytic, "Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:7 ============ Mat 9:7 And he got up and went home.(nas) Mat 9:7 καὶ ἐγερθεὶς ἀπῆλθεν εἰς τὸν οἶκον αὐτοῦ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:7 Et surrexit, et abiit in domum suam.(vulgate) וַיָּקָם וַיֵּלֶךְ אֶל־בֵּיתוֹ׃ ז Matthew Mat 9:7 Und er stand auf und ging heim.(dhs) Mat 9:7 And he arose and departed to his house.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:8 ============ Mat 9:8 But when the crowds saw this, they were awestruck, and glorified God, who had given such authority to men.(nas) Mat 9:8 ἰδόντες δὲ οἱ ὄχλοι ἐφοβήθησαν καὶ ἐδόξασαν τὸν θεὸν τὸν δόντα ἐξουσίαν τοιαύτην τοῖς ἀνθρώποις. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:8 Videntes autem turbæ timuerunt, et glorificaverunt Deum, qui dedit potestatem talem hominibus.~(vulgate) וַיִּרְאוּ הֲמוֹן הָעָם וַיִשְׁתּוֹמֲמוּ וַיִּתְּנוּ כָבוֹד לֵאלֹהִים אֲשֶׁר נָתַן שִׁלְטוֹן כָּזֶה לִבְנֵי־אָדָם׃ ח Matthew Mat 9:8 Da das Volk das sah, verwunderte es sich und pries Gott, der solche Macht den Menschen gegeben hat.(dhs) Mat 9:8 Now when the multitudes saw it, they marveled and glorified God, who had given such power to men.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:9 ============ Mat 9:9 As Jesus went on from there, He saw a man called Matthew, sitting in the tax collector's booth; and He said to him, "Follow Me!" And he got up and followed Him.(nas) Mat 9:9 καὶ παράγων ὁ ἰησοῦς ἐκεῖθεν εἶδεν ἄνθρωπον καθήμενον ἐπὶ τὸ τελώνιον, μαθθαῖον λεγόμενον, καὶ λέγει αὐτῶ, ἀκολούθει μοι. καὶ ἀναστὰς ἠκολούθησεν αὐτῶ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:9 Et, cum transiret inde Jesus, vidit hominem sedentem in telonio, Matthæum nomine. Et ait illi: Sequere me. Et surgens, secutus est eum.(vulgate) וַיַּעֲבֹר יֵשׁוּעַ מִשָּׁם וַיַּרְא אִישׁ אֶחָד יֹשֵׁב בְּבֵית־הַמֶּכֶס וּשְׁמוֹ מַתִּתְיָהוּ וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו לֵךְ אַחֲרָי וַיָּקָם וַיֵּלֶךְ אַחֲרָיו׃ ט Matthew Mat 9:9 Und da Jesus von dannen ging, sah er einen Menschen am Zoll sitzen, der hieß Matthäus; und er sprach zu ihm: Folge mir! Und er stand auf und folgte ihm.(dhs) Mat 9:9 As Jesus passed on from there, He saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax office. And He said to him, "Follow Me." So he arose and followed Him.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:10 ============ Mat 9:10 Then it happened that as Jesus was reclining at the table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and were dining with Jesus and His disciples.(nas) Mat 9:10 καὶ ἐγένετο αὐτοῦ ἀνακειμένου ἐν τῇ οἰκίᾳ, καὶ ἰδοὺ πολλοὶ τελῶναι καὶ ἁμαρτωλοὶ ἐλθόντες συνανέκειντο τῶ ἰησοῦ καὶ τοῖς μαθηταῖς αὐτοῦ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:10 Et factum est, discumbente eo in domo, ecce multi publicani et peccatores venientes, discumbebant cum Jesu, et discipulis ejus.(vulgate) וַיְהִי בְּשִׁבְתּוֹ עַל־הַלֶּחֶם בְּבֵיתוֹ וְהִנֵּה מוֹכְסִים וְחַטָּאִים רַבִּים בָּאוּ וַיֵּשְׁבוּ לֶאֱכֹל עִם־יֵשׁוּעַ וְתַלְמִידָיו׃ י Matthew Mat 9:10 Und es begab sich, da er zu Tische saß im Hause, siehe, da kamen viele Zöllner und Sünder und saßen zu Tische mit Jesu und seinen Jüngern.