Jeroboam also drew up in battle formation against him with eight hundred thousand choice men, mighty men of valor. Whoever comes to consecrate himself with a young bull and seven rams, even he may become a priest of what are no gods. (nkjv) 2Ch 13:9 Habt ihr nicht die Priester des HERRN, die Kinder Aaron, und die Leviten ausgestoßen und habt euch eigene Priester gemacht wie die Völker in den Landen? Wer da kommt, seine Hand zu füllen mit einem jungen Farren und sieben Widdern, der wird Priester derer, die nicht Götter sind.(dhs) 2Ch 13:9 ἦ οὐκ ἐξεβάλετε τοὺς ἱερεῖς κυρίου τοὺς υἱοὺς Ααρων καὶ τοὺς Λευίτας καὶ ἐποιήσατε ἑαυτοῖς ἱερεῖς ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ τῆς γῆς πᾶς ὁ προσπορευόμενος πληρῶσαι τὰς χεῖρας ἐν μόσχῳ ἐκ βοῶν καὶ κριοῖς ἑπτὰ καὶ ἐγίνετο εἰς ἱερέα τῷ μὴ ὄντι θεῷ (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 13:10 ============ 2Ch 13:10 But as for us, the Lord is our God, and we have not forsaken Him; and the sons of Aaron are ministering to the Lord as priests, and the Levites attend to their work. Denn wir halten die Gebote des HERRN, unsers Gottes; ihr aber habt ihn verlassen.(dhs) 2Ch 13:11 θυμιῶσιν τῷ κυρίῳ ὁλοκαυτώματα πρωὶ καὶ δείλης καὶ θυμίαμα συνθέσεως καὶ προθέσεις ἄρτων ἐπὶ τῆς τραπέζης τῆς καθαρᾶς καὶ ἡ λυχνία ἡ χρυσῆ καὶ οἱ λυχνοὶ τῆς καύσεως ἀνάψαι δείλης ὅτι φυλάσσομεν ἡμεῖς τὰς φυλακὰς κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ τῶν πατέρων ἡμῶν καὶ ὑμεῖς ἐγκατελίπετε αὐτόν (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 13:12 ============ 2Ch 13:12 Now behold, God is with us at our head and His priests with the signal trumpets to sound the alarm against you. O sons of Israel, do not fight against the Lord God of your fathers, for you will not succeed." (nasb) 2Ch 13:12 Now look, God Himself is with us as our head, and His priests with sounding trumpets to sound the alarm against you. O children of Israel, do not fight against the Lord God of your fathers, for you shall not prosper!" (nkjv) 2Ch 13:12 Siehe, mit uns ist an der Spitze Gott und seine Priester und die Halldrommeten, daß man wider euch drommete. Ihr Kinder Israel, streitet nicht wider den HERRN, eurer Väter Gott; denn es wird euch nicht gelingen.(dhs) 2Ch 13:12 καὶ ἰδοὺ μεθ᾽ ἡμῶν ἐν ἀρχῇ κύριος καὶ οἱ ἱερεῖς αὐτοῦ καὶ αἱ σάλπιγγες τῆς σημασίας τοῦ σημαίνειν ἐφ᾽ ὑμᾶς οἱ υἱοὶ τοῦ Ισραηλ πολεμήσετε πρὸς κύριον θεὸν τῶν πατέρων ἡμῶν ὅτι οὐκ εὐοδωθήσεται ὑμῖν (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 13:13 ============ 2Ch 13:13 But Jeroboam had set an ambush to come from the rear, so that Israel was in front of Judah and the ambush was behind them. (nasb) 2Ch 13:13 But Jeroboam caused an ambush to go around behind them; so they were in front of Judah, and the ambush was behind them. (nkjv) 2Ch 13:13 Aber Jerobeam machte einen Hinterhalt umher, daß er von hinten an sie käme, daß sie vor Juda waren und der Hinterhalt hinter Juda.(dhs) 2Ch 13:13 καὶ Ιεροβοαμ ἀπέστρεψεν τὸ ἔνεδρον ἐλθεῖν αὐτῶν ἐκ τῶν ὄπισθεν καὶ ἐγένετο ἔμπροσθεν Ιουδα καὶ τὸ ἔνεδρον ἐκ τῶν ὄπισθεν (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 13:14 ============ 2Ch 13:14 When Judah turned around, behold, they were attacked both front and rear; so they cried to the Lord, and the priests blew the trumpets. (nasb) 2Ch 13:14 And when Judah looked around, to their surprise the battle line was at both front and rear; and they cried out to the Lord, and the priests sounded the trumpets. (nasb) 2Ch 13:15 Then the men of Judah gave a shout; and as the men of Judah shouted, it happened that God struck Jeroboam and all Israel before Abijah and Judah. (nasb) 2Ch 13:19 And Abijah pursued Jeroboam and took cities from him: Bethel with its villages, Jeshanah with its villages, and Ephrain with its villages. (nkjv) 2Ch 13:19 Und Abia jagte Jerobeam nach und gewann ihm Städte ab: Beth-El mit seinen Ortschaften, Jesana mit seinen Ortschaften und Ephron mit seinen Ortschaften,(dhs) 2Ch 13:19 καὶ κατεδίωξεν Αβια ὀπίσω Ιεροβοαμ καὶ προκατελάβετο παρ᾽ αὐτοῦ πόλεις τὴν Βαιθηλ καὶ τὰς κώμας αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν Ισανα καὶ τὰς κώμας αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν Εφρων καὶ τὰς κώμας αὐτῆς (lxx) ======= 2 Chronicles 13:20 ============ 2Ch 13:20 Jeroboam did not again recover strength in the days of Abijah; and the Lord struck him and he died. (nasb) 2Ch 13:21 But Abijah grew mighty, married fourteen wives, and begot twenty-two sons and sixteen daughters.
