(nasb) 2Ch 12:1 Now it came to pass, when Rehoboam had established the kingdom and had strengthened himself, that he forsook the law of the Lord, and all Israel along with him. And the people who came with him from Egypt were without number: the Lubim, the Sukkiim and the Ethiopians. (nkjv) 2Ch 12:6 Da demütigten sich die Obersten in Israel mit dem König und sprachen: Der HERR ist gerecht.(dhs) 2Ch 12:6 καὶ ᾐσχύνθησαν οἱ ἄρχοντες Ισραηλ καὶ ὁ βασιλεὺς καὶ εἶπαν δίκαιος ὁ κύριος (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 12:7 ============ 2Ch 12:7 When the Lord saw that they humbled themselves, the word of the Lord came to Shemaiah, saying, "They have humbled themselves so I will not destroy them, but I will grant them some measure of deliverance, and My wrath shall not be poured out on Jerusalem by means of Shishak.