(dhs) Mat 9:10 Now it happened, as Jesus sat at the table in the house, that behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and sat down with Him and His disciples.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:11 ============ Mat 9:11 When the Pharisees saw this, they said to His disciples, "Why is your Teacher eating with the tax collectors and sinners?"(nas) Mat 9:11 καὶ ἰδόντες οἱ φαρισαῖοι ἔλεγον τοῖς μαθηταῖς αὐτοῦ, διὰ τί μετὰ τῶν τελωνῶν καὶ ἁμαρτωλῶν ἐσθίει ὁ διδάσκαλος ὑμῶν; (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:11 Et videntes pharisæi, dicebant discipulis ejus: Quare cum publicanis et peccatoribus manducat magister vester?(vulgate) וַיִּרְאוּ הַפְּרוּשִׁים וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֶל־תַּלְמִידָיו מַדּוּעַ יֹאכַל רַבְּכֶם עִם־הַמּוֹכְסִים וְהַחַטָּאִים׃ יא Matthew Mat 9:11 Da das die Pharisäer sahen, sprachen sie zu seinen Jüngern: Warum isset euer Meister mit den Zöllnern und Sündern?(dhs) Mat 9:11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said to His disciples, "Why does your Teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?"(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:12 ============ Mat 9:12 But when Jesus heard this, He said, "It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.(nas) Mat 9:12 ὁ δὲ ἀκούσας εἶπεν, οὐ χρείαν ἔχουσιν οἱ ἰσχύοντες ἰατροῦ ἀλλ᾽ οἱ κακῶς ἔχοντες. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:12 At Jesus audiens, ait: Non est opus valentibus medicus, sed male habentibus.(vulgate) וַיִּשְׁמַע יֵשׁוּעַ וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵיהֶם הַחֲזָקִים אֵין לָהֶם דָּבָר עִם־הָרֹפֵא כִּי אִם־הַחוֹלִים׃ יב Matthew Mat 9:12 Da das Jesus hörte, sprach er zu ihnen: Die Starken bedürfen des Arztes nicht, sondern die Kranken.(dhs) Mat 9:12 When Jesus heard that, He said to them, "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:13 ============ Mat 9:13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire compassion, and not sacrifice, 'for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners."(nas) Mat 9:13 πορευθέντες δὲ μάθετε τί ἐστιν, ἔλεος θέλω καὶ οὐ θυσίαν· οὐ γὰρ ἦλθον καλέσαι δικαίους ἀλλὰ ἁμαρτωλούς. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:13 Euntes autem discite quid est: Misericordiam volo, et non sacrificium. Non enim veni vocare justos, sed peccatores.(vulgate) וְאַתֶּם לְכוּ לִמְדוּ לָדַעַת מַה־זֶּה חֶסֶד חָפַצְתִּי וְלֹא זָבַח כִּי לֹא־בָאתִי לִקְרֹא לַצַּדִּיקִים לָבֹא כִּי אִם־לַחַטָּאִים לִתְּשׁוּבָה׃ יג Matthew Mat 9:13 Gehet aber hin und lernet, was das sei: "Ich habe Wohlgefallen an Barmherzigkeit und nicht am Opfer." Ich bin gekommen die Sünder zur Buße zu rufen, und nicht die Gerechten.(dhs) Mat 9:13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice.' For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:14 ============ Mat 9:14 Then the disciples of John came to Him, asking, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast, but Your disciples do not fast?"(nas) Mat 9:14 τότε προσέρχονται αὐτῶ οἱ μαθηταὶ ἰωάννου λέγοντες, διὰ τί ἡμεῖς καὶ οἱ φαρισαῖοι νηστεύομεν [πολλά], οἱ δὲ μαθηταί σου οὐ νηστεύουσιν; (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:14 Tunc accesserunt ad eum discipuli Joannis, dicentes: Quare nos, et pharisæi, jejunamus frequenter: discipuli autem tui non jejunant?(vulgate) וַיִּגְּשׁוּ אֵלָיו תַּלְמִידֵי יוֹחָנָן וַיֹּאמְרוּ מַדּוּעַ אֲנַחְנוּ עִם־הַפְּרוּשִׁים מַרְבִּים לָצוּם וְתַלְמִידֶיךָ לֹא יָצֻמוּ׃ יד Matthew Mat 9:14 Indes kamen die Jünger des Johannes zu ihm und sprachen: Warum fasten wir und die Pharisäer so viel, und deine Jünger fasten nicht?(dhs) Mat 9:14 Then the disciples of John came to Him, saying, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but Your disciples do not fast?"(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:15 ============ Mat 9:15 And Jesus said to them, "The attendants of the bridegroom cannot mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them, can they? But the days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast.(nas) Mat 9:15 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ὁ ἰησοῦς, μὴ δύνανται οἱ υἱοὶ τοῦ νυμφῶνος πενθεῖν ἐφ᾽ ὅσον μετ᾽ αὐτῶν ἐστιν ὁ νυμφίος; ἐλεύσονται δὲ ἡμέραι ὅταν ἀπαρθῇ ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν ὁ νυμφίος, καὶ τότε νηστεύσουσιν. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:15 Et ait illis Jesus: Numquid possunt filii sponsi lugere, quamdiu cum illis est sponsus? Venient autem dies cum auferetur ab eis sponsus: et tunc jejunabunt.(vulgate) וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵיהֶם יֵשׁוּעַ הֲיִתְאַבְּלוּ קְרֻאֵי הַחֲתֻנָּה בְּעוֹד הֶחָתָן עִמָּהֶם וְהִנֵּה יָמִים יָבֹאוּ וְלֻקַּח מֵהֶם הֶחָתָן וְאָז יָצֻמוּ׃ טו Matthew Mat 9:15 Jesus sprach zu ihnen: Wie können die Hochzeitleute Leid tragen, solange der Bräutigam bei ihnen ist? Es wird aber die Zeit kommen, daß der Bräutigam von ihnen genommen wird; alsdann werden sie fasten.(dhs) Mat 9:15 And Jesus said to them, "Can the friends of the bridegroom mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them, and then they will fast.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:16 ============ Mat 9:16 But no one puts a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; for the patch pulls away from the garment, and a worse tear results.(nas) Mat 9:16 οὐδεὶς δὲ ἐπιβάλλει ἐπίβλημα ῥάκους ἀγνάφου ἐπὶ ἱματίῳ παλαιῶ· αἴρει γὰρ τὸ πλήρωμα αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ ἱματίου, καὶ χεῖρον σχίσμα γίνεται. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:16 Nemo autem immittit commissuram panni rudis in vestimentum vetus: tollit enim plenitudinem ejus a vestimento, et pejor scissura fit.(vulgate) וְאֵין תֹּפְרִים טְלָאָה חֲדָשָׁה עַל־שִׂמְלָה בָלָה פֶּן־הַטְּלָאָה בְּמִלֻּאָתָהּ תִּגְרַע מִן־הַשִּׂמְלָה וְתוֹסִיף עַל־קְרָעֶיהָ׃ טז Matthew Mat 9:16 Niemand flickt ein altes Kleid mit einem Lappen von neuem Tuch; denn der Lappen reißt doch wieder vom Kleid, und der Riß wird ärger.(dhs) Mat 9:16 No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; for the patch pulls away from the garment, and the tear is made worse.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:17 ============ Mat 9:17 Nor do people put new wine into old wineskins; otherwise the wineskins burst, and the wine pours out and the wineskins are ruined; but they put new wine into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved."(nas) Mat 9:17 οὐδὲ βάλλουσιν οἶνον νέον εἰς ἀσκοὺς παλαιούς· εἰ δὲ μή γε, ῥήγνυνται οἱ ἀσκοί, καὶ ὁ οἶνος ἐκχεῖται καὶ οἱ ἀσκοὶ ἀπόλλυνται· ἀλλὰ βάλλουσιν οἶνον νέον εἰς ἀσκοὺς καινούς, καὶ ἀμφότεροι συντηροῦνται. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:17 Neque mittunt vinum novum in utres veteres: alioquin rumpuntur utres, et vinum effunditur, et utres pereunt. Sed vinum novum in utres novos mittunt: et ambo conservantur.~(vulgate) וְתִירוֹשׁ לֹא יֻתַּן בְּנֹאדוֹת בָּלִים פֶּן־יִבָּקְעוּ הַנֹּאדוֹת וְנִשְׁפַּךְ הַיַּיִן וְהַנֹּאדוֹת יִכְלָיוּן אֲבָל תִּירוֹשׁ יֻתַּן בְּנֹאדוֹת חֲדָשִׁים וּשְׁמֻרִים יִהְיוּ שְׁנֵיהֶם׃ יז Matthew Mat 9:17 Man faßt auch nicht Most in alte Schläuche; sonst zerreißen die Schläuche und der Most wird verschüttet, und die Schläuche kommen um. Sondern man faßt Most in neue Schläuche, so werden sie beide miteinander erhalten.(dhs) Mat 9:17 Nor do they put new wine into old wineskins, or else the wineskins break, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:18 ============ Mat 9:18 While He was saying these things to them, a synagogue official came and bowed down before Him, and said, "My daughter has just died; but come and lay Your hand on her, and she will live."(nas) Mat 9:18 ταῦτα αὐτοῦ λαλοῦντος αὐτοῖς ἰδοὺ ἄρχων εἷς ἐλθὼν προσεκύνει αὐτῶ λέγων ὅτι ἡ θυγάτηρ μου ἄρτι ἐτελεύτησεν· ἀλλὰ ἐλθὼν ἐπίθες τὴν χεῖρά σου ἐπ᾽ αὐτήν, καὶ ζήσεται. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:18 Hæc illo loquente ad eos, ecce princeps unus accessit, et adorabat eum, dicens: Domine, filia mea modo defuncta est: sed veni, impone manum tuam super eam, et vivet.(vulgate) עוֹדֶנּוּ מְדַבֵּר אֲלֵיהֶם כַּדְּבָרִים הָאֵלֶּה וְהִנֵּה אַחַד הָרָאשִׁים בָּא וַיִּשְׁתַּחוּ־לוֹ לֵאמֹר בִּתִּי מֵתָה עָלַי בָּזֶה אֲבָל בֹּא וְשִׂים־נָא יָדְךָ עָלֶיהָ וְחָיֹה תִחְיֶה׃ יח Matthew Mat 9:18 Da er solches mit ihnen redete, siehe, da kam der Obersten einer und fiel vor ihm nieder und sprach: HERR, meine Tochter ist jetzt gestorben; aber komm und lege deine Hand auf sie, so wird sie lebendig.(dhs) Mat 9:18 While He spoke these things to them, behold, a ruler came and worshiped Him, saying, "My daughter has just died, but come and lay Your hand on her and she will live."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:19 ============ Mat 9:19 Jesus got up and began to follow him, and so did His disciples.(nas) Mat 9:19 καὶ ἐγερθεὶς ὁ ἰησοῦς ἠκολούθησεν αὐτῶ καὶ οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:19 Et surgens Jesus, sequebatur eum, et discipuli ejus.(vulgate) וַיָּקָם יֵשׁוּעַ וַיֵּלֶךְ עִמּוֹ הוּא וְתַלְמִידָיו׃ יט Matthew Mat 9:19 Und Jesus stand auf und folgte ihm nach und seine Jünger.(dhs) Mat 9:19 So Jesus arose and followed him, and so did His disciples.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:20 ============ Mat 9:20 And a woman who had been suffering from a hemorrhage for twelve years, came up behind Him and touched the fringe of His cloak;(nas) Mat 9:20 καὶ ἰδοὺ γυνὴ αἱμορροοῦσα δώδεκα ἔτη προσελθοῦσα ὄπισθεν ἥψατο τοῦ κρασπέδου τοῦ ἱματίου αὐτοῦ· (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:20 Et ecce mulier, quæ sanguinis fluxum patiebatur duodecim annis, accessit retro, et tetigit fimbriam vestimenti ejus.(vulgate) וְהִנֵּה אִשָּׁה זָבַת־דָּם אֲשֶׁר יְמֵי זוֹבָהּ נִמְשְׁכוּ שְׁתֵּים עֶשְׂרֶה שָׁנָה קָרְבָה וַתִּגַּע בִּכְנַף בִּגְדוֹ מֵאַחֲרָיו׃ כ Matthew Mat 9:20 Und siehe, ein Weib, das zwölf Jahre den Blutgang gehabt, trat von hinten zu ihm und rührte seines Kleides Saum an.(dhs) Mat 9:20 And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:21 ============ Mat 9:21 for she was saying to herself, "If I only touch His garment, I will get well."(nas) Mat 9:21 ἔλεγεν γὰρ ἐν ἑαυτῇ, ἐὰν μόνον ἅψωμαι τοῦ ἱματίου αὐτοῦ σωθήσομαι. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:21 Dicebat enim intra se: Si tetigero tantum vestimentum ejus, salva ero.(vulgate) כִּי אָמְרָה בְּלִבָּהּ אִם אַךְ־אֶגַּע בְּבִגְדוֹ וְאִוָּשֵׁעָה׃ כא Matthew Mat 9:21 Denn sie sprach bei sich selbst: Möchte ich nur sein Kleid anrühren, so würde ich gesund.(dhs) Mat 9:21 For she said to herself, "If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:22 ============ Mat 9:22 But Jesus turning and seeing her said, "Daughter, take courage; your faith has made you well." At once the woman was made well.(nas) Mat 9:22 ὁ δὲ ἰησοῦς στραφεὶς καὶ ἰδὼν αὐτὴν εἶπεν, θάρσει, θύγατερ· ἡ πίστις σου σέσωκέν σε. καὶ ἐσώθη ἡ γυνὴ ἀπὸ τῆς ὥρας ἐκείνης. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:22 At Jesus conversus, et videns eam, dixit: Confide, filia, fides tua te salvam fecit. Und das Weib ward gesund zu derselben Stunde.(dhs) Mat 9:22 But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, "Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well." And the woman was made well from that hour.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:23 ============ Mat 9:23 When Jesus came into the official's house, and saw the flute-players and the crowd in noisy disorder,(nas) Mat 9:23 καὶ ἐλθὼν ὁ ἰησοῦς εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν τοῦ ἄρχοντος καὶ ἰδὼν τοὺς αὐλητὰς καὶ τὸν ὄχλον θορυβούμενον (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:23 Et cum venisset Jesus in domum principis, et vidisset tibicines et turbam tumultuantem, dicebat:(vulgate) וַיָּבֹא יֵשׁוּעַ אֶל־בֵּית־הָרֹאשׁ וַיַּרְא אֶת־הַמְחַלְּלִים בַּחֲלִלִים וְאֶת־הָעָם הֹמֶה׃ כג Matthew Mat 9:23 Und als er in des Obersten Haus kam und sah die Pfeifer und das Getümmel des Volks,(dhs) Mat 9:23 When Jesus came into the ruler's house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing,(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:24 ============ Mat 9:24 He said, "Leave; for the girl has not died, but is asleep." And they began laughing at Him.(nas) Mat 9:24 ἔλεγεν, ἀναχωρεῖτε, οὐ γὰρ ἀπέθανεν τὸ κοράσιον ἀλλὰ καθεύδει. καὶ κατεγέλων αὐτοῦ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:24 Recedite: non est enim mortua puella, sed dormit. Et deridebant eum.(vulgate) וַיֹּאמַר צְאוּ מִזֶּה הַיַּלְדָּה לֹא מֵתָה כִּי רַק יְשֵׁנָה הִיא וַיִּלְעֲגוּ לוֹ׃ כד Matthew Mat 9:24 sprach er zu ihnen: Weichet! denn das Mägdlein ist nicht tot, sondern es schläft. Und sie verlachten ihn.(dhs) Mat 9:24 He said to them, "Make room, for the girl is not dead, but sleeping." And they ridiculed Him.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:25 ============ Mat 9:25 But when the crowd had been sent out, He entered and took her by the hand, and the girl got up.(nas) Mat 9:25 ὅτε δὲ ἐξεβλήθη ὁ ὄχλος, εἰσελθὼν ἐκράτησεν τῆς χειρὸς αὐτῆς, καὶ ἠγέρθη τὸ κοράσιον. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:25 Et cum ejecta esset turba, intravit: et tenuit manum ejus, et surrexit puella.(vulgate) וְכַאֲשֶׁר הוֹצִיאוּ אֶת־הָעָם מִשָּׁם וַיָּבֹא הַבָּיְתָה וַיַּחֲזֶק בְּיָדָהּ וַתָּקָם הַנַּעֲרָה עַל־רַגְלֶיהָ׃ כה Matthew Mat 9:25 Als aber das Volk hinausgetrieben war, ging er hinein und ergriff es bei der Hand; da stand das Mädglein auf.(dhs) Mat 9:25 But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:26 ============ Mat 9:26 This news spread throughout all that land.(nas) Mat 9:26 καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ἡ φήμη αὕτη εἰς ὅλην τὴν γῆν ἐκείνην. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:26 Et exiit fama hæc in universam terram illam.~(vulgate) וְהַשְּׁמֻעָה הַזֹּאת יָצְאָה בְּכָל־הָאָרֶץ הַהִיא׃ כו Matthew Mat 9:26 Und dies Gerücht erscholl in dasselbe ganze Land.(dhs) Mat 9:26 And the report of this went out into all that land.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:27 ============ Mat 9:27 As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out, "Have mercy on us, Son of David!"(nas) Mat 9:27 καὶ παράγοντι ἐκεῖθεν τῶ ἰησοῦ ἠκολούθησαν [αὐτῶ] δύο τυφλοὶ κράζοντες καὶ λέγοντες, ἐλέησον ἡμᾶς, υἱὸς δαυίδ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:27 Et transeunte inde Jesu, secuti sunt eum duo cæci, clamantes, et dicentes: Miserere nostri, fili David.(vulgate) וַיַּעֲבֹר יֵשׁוּעַ מִשָּׁם וּשְׁנֵי אֲנָשִׁים עִוְרִים הָלְכוּ אַחֲרָיו צֹעֲקִים וְקֹרִאים חָנֵּנוּ בֶּן־דָּוִד׃ כז Matthew Mat 9:27 Und da Jesus von da weiterging, folgten ihm zwei Blinde nach, die schrieen und sprachen: Ach, du Sohn Davids, erbarme dich unser!(dhs) Mat 9:27 When Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out and saying, "Son of David, have mercy on us!"(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:28 ============ Mat 9:28 When He entered the house, the blind men came up to Him, and Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" Dicunt ei: Utique, Domine.(vulgate) וּכְבֹאוֹ אֶל־הַבַּיִת וַיִּגְּשׁוּ לְפָנָיו הַעִוְרִים וַיֹּאמֶר יֵשׁוּעַ אֲלֵיהֶם הֲתַאֲמִינוּ כִּי יֶשׁ־לְאֵל יָדִי לַעֲשׂוֹת כָּזֹאת וַיַּעֲנוּ אֹתוֹ הֵן אֲדֹנֵינוּ׃ כח Matthew Mat 9:28 Und da er heimkam, traten die Blinden zu ihm. Und Jesus sprach zu ihnen: Glaubt ihr, daß ich euch solches tun kann? Da sprachen sie zu ihm: HERR, ja.(dhs) Mat 9:28 And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:29 Tunc tetigit oculos eorum, dicens: Secundum fidem vestram, fiat vobis.(vulgate) וַיִּגַּע בְּעֵינֵיהֶם וַיֹּאמַר כֶּאֱמוּנַתְכֶם כֵּן יָקוּם לָכֶם׃ כט Matthew Mat 9:29 Da rührte er ihre Augen an und sprach: Euch geschehe nach eurem Glauben.(dhs) Mat 9:29 Then He touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith let it be to you."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:30 ============ Mat 9:30 And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them. "See that no one knows about this!"(nas) Mat 9:30 καὶ ἠνεῴχθησαν αὐτῶν οἱ ὀφθαλμοί. καὶ ἐνεβριμήθη αὐτοῖς ὁ ἰησοῦς λέγων, ὁρᾶτε μηδεὶς γινωσκέτω. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:30 Et aperti sunt oculi eorum: et comminatus est illis Jesus, dicens: Videte ne quis sciat.(vulgate) וַתִּפָּקַחְנָה עֵינֵיהֶם וַיָּעַד בָּם יֵשׁוּעַ לֵאמֹר רְאוּ לְבִלְתִּי יִוָּדַע הַדָּבָר לְאִישׁ׃ ל Matthew Mat 9:30 Und ihre Augen wurden geöffnet. Und Jesus bedrohte sie und sprach: Seht zu, daß es niemand erfahre!(dhs) Mat 9:30 And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, saying, "See that no one knows it."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:31 ============ Mat 9:31 But they went out and spread the news about Him throughout all that land.(nas) Mat 9:31 οἱ δὲ ἐξελθόντες διεφήμισαν αὐτὸν ἐν ὅλῃ τῇ γῇ ἐκείνῃ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:31 Illi autem exeuntes, diffamaverunt eum in tota terra illa.~(vulgate) וְהֵם יָצְאוּ וַיֹּצִיאוּ אֶת־שָׁמְעוֹ בְּכָל־הָאָרֶץ הַהִיא׃ לא Matthew Mat 9:31 Aber sie gingen aus und machten ihn ruchbar im selben ganzen Lande.(dhs) Mat 9:31 But when they had departed, they spread the news about Him in all that country.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:32 ============ Mat 9:32 As they were going out, a mute, demon-possessed man was brought to Him.(nas) Mat 9:32 αὐτῶν δὲ ἐξερχομένων ἰδοὺ προσήνεγκαν αὐτῶ ἄνθρωπον κωφὸν δαιμονιζόμενον· (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:32 Egressis autem illis, ecce obtulerunt ei hominem mutum, dæmonium habentem.(vulgate) אַךְ הֵם יֹצְאִים וְאִישׁ אִלֵּם הוּבָא לְפָנָיו אֲשֶׁר רוּחַ רָע דָּבַק בּוֹ׃ לב Matthew Mat 9:32 Da nun diese waren hinausgekommen, siehe, da brachten sie zu ihm einen Menschen, der war stumm und besessen.(dhs) Mat 9:32 As they went out, behold, they brought to Him a man, mute and demon-possessed.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:33 ============ Mat 9:33 After the demon was cast out, the mute man spoke; and the crowds were amazed, and were saying, "Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel."(nas) Mat 9:33 καὶ ἐκβληθέντος τοῦ δαιμονίου ἐλάλησεν ὁ κωφός. καὶ ἐθαύμασαν οἱ ὄχλοι λέγοντες, οὐδέποτε ἐφάνη οὕτως ἐν τῶ ἰσραήλ. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:33 Et ejecto dæmonio, locutus est mutus, et miratæ sunt turbæ, dicentes: Numquam apparuit sic in Israël.(vulgate) וַיְגָרֶשׁ אֶת־הָרוּחַ הָרָע מִמֶּנּוּ וְהָאִלֵּם הֵחֵל לְדַבֵּר וַיִּתְמְהוּ הֲמוֹן הָעָם וַיֹּאמְרוּ מֵעוֹלָם לֹא־נִרְאֲתָה כָזֹאת בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל׃ לג Matthew Mat 9:33 Und da der Teufel war ausgetrieben, redete der Stumme. Und das Volk verwunderte sich und sprach: Solches ist noch nie in Israel gesehen worden.(dhs) Mat 9:33 And when the demon was cast out, the mute spoke. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:34 Pharisæi autem dicebant: In principe dæmoniorum ejicit dæmones.~(vulgate) אֶפֶס הַפְּרוּשִׁים אָמְרוּ עַל־יְדֵי שַׂר־הַשֵּׁדִים הוּא מְגָרֵשׁ אֶת־הַשֵּׁדִים׃ לד Matthew Mat 9:34 Aber die Pharisäer sprachen: Er treibt die Teufel aus durch der Teufel Obersten.(dhs) Mat 9:34 But the Pharisees said, "He casts out demons by the ruler of the demons."(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:35 ============ Mat 9:35 Jesus was going through all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness.(nas) Mat 9:35 καὶ περιῆγεν ὁ ἰησοῦς τὰς πόλεις πάσας καὶ τὰς κώμας, διδάσκων ἐν ταῖς συναγωγαῖς αὐτῶν καὶ κηρύσσων τὸ εὐαγγέλιον τῆς βασιλείας καὶ θεραπεύων πᾶσαν νόσον καὶ πᾶσαν μαλακίαν. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:35 Et circuibat Jesus omnes civitates, et castella, docens in synagogis eorum, et prædicans Evangelium regni, et curans omnem languorem, et omnem infirmitatem.(vulgate) וַיָּסָב יֵשׁוּעַ בְּכָל־הֶעָרִים וְהַכְּפָרִים וַיּוֹרֶה לָהֶם בְּבָתֵּי הַכְּנֵסֶת מְבַשֵּׂר בְּשׂוֹרַת הַמַּלְכוּת וְרֹפֵא כָל־מַחֲלָה וְכָל־מַדְוֶה בָּעָם׃ לה Matthew Mat 9:35 Und Jesus ging umher in alle Städte und Märkte, lehrte in ihren Schulen und predigte das Evangelium von dem Reich und heilte allerlei Seuche und allerlei Krankheit im Volke.(dhs) Mat 9:35 Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:36 ============ Mat 9:36 Seeing the people, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd.(nas) Mat 9:36 ἰδὼν δὲ τοὺς ὄχλους ἐσπλαγχνίσθη περὶ αὐτῶν ὅτι ἦσαν ἐσκυλμένοι καὶ ἐρριμμένοι ὡσεὶ πρόβατα μὴ ἔχοντα ποιμένα. (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:36 Videns autem turbas, misertus est eis: quia erant vexati, et jacentes sicut oves non habentes pastorem.(vulgate) וְכַאֲשֶׁר רָאָה אֶת־הַהֲמֹנִים נִכְמְרוּ רַחֲמָיו עֲלֵיהֶם כִּי הֵם מִתְעַלְּפִים וּנְפֹצִים כַּצֹּאן אֲשֶׁר אֵין־לָהֶם רֹעֶה׃ לו Matthew Mat 9:36 Und da er das Volk sah, jammerte ihn desselben; denn sie waren verschmachtet und zerstreut wie die Schafe, die keinen Hirten haben.(dhs) Mat 9:36 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:37 ============ Mat 9:37 Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.(nas) Mat 9:37 τότε λέγει τοῖς μαθηταῖς αὐτοῦ, ὁ μὲν θερισμὸς πολύς, οἱ δὲ ἐργάται ὀλίγοι· (Nestle-Aland) Mat 9:37 Tunc dicit discipulis suis: Messis quidem multa, operarii autem pauci.(vulgate) וַיֹּאמֶר אֶל־תַּלְמִידָיו אוּלָם הַקָּצִיר רַב וְהַפֹּעֲלִים מְעַטִּים׃ לז Matthew Mat 9:37 Da sprach er zu seinen Jüngern: Die Ernte ist groß, aber wenige sind der Arbeiter.(dhs) Mat 9:37 Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.(nkjv) ======= Matthew 9:38 ============ Mat 9:38 Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest."(nas) Mat 9:38 δεήθητε οὗν τοῦ κυρίου τοῦ θερισμοῦ ὅπως ἐκβάλῃ ἐργάτας εἰς τὸν θερισμὸν αὐτοῦ.
